I was gonna give this place a 3 but it's more like a 3.5 stars. They have a lot of stuff to go around from shoes to nike aparrel. They have remodeled the place, no it looks like any other nike factory outlet. They usually have some good shirts and sweaters, but they sell out quick. I just wished they had more Nike SB clothing and shoes. But they do have alot of running shoes which is a plus, you can't go wrong with workout clothes and shoes. If you need some fresh gear and new kicks then for sure come to this place and check it out. Or you can mish out to Milpitas and go to the Great Mall and check out their Nike Store, it's a little bigger. read more

This place has a great selection for an outlet. I'd say the trends for styles from Nike are fairly new compared to other outlets like the great mall. There's a wide selection and hey it's outlet price! The shoe section is quite clean although I did find it hard to go through the aisles as they are pretty narrow. The layout of the store was very cool as it was easy to access men's clothing and right behind it would be the shoe selection. The staff seemed pretty busy, but I didn't mind as I had at least two associates asked if I needed help as well as offered a bag for my items. It's a great place to shop at if you know what you're looking for! read more

Very poor. Called them asking if they have "wide" sizes. First call was placed on hold while she "checked", she never came back on the line. Second call got me transferred to someone in footwear. I asked, and he specifically told me that they don't have a lot of selection, BUT, there were 7 or 8 styles available in wide sizes. (Perfect, I only need one). I went on to tell him that I had gone to the Great Mall location, where they had none, so I was glad they had some stock. "See you soon!" I drove out from San Jose, only to find out they had ZERO wide sizes. The place is discombobulated (while I tried to get some help, the staff were grumbling about how poorly they were treated - publicly). I spoke with a manager who offered a bumbling apology, and a discount (for shoes that will not fit). Terrible. read more

Nike outlet with amazing gear and deals? I THINK NOT! Not worth the drive and dealing with the crazy crowds. I was thinking I'd walk out with great workout gear for outlet/factory store prices. Instead I walked out empty handed thinking how do they think $30 for tops and $80 for shoes are considered good deals? How dare they charge so much for gear that is out of style? Gross! Not to mention the store is arranged in a way that people cannot maneuver around without bumping into one another. The store is a hot mess. I wish people learned how to shop without throwing things around and making a mess. I also wish the staff were friendlier. I wish a lot of things for this store...oh well! This is usually a hit or miss....but definitely worth coming to find out! Great selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories sold at a discounted price. Shoes are not the newest styles, but still a wide selection of styles to choose from. Additional discounts are applied for some items. Over the weekend I got some deals: 2 cotton tshirts for $25 and an additional 30% discount on women's tank tops. Try to avoid coming here on the weekends. Crazy, busy...I felt anxious with the amount of people in the store as well as entering the store. Not one person greeted me, but then again you'd need like 10 on the floor in the front for that to happen. As usual, the product is beautiful but still quite expensive for the outlets. Amanda, the manager, spent most of her time socializing instead of getting team members to help at the register while the line reached the very beginning of the entry. Carlos Sandoval (if I remember correctly) kept complaining about, "I'm not going to stay until 10pm because I didn't get a break and still have to clear my section," to another employee who had previously asked for help at the registers. BAD customer service that evening. I even timed that I waited in line with 4 other customers for almost 10 minutes while the staff bickered about who would check us out. I even noted to the Carlos fellow that I worked in a service-oriented arena and was taught that we NEVER talk like that in front of clients or customers. There was a real LACK of professionalism that night to the point where I am taking the time out to write about my experience. read more

I came from San Jose to do some shopping tomorrow is my daughter's birthday party and I was trying to be geared up but acted as if they never seen someone with tattoos their sales guys act more bouncers at club then people there to sell shoes. This location is a hit or miss for me. I either find so much items that I have to narrow down what to buy, or I can't find a single thing. I usually only stop by when I have a friends and family 30% off coupon because it stacks onto the deals they already have in-store. Always lots of people shopping in here, can get crowded and musty but I'm surprised that the store doesn't seem to get too messy. Good selection of goods. Their shoes clearance shelves have a lot of good deal when they are out of the popular sizes. I saw some $90 shoes came down to $30. People with big feet probably have more selections that fit them. If you wear smaller sizes, it could be a frustrating shopping experience to see something you liked at bargain price but couldn't find your size. But if you understand that the missing sizes are the actual reasons why they are being sold in the outlet store instead of a regular store, then the pain is lessen. The Nike Store definitely lost it's finesse that it once had. The selection has decreased a lot and there is not many sales anymore. You can find most of the stuff here online for the same price or even cheaper. The go to Nike spot is in San Leandro at the Clearance store that has way more selection and actual big discounted prices! read more

Just finished up a transaction at this location and am walking out irritated. The two employees who helped me on the floor were excellent, I wish I could remember their names. However, the woman who checked me out was the rudest employee I've ever encountered in a Nike outlet. When informing her that one of the floor staff ensured me that my shoes were on clearance, instead of checking with the floor staff, she just wrote me off - insisting that I was wrong. It would've taken her less than a minute to radio someone on the floor. I'm disappointed with Kimberly's customer service and am saddened that her name is the only one I remember from this location. After visiting over 7 Nike Factory stores I can say this one is pathetic. They don't stock Air Max 1 or 90. Very disappointing.

