The store is large with a wide variety of workout gear, that even includes a section for tennis shoes. When I looked at the prices they seemed to be pretty compatible with other places. Since this was my first time in the store I just wanted to look around and browse to get a feel for the store. We were asked by a few employees if we needed help. What really stuck out for me was the mannequins. I love the body positivity of them. Not just one size fits all. This is one of the main reasons for my 5 start experience. I literally only drove to the mall to look for some pants at this store. I arrived at 6:35pm. The jerk at the door would not let me in. He said store closes at 6:30pm. Mind you store hours listed online say 7pm. I told the guy that and he said oh the mall closes at 7pm but we close at 6:30pm. He wouldn't budge just acting like it was a huge deal when all I wanted to do was quickly see if they even had some tapered pants. I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, but couldn't because the manager working Thursday night had weak customer service. We intended to purchase 2 pairs of XL unstoppable cargo shorts in gray and black. After searching online and in store, the Ontario location was the ONLY store with 1 black pair in stock which was assumed to be on the mannequin. There were saftey concerns with checking due to the elevated platform the mannequin was on. Since we couldn't confirm if the shorts were in stock and they were taking the mannequin down at closing, they let us leave our number to call and update us. But we never heard from anyone and even tried to call the next day. The gentleman on the sales floor and lady at the cash were so helpful. The manager just seemed like they didn't want to be helpful. Went here tonight to buy gifts for my son. While looking I saw a pink sweatshirt that I really liked for myself. Only problem is they had one left in that color and it was on the mannequin. Associate checked and it was the right size. Manager told associate no. They would not allow us to buy that one. She went on to say she has to follow corporate policy and they don't allow that. She said we can come back another day. I explained that it's an hour away (without traffic). She was not even slightly apologetic for the inability to be helpful. What kind of store would rather lose a sale instead of undress a mannequin (they could have redressed it with another color). Store lost my business as I left the items for my son there. My boyfriend was looking for a size in some dope sweatpants but couldn't find it. He couldn't be bothered to ask someone to check size stock so I did it for him. I initially asked another associate but he was too busy putting away clothes so after waiting around for a few mins I walked up to Brian, who was in the fitting room folding and hanging clothes, for assistance. He immediately went to check availability and said that they didn't have any at hand but offered to help order and ship to house for the same discounted price. After my boyfriend agreed, he checked us out right away and brought us to the register so we could check out another item. We didn't even have to wait in the long line! Usually not big on outlet malls or stores. This store has changed that. I've been a customer here several times and have appreciated and enjoyed my shopping experience. I'm such a sucker for marketing. GSP wears UA. Irene wants UA.. haha. I was excited to find a UA store close to me so I just had to check it out even if Ontario Mills is always way to crowded for me to enjoy a visit. I really like their cold gear shirts. I'm usually always really cold so it's nice to have something thinner to keep me warm.. that way I don't have to look like it's snowing outside all the time. Service varies depending on the times you go to the store. Sometimes people are overly helpful while other times you can't find anyone in sight to open a fitting room for you. They have mirrors all over the store so you can just try everything over a t-shirt in the open. read more

Probably my favorite UA I've been to. I hit up San Ysidro's, Las Vegas, and this one at least once per month. It's this location where I end up getting the most things. The prices here are also pretty good and I think not all Under Armours are created equal. The last time I came in here and they had a 2 for 1 deal on boxers. But the Las Vegas location didn't. I thought that was strange. They told me that this happens all the time. Good for me since I was here. Staff here is more than efficient. I've never had a problem and they go out of their way to find what I'm looking for, whether its size, color, or style. I tend to hit this UA when I'm in town just in case there's another 2 for 1 deal that I may be missing in Vegas. Obviously, I recommend. read more

Rude staff! I bought numerous items totaling almost $300 dollars. I asked for extra bags cuz a few items were gifts. I did not ask for the big regular fancy bags, I asked for the smallest bag without straps. The manager said she can't give me extra bags cuz I didn't purchase enough money for her to give me extra bags. HOW RUDE! If I just buy one item and go back in and buy another (buying one at s time) I would have gotten my bags. So what's her problem? She is going to tell me that I can only shop there once s day? I like UA products. But it's a really hate store. Store staff are very unfriendly. I have waited more than 20 minutes for the calculation day. I also had to wait 30-40 minutes for a return. The cashier only counted the purchases and told me to wait for the return. But no one helped. I waited 37 minutes. And I returned with the help of another employee. The man in front of me failed to return, was rejected by the cashier, and he went out of the store in anger. I go to this store every time and prepare to fight. This store is not staff friendly. All people are unkind overall. Nike store in front is very kind. And good customer management. If you want to grow into a specialized brand, train your staff first. I like the athletic wear of this company. Unfortunately their customer service is not very desirable. I've walked out of the store many times just because of their customer service. First - there is never anyone available when you need them for questions or to ask to have things brought down. The worst is the cashiers. They talk to each other about unrelated thing but never acknowledges their customer in from of them not even with a smile or a thank you after the purchase. What is up with just saying hello or smiling though they do that with each other. I would actually travel all the way to Portland just to go to the underarmour there because of their customer service. read more

Went to this location yesterday, terrible customer services. When asked the lady with the long eye lashes if she can measure my 12 year old daughters foot for the new UA volleyball shoes she said they don't carry them. I shared that I understand that but still would like to measure her foot so we can pre-order on the UA website. She got on her headset and asked someone else and said just go to back of store. Tall fella comes out and we asked if he can assist us, he said that he can't measure kids feet. I shared that my daughter is 5'7" and wears an approximate women's size 10.5 shoe. She currently has the Curry 2's in a 9.5 men's. He finally said he had to find a sizer and never came back. We left and went to Foot Locker. The females working were EXTREMELY rude to my boyfriend and daughter (I was in line at Cinnabun!). They said they were closing and the register was shut down and they didn't even want to let them check the price on some cleats. They had a few more rude words for my daughter. So I go up to the counter and still no customer service. I told her I had an exchange and I wanted to apply military discount and she still didn't get it after explaining 5 times. While she was doing my transaction she was talking crap about other girls to one of her coworkers. Over all rude and very unprofessional .the same thing with the manager...he was lost and clueless.
