Hit or miss with the staff. There are some really helpful, while others are just there to collect a pay check. Great selection of items especially the close outs. The clearance shoe area can get crowded and the shoes are all over the place thus making it more difficult to find the size you're looking for. read more

Man, it bums me out to post a negative review, but I feel it is necessary, especially because it involves a safety concern. My husband and three year old daughter and I arrived at the Nike Factory store just 3 minutes before open and were met with what felt like annoyed employees, telling us they weren't open yet. Ok, fair enough. But then, while in the store my husband stepped on something and proceeded to pull out a two inch tack out of his shoe! It was half of a security device that punctured through his shoe, but thankfully didn't cut pierce his foot before he noticed and pulled it out. We politely gave the girl at the register a heads up as I made my purchase and her reply was super dismissive and she said, "we step on those all the time." What?! No apology, no concern or inquiring as to whether or not we were hurt, or if our young daughter was safe?! Not cool, man. They're truly lucky that our three year old wasn't the one that stepped on the tack. I will for sure avoid this store as much as possible. I'm really disappointed in their customer service and great lack of professionalism. read more

THE WORST experience with the cashier girl with tattoos on her hands and arms and over lined eyebrows. Didn't catch her name. She was extremely rude, did not greet did not say thank you gave A LOT of attitude and practically threw her Mobil device at my friend across the counter for her to insert her email for the receipt. My friend was buying some shoes and they were on sale for about $40. She rang them up as $70!! Could have been something in the computer that went wrong so my friend did not say anything or get upset she just thought they put a clearance sticker on accident. After her transaction she stayed at the register with me waiting for me to be rang up next. I got the EXACT same pair of shoes and they rang up for $40 NOT $70 she looked back at my friends shoes then at her screen made a face like she knew she messed up and said NOTHING. Then continued to read the price and ask if I was paying cash or card. My friend asked why she rang her up for $70 if they're the same shoe she rolled her eyes, grabbed the box with her shoes, grabbed the receipt and then said insert your card. DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY or explain that she was doing a refund. Super rude, super sassy kept tapping her nails on the counter like she was annoyed and handed back the receipt and just stood there waiting for us to leave. Didn't say thank you didn't say she was even done with the transaction just made some weird noise with her mouth and rolled her eyes. Worst experience ever. HOWEVER on the floor I was helped by a short thin girl with long hair and two guys they were very friendly and nice. read more

If you're looking to buy Nike gear you have to give this place a shot. It's well stocked with shoes and clothing of all sizes for all sports. This isn't a "dump" where you find the horrific Nike stuff that you find at TJ Maxx or Marshall's, they stock the good stuff including the Air Jordan and LBJ23 brands. You can get shorts for only $20 that are normally $30+, shirts for only $10-13. Pretty much everything I've ever bought here has been discounted. Half of the store is dedicated to shoes although they have a lot of ugly shoes...but that's more of an overall Nike design issue rather than a store issue. Generally speaking this factory store will have enough of a selection where you should be able to go in and find a few things you'll like. It's a poor man's Niketown without the Niketown prices. read more

My husband and I went to this Nike store tonight because he had a gift card he wanted to spend. I'm 9months pregnant and was having a hard time walking so I sat down on one of the benches and waited for him to shop. While I was waiting I REALLY had to use the restroom, my husband asked the manager if they had a bathroom and he said yes but for employees only and my husband asked if I could use it because I was so pregnant and I was literally about to pee my pants. The manager Jeremiah still said no and told me I could walk all the way down to the other end of the outlets to use the restroom. Wtf? Are you serious? He's lucky I didn't pee on his floor. I was extremely pissed that he wouldn't let me use it being the state I'm in. Very poor way to treat your customers. He obviously doesn't have a wife or children of his own. I have never been refused a bathroom at any place I have been too while being pregnant. Thanks a lot Jeremiah. read more

I was extremely dissapointed with service today. I purchased shoes for my father back in July. As always it was really busy and while checking out my cashier checked the shoes to make sure they were the same size. They were but neither of us noticed they were a completely different style shoe. We did not find out until I gifted them to my father. They are the same color but one Nike sign is blue while the other is grey. We left the shoes in the original box with the intention of returning it when we returned to the area. I also hady original receipt that matched the box serial number. I go today wait in line and when I finally get to the register I get a cashier who is obviously in a bad mood to begin with I don't blame her I would be mad if I was working.g during the holidays. Fortunetly I am a school teacher and I get 3 weeks off during the holidays but that's beyond the facts. So basically, to male a long story sgoerr I was called a liar in front of customers who were in line. I was told they NEVER had one of the shoes in my box when I purchased it there. Why would I want two completely different shoes??? That makes no sense. The shoes I purchased were $70 and all I wanted was to exchange them. I think my race also had a lot to do with it because I am Hispanic and I honestly think they looked at me and automatically thought I was a "shrink" (people who go and scam). I am far from that! I am an educated woman with a masters degree who would NEVER EVER do something like that. I felt degraded and embarrassed and I almost cried because I felt they were messing with my integrity. I was also told that the person who rang me up for the shoes would not make a mistake like that because they have been working there for a long time. Honestly, it does not matter how much experience a person has. We are all humans and make mistakes especially since this store is ALWAYS busy and cashiers are always in a hurry to ring up customers. So now I am left with $70 shoes that do not match. I am very grateful that my father said he would wear them to work like that because he is not throwing $70 away. I suggest you check your shoes before checking out especially because the boxes are just there, on the sales floor, open to the public to do as they please with shoes. I was the unlucky one that this happened to but I can say I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! Im sure it doesn't matter because they have plenty of customers but I just had to vent. read more