Place is a total mess with boxes of shoes everywhere. And some male employees only seem to go to work to flirt with bodacious female customers. I came here on Sunday July 9, 2017 and an employee spent a whole 15 minutes flirting with a female customer while completely ignoring all the other customers and being unapproachable for people needing help, I found this very unprofessional specially when they exchanged phone numbers. I did see that there were other employees that were actually doing their job going from one customer to another since the place was really packed so for the other employees I applaud them for doing their job. read more

Husband bought two shirts here. Not dog friendly..difficult to shop when one of us have to rotate around to take turn shopping. Surprisingly a lot of the Gilroy shops are dog friendly and I would think Nike would have adopted to this already given it's just a sports store. However, I felt pretty annoyed when I was there ....I was carrying around a couple of items of my potential purchases while shopping and kept being asked by workers if I wanted one of their bags. I must have rejected 3 people in 10 minutes and then another one came by and said to me "just take the bag!" My goodness. I know they are trying to help customers but I think that is too much...their workers must have nothing else to do. I kept walking in opposite directions and dodging those workers to avoid being interfered with my shopping! Then I asked my husband if he experienced the same...he said he got asked twice. This Nike Store is heaven for all athletic apparel fanatics! They have a large inventory of items for children, women, and men at very reasonable prices. During the long weekends, this store is bursting at its seams due to all the additional discounts, so be prepared for a long line to check out and fitting room, and no seats to try on your shoes. (The deals are still worth it though! I once bought a pair of nice running shoes for 75% off original retail price.) Some of the clothes are dependent on the season, but you can definitely find the running/training gear that you need at affordable prices. The staff members are willing to help and give great suggestions, given that the store isn't too busy (otherwise, you might have harder luck catching their attention.) There is also plentiful parking in front of the store. I have always come back whenever I need new gear, and definitely will keep doing so. read more

This place is what my friends refer to as "showt" (a business lacking to fulfill their satisfaction). And I would definitely have to use this term for the Gilroy Nike Outlet. I'm pretty good with big crowds and claustraphobia but this was just outragous. All this people, including myself, thinking that we had a shot on swooping on some good deals. Hmmmm, yeah right. They offer the same prices that Eastbay.com or Footlocker.com has to offer. And FORGET it if you're size 13 (me) or above. They do not have SHIT for people with big feet. Stupid discounts the weeks before Christmas, 40-50% off everything. Lines go from the front of the store all the way to the back. Still had a few good sizes left. Nike Dri Fit shirts for $4, totally forgot to pick them up after leaving and did not want to get back in line. Smack dab right in the middle of Gilroy outlets this place really does get slammed as they try get out product as soon as possible. Really if you're looking for a deal on Nike products come on through, just know that you will have to really dig to find your diamond in the rough. read more

This outlet is so much different than the outlets in socal! I love this nike!! The material feels so similar to the material in the nike store i usually go to! I left this place with 3 bottoms & a long sleeve running shirt! And i dont feel terrible!! Most of their items are 30%off lowest marked price!! The employees were available and really helpful , even with the big holiday crowds the store was pretty maintained. From my past experiences at Gilroy outlet, I have low expectations for the customer service in any store due to the madness with amount of customers coming in and out. I guess to me, I do not expect tremendous service at any retail shop here, but either at least just average/decent service and far from terrible. However my trip last weekend to Nike Factory Store was awesome! I found a nice looking shirt on a mannequin, when I asked Laura who was working at the fitting room area, where I could find one she had informed me it was on clearance and asked for the sizes I need. I was indecisive and only asked for Large. When she came back and brought me one, I ended up requesting a medium as well, and she merrily accepted to grab me another one. I wondered off to the women's section and the kids shoes (from one end of the store to the other) and she was able to track me down. I was shocked as I was planning on returning back to the area she was working at to pick up the shirt. But wow, she just went above and beyond and delivered it to me like FedEx. I already found good deals throughout my hour in the store, but experiencing great customer service was out of the norm. When I thanked her with great appreciation, she sounded like it was nothing to her. Humble! I just noticed this store does not get much reviews, I am glad this might either catch the eye of future shoppers or the store manager of the store and recognize Laura's good service. I'm sure there are other team members who are as good, but this was my 3rd visit in 2012 and this was my most memorable experience. I live much closer to the Great Mall location, but I never got anything like this before. I've been visiting this location for years on any road trips down south. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they went above and beyond during my most recent visit. While using the fitting room I must have dropped my sunglasses and an employee found it. When I made it he to SF I realized my sunglasses were missing and decided to call the store, but wasn't very hopeful. I was connected to the store manager who was extremely helpful and is working with me to ship my glasses to my office. I can't be more thankful! read more
