The crostini was nice but the mozzarella didn't taste special and just tasted rubbery. Would have preferred the crostini with some burrata or whipped ricotta cheese. We went during a weekday for lunch and were able to seated right away. Staff were very nice. But we didn't get the appetizer or our drinks until after our main dishes came. We actually had to ask the server about them. I know they weren't too busy so not sure why the order was thrown off. Even though there were some missteps, we will be sure to go again the next time we are in the Napa area.

A few days before visiting the area, my brother showed me a video of how they make fresh mozzarella in house and I really, really wanted to try it. In addition to the fresh mozzarella dish, I got a glass of wine and we ordered some calamari. Watching them, serve the fresh mozzarella at the table with such a delight.