parking is never open right in front. its too hot most of the time when you go here, and the traffic passing by is incredible. i only rank this as a 2 because...there is NEVER anything left. This MIGHT have been the BEST a long time ago...but not now. Its ravished and empty of all the great deals. For someone else it might be the greatest store. AND i stop by here EVERYTIME i'm near BUT i get nothing anymore. So give it a look if you're feeling lucky but i'm glad they have 2 other stores that i pass by enough to find what i'm looking for. read more

Sales associates are rude! They rather stand there talking to each other rather than helping customers. They don't even bother asking if you need help or have any questions . Great mall and Saratoga Westgate have better customer service. read more

i always go visit this nike outlet store since it has been the closest one near me i am very disapointed in this store It seems to be selling alot of basketball merchandise and that it the store lacks soccer International team jerseys and other soccer items everytime I decide to buy a jersey through nike it always has to be through online and for me that is a little risky because of size if i order the wrong size i would have to return via mail Id like to see soccer jerseys in this outlet store So i can try them on and see what size jersey fits me best read more

Horrible experience here, and it is very sad considering i traveled a long way just to shop here. As soon as i got there, i notice something i really liked, and it was priced very decently. As soon as i got the the register i was told that the product is marked wrong, i then went back to the spot where i found it and saw all the other ones marked the same price. The worker then noticed i was looking at them and went over my way and grab them all and took them to the back. I then called the manager and he said that they should have honored that price. After talking to him for about 5 minutes i walked up to the cash register with confidence that i will now get my item for the low price it was marked down to, just to be greeted by another woman with a different team logo on her shirt than mine(pretty sure if we liked the same team, she wouldnt have been such a jack *ss). I then said that the manager said it would be honored at the low price, She then scanned it and said the best she could do was double the price it was supposed to be honored at. After talking to her about the situation for 2 minutes i then asked if i could talk to the manager again, She then said very rudely that she was the manager, even though her name tag clearly said was merely a crew member. Frustrated and annoyed i said its fine ill simply take my business else where. If marking down items to a lower price just to have customers take it to the register and tell them that they are not going to honor that price is their game, then they have a very good shopping experience waiting for their customers. The only reason i even gave them 2 stars is due to the wide variety of clothing and shoes available. read more

Nike Factory Stores, I love to shop at them all! The discounts are awesome and I've been collecting shoes since 2009, so I'm obviously a fan of Nike! I've never had a problem at this Nike until April 30, 2016 when I went in to look around with my Mum and I spotted some clothes I wanted to try on. I went to the fitting room, the employee was named Julian, and he got a fitting room open for me. I was trying on 2 different sizes of leggings and 2 different sizes of shorts, and as I was trying them on, Julian was standing in front of my door and I didn't think anything of it. But, as I got to the second pair of leggings, he was still standing in front of my door, he didn't walk away or anything for that whole time. Then, I made eye-contact with him through the crack of the fitting room door and I did NOT want to believe he was actually doing that, but for a second AND third time I STILL made eye-contact with him and I was just so shocked... After that, he noticed and quickly walked away from the front of my door, but I was already in the process of getting dressed again and when I walked out, I confronted him and asked if he was looking at me through the crack of the door and he got really nervous and started stuttering. Then, I went to another employee to ask to speak to a manager since Julian was no where in sight, the first manager (I didn't get his name) said that he'll go talk to Julian and give the usual discipline talk. At that point I just wanted to leave and get out of there, but I thought to myself "What if he doesn't get disciplined?" and he continues to do what he did to me to other women, children, and even men... It's not right, at all... So, I asked for another manager, his name was Sergio, he was very nice and understanding, he seemed more worried about the situation than the first manager. We talked and he said Julian will definitely be written up and disciplined, but I still asked for Corporates number just to make sure this problem is dealt with. Sergio gave me his business card with Corporates number on it. It was a Saturday, so the offices were closed. I called that following Monday (May 02, 2016) and I spoke to a very nice woman (I didn't catch her name either) and she said that this problem will definitely be dealt with and that Nike will call me back in 7 to 10 business days to let me know what will be happening in the situation and it is now June 04, 2016 and I've yet to receive a call from anyone... It really doesn't bother me that I didn't get a call back, BUT I really hope that something was done with Julian because no human should ever have their personal privacy invaded like that... Ever. Hence my writing a review to make sure other people don't have to go through what I went through... I'm not even sure if I feel comfortable shopping at that Nike anymore, such a shame! :-( read more
