It was such a relief to have a private area where I didn't have to worry about disturbing other guests while having an infant in tow! ​However, I'm giving this experience 4 stars instead of 5 because it felt surprisingly generic for a winery that typically excels at personalization. In advance of our reservation, I was sent a questionnaire requesting our music preferences and celebration details, but neither were acknowledged during the visit. Why ask for that information if it isn't going to be used? The cashiers at the wine purchasing area were not so helpful but the wine guy was really nice and gave me suggestions on how to store the bottle of Cab I bought which I plan to hold onto for awhile. Aging will diminish the tannins in the bottle, he said. Their bags and boxes might need to be fortified. I saw a woman with a box of 4 bottles where the box started to fall apart on her. The bag I had for the $60 bottle I bought didn't feel that secure so I cradled it with both hands as we left. Prices have clearly gone up for the wines. Hope to be back.
