I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me out... He was so helpful! I went shopping with family and while I was there I decided to get my husband new shoes. He is super picky about shoes btw* I was taking pictures and getting his approval, but he ended up just telling me which shoes to look for. He gave me a couple options and I went to ask one of the guys on the floor. He was so nice. He told me which one he preferred for comfort, and gave me pros/cons of each shoe. read more

I have been shopping at this location for a long time. But this time, I received the WORST customer service ever by Nyalong. She is extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and had such a BAD ATTITUDE. My brother told me that he also received a supper BAD customer service from Nyalong but I did not believe it, now I'm 100% agree with him. All other staff was very nice helping me. But at the checkout from Nyalong was killing every good things from the store. I'm the one that never give out any bad customer service to any stores because I know how important the NPSs (Net Promoter Score) are, but I have to do it this time becuase how bad a customer service that I received. Nyalong, because of you I will never return back to the store that I have been always shopping. She scanned the gift card from my phone and throw the phone at me, after that she throw the sock at me without any bag. I asked for her name and she said I dont want to fucking give that to you. I was totally shocked. I'm still in shocked. I'm the Store Manager at Bestbuy Seattle, in order to have a good NPS is very simple, just show the customer the respect. If I have Nyalong at my store, I would fire her immediately. Management, please have a conversation with her about this, and I'm telling right now, If you want a good NPS in your store, you will never have if you have Nyalong. She will destroy your customer service. I will definitely will give a call to corporate if the conversation between manager and Nyalong dont happen. If you have a pair of shoes or apparel for more than a month they belong to you... don't return them! You're an ass if you expect full credit back. Nike always provides excellent merchandise and as shoppers it's up to us to select the right product. They do have knowledgeable athletes who can educate us on their technologies. I was very impressed with the service I just got today. An employee in shoes named Tyson was extremely helpful in helping my 11 yr old son find shoes. We weren't finding anything in the youth section and it turns out my son can wear a small men's 7 shoe. Anyways it was a great experience top to bottom just now. Thanks again! read more

Got a pair of Nike Zoom structure running shoes that I wore about 5-6 time from the house to gym. The shoes hurt my feet so I took back to return and was told no receipt and nothing wr ng w shoe they couldn't take back nor could they exchange them.. yes Nike shoes and couldn't do anything for me. The multi billion dollar company won't even go out of the way to help a person w a $70 pair of shoes.. you continue to amaze me with the lack of customer service... read more

I purchased a pair of air sole running shoes this fall. After a month of use the air sole on the right shoe punctured. When I tried to return the shoes to the store I was told they only accepted returns for 30 days and I was over the time limit. I was given an address I could send the shoes to and they would determine if I would get a refund. Since the shoes were only a little over a month old and all I do is take a daily walk in them I spend the $18 in postage. The reply I got was wear had cause the problem, no refund. So Nike air soles, which retail up to $180 are designed to wear out in a month of walking. Nike used to stand behind their product, no more. Their product quality continues to drop (just ask Zion Williamson) and they refused to stand behind their product. I guess if you want working air soles you have to spend $180 per month. I recommend shopping elsewhere, and if you own Nike stock, you might consider selling. read more

Tried to return shoes I ordered online at this location. When I explained to the guy working there that my fiancé used her card to purchase the shoes online, he said that I could have the picture of the card so that he could see if the last four numbers on the card match with what the receipt that came with the shoes. So I got out of line to call my fiancé to take a picture of her card. I got back in line to show him. When I showed him the picture of the card he asked me for my picture ID and then said I couldn't return them because my name on my ID wasn't the same as the card. So why didn't he tell me that in the first place?! If it's the policy then I understand but Train your employees to actively listen to the customers and stop waisting their time giving them misinformation. I really wish I could remember the employees name but if I could remember I would say his name was Danny or Daniel I don't know but I should have took note of his name because he needs some training on active listening. I've read the reviews before even going to the store and was skeptical but I agree with some people on here. Some employees shouldn't be working in sales and retail. read more
