I love Brothers pizza. My boss always would get us pizza from the Langhorne location and my home happens to be close to the Jamison one. We got delivery tonight and everything is great but we got the wrong pizza. We wanted the white broccoli and got a half plain, half pepperoni instead. Still good, just not what we were craving. The garlic knots are fantastic and you really get a lot for your money. We will continue to order from this place. Everyone makes mistakes. read more

This is the second time we ordered from Brother's... the first time we picked up, this time we did delivery. After they dropped off, I asked my husband to check the pizzas and he noticed that the toppings were wrong and they hadn't looked at our order comments. I called them up and they could not have been more accommodating. About 25 mins later they dropped off the correct pizza. This place is a joke. We waited 2 hours from the time we called until the time our pizzas were handed to us. We were told 35 minutes. There is no reason or excuse for this. Halloween or not! A good business would give REAL AND TRUE wait times so that people didn't leave a house full of kids waiting for hours for their pizza and holding up their trick or treating time. I understand Halloween is a busy night, I truly get it. But this was beyond ridiculous. My husband waited over an hour in the actual building for pizzas after waiting 40 min at home prior to that. He brought my 4 year old daughter with him to grab the food and she had to sit there, hungry, missing out on time with her cousins and family, waiting for over an hour for our dinner. I had to send someone to pick her up so she could come home and eat something else so it wasn't 7pm before we got out to trick or treat! There was no refund or discount. There was NO APOLOGY. No acknowledgement of the disgraceful service provided. Nothing. This is extremely poor customer service to say the least. This family is not happy. read more

Dude that makes the pizza tells incorrect times to come pick up and then has messed up my order on 3 different occasions which has resulted in me waiting in the restaurant for 20+ minutes waiting another pizza and never get anything in compensation in return. Definitely the best pizza in the area, and some of my favorite overall. I love the white pizza with ricotta, and family really likes the BBQ chicken pizza. Little more expensive than typical pizza chains, but it's absolutely worth it for the quality. Usually I order for pick up, and even on the weekends the wait time isn't crazy, which is nice. Great branch of brother's pizza from Langhorne, PA establishment. I go there for lunch at least 4 days a week and the grandfather's and the brooklyn pizza rock. They also have a lunch special every day, so you also get a great deal as well read more

Just had the worst pizza in a long time. Tasted like cardboard with a splash of tomatoes sauce and greasy cheese. Yuk! I recently wrote a review in which I criticised Nico's Pizza for only delivering one of two pizzas, promising the second one promptly, but never delivering the second one. I was frustrated that the restaurant couldn't correct their first mistake. Since then, the owner has reached out to me, apologized, and is eager to make up for these mistakes. So, I am happy to say that this IS a restaurant that follows good business practices. I am looking forward to ordering from them again. read more

This place can't take notes and they DON'T LISTEN! Today was my first time ever visiting. The only reason I attended was because I found a coupon offer online advertising for a good deal, stating buy 2 hoagies and get 1 free. When I went to the restaurant I told them about the offer and presented them the coupon. Although, they accepted the coupon deal they didn't complete my offer of what was on the coupon. They charged me for three hoagies and I didn't get 1 free. Plus for the price of their hoagies you'd think the rolls would be fresh. They also must be hard of hearing because I told them I wanted three turkey and cheese hoagies and they couldn't even get them right. All three hoagies were without cheese, I also said I wanted one without onions and mayo on the side and only got one small servings of it, not enough to even coat three hoagies. I am very disappointed that this place can charge a lot for a hoagie but they can't even get your order correct. I wouldn't wish any new customer to experience what I have. Matter in fact I never been to a pizza place where they forgot to put cheese in hoagie even after asking what you would like on it and getting it wrong afterwards. I wouldn't expect this from a pizza place, maybe Burger King but not a pizza place like this with high end prices. read more

I ordered delivery while staying at a hotel for work. The gentleman who answered the phone and took my order was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. The food was delivered in a timely manner by an equally polite delivery man. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and the caprese salad. They were both delicious! 5 stars for service and food. Brothers Pizza is not our usual place to go, but we decided to try them because they recently sent us a menu. Our takeout order was hot and ready when promised. The eggplant parm was excellent. Just right breadcrumbs and cooked with a little bite left in the eggplant--not complete mush. My hubby's western steak sandwich is now a new favorite. Unfortunately, our other items were not so great. By the time we hit the third item, we decided to let them know. The owner Jerry took care of us with curtesy and complete professionalism. He explained why the food might have come out the way it did and offered us freshly prepared items or a refund. He not only refunded the items we didn't like, but refunded our entire check. We will definitely return to Brothers for their excellent attitude and eggplant parm to die for!! read more
