I have never been to this particular Nike store before, but I did so happen to find a pretty good kid section since I wear a boys/youth five size tennis shoe! I really miss shopping at kids footlocker, but the discount wall on the back is always helpful! This particular day I was able to find these Air Force ones for about $70 With their extra discount since it's on the back wall. My boyfriend also found some basketball shoes on sale and we were on our way! They also have a few or select shoes in the front off to the left of their cash register and I guess those are the last in stock so they keep those sales racks off to the side. They were some really cool high top Air Force ones there but they were only on sale for 120 in the youth size that's still a bit pricey for my teacher budget. Came here last month while visiting the area. Less crowded and have a lot of good selection and items on sale. Was glad to find items with great discount and items that were not available on Nike website anymore. Staff were very friendly and always check up on us. Have lots of items on sale too up to 70% off. My first visit here and I drove from San Rafael, I know not a very long drive. My daughter's 8 year birthday is coming up so I took her in hopes of finding a cute pair of Nike's for her. She's a size 2. The selection of size 2 shoes is pretty much non existent other than some terribly ugly shoes. After realizing we weren't going to find anything for her, yes she was disappointed, I looked to see if there was anything for me. I went up and down every aisle of the men's shoes section. My perception is this location has the absolute most ghastly selection of shoes compared to the other Nike outlets I've gone to. The employees although courteous have a demeanor of, I really don't want to be here but I'll force out some sort of customer service. I've been looking for new basketball shoes and I literally looked everywhere for budget shoes. Everyone told me to check out the Nike Outlet store but I was a bit skeptical and I just needed some off brand shoe that had some grip. I checked everywhere including Ross, TJ maxx, other stores in the outlet and finally checked the Nike Store and actually found that the Nike store had the best shoes that were the cheapest. If you didn't already know (only knew because I saw a sign in the store) that if you use the Nike app, you get 15% off your purchase. I was able to find really nice high top basketball shoes for $51 after taxes. Such a good deal. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Lost of choices shoe wise but not much other than that. read more

i'm not one to write yelp reviews, but the customer service here was genuinely so terrible that i feel i need to. every single worker will give you a different answer to the same question- i don't think they even know what they're talking about. one of the employees spoke to me like i was a complete idiot and i left the store in tears with shoes that don't fit me that i've tried exchanging 3 times now. employee over the phone told me one thing and then when i got there, the girl told me another thing and laughed in my face. i will definitely never be returning to this location again. i will buy my nike stuff elsewhere- not directly from nike if this is how i get treated. read more

Have to say every time I come in to this store it never ceases to amaze me and not in a good way. Clothes are always tossed on the floor or on top of the racks instead of being hung up, basically in disarray No one ever acknowledges you when you walk in and 9 times out of 10 they don't acknowledge you at the check stands. Basically the employees only seem to be there to collect a paycheck. There's no customer service at all. Pricing can be better then standard stores and you can usually find a decent deal. They did not put the clothes racks super close like in standard stores so it's nice, roomy & you're not bashing into people. read more

Came here twice and each time had a good experience. Staff is friendly and checks in to see if you ned help with anything and if not they just move on. The store is very clean and put together well no problem trying to find where things are as every thin is laid out clearly and in a good format. This is the top rated outlet that I've been to as far as selection. They have some good shoes that most outlets wouldn't have and for sure the best clothing selection by a long shot. Located towards the back and center of the outlets in case you wanna park nearby for an in and out drop in. I have mixed feelings with the service here as I've had experiences with very helpful and engaging employees along with some people that just seem to be miserable to be at work. I had the most sad and disappointing experience at this store today. I am a plus size woman. I was shopping around not looking for anything in particular but everything I looked at only seemed to be available in standard sizing up to 1x. It occurred to me that maybe they don't carry plus sizes. Fine. But I saw a sign that gave the measurements of different sizes and it showed plus size 1x 2x 3x. So I went and asked an employee if they carry these sizes. She they don't have a plus size section and they don't put the plus sized clothes out on the floor. So I could pick out things I like and then ask if they have them in the back. WOW. So you want me to pick things out that I like not knowing if they are even made in my size and then if they are maybe you can find them in the back? That's so incredibly low and disheartening. I can guarantee you I will never step foot in this store again and they seriously need to reconsider this discriminatory policy they have. read more

As far as inventory goes, this Nike Factory store has a pretty good selection as far as footwear and apparel goes. It is also a bit larger than the average Nike Factory store, which is cool as well. The reason I'm giving a 3/5 is because the store was pretty chaotic. There were tons of shoe boxes just laying on the floor and the cashier lines were super long. Granted, it was a weekend, but it wasn't Holiday season or anything. Also, I've been to many Nike Factory stores, and I've been in some during Black Friday (insanity), but this is the most chaotic I've ever seen one of these stores when it's not Black Friday. I dislike shopping, yet don't mind it in small doses. We stopped into the Nike Factory store to check out the deals. Although, it's an outlet store - it's not cheap, but neither is the brand at full price. My sister found a great pair of running shoes for less than full price. Called and spoke to Kevin who stated he was a manager. Needed to make a return of an item I purchased on the Nike app. The Nike return policy states I can return my item to any Nike store. Kevin disagreed with the policy and said I could not return my item at his store. Why does Nike have policies if the employees are not going to follow them. read more

Ok prices. Better than full price but they only take a small percentage off. Customer service is crap. My first time in I was followed around. I was simply liking at prices and options of shoes. I ended up leaving because the worker was making me uncomfortable. I returned today, and found two pairs of shoes. Not normal outlet prices shoes, but shoes that I need. The staff at the counter talked among themselves for several minutes while myself and 3 others waited. The clerk looked at me and I approached. I didn't get a hello, or even really an acknowledgement that I was in front of her. She ran up the items, there"marked down" prices did not reflect on the screen so I asked if I was misreading the screen. She then corrected me telling me I haven't done that yet. I must admit, even though Nike runs a little smaller and a little narrower than most brands, I do love their running shoes. I'm not the type of person to buy Jordan's, Lebron's, or any other star basketball player who retails kicks for 150-200 bucks for flash; I go through shoes like nobodies business because I run like nobodies business. I go through kicks about every 100 miles, so about every month. This store has everything you need from clothes, shoes, and accessories. They even have a wall for sale/clearance stuff which makes it easy for the indecisive like me. And holiday seasons are even a better reason to come on in and get some reasonably priced gear for you or your special ones. read more

I agree with Sarah T., I am having mix feelings about Nike. I love the brand; all of my favorite teams and athletes are with Nike but their return policy is absurd. My wife bought me a pair of $200 Kobes but I wanted a different colorway. She lost the receipt but paid with her credit card. NIKE told us they can give us the lowest selling price in their system. They offered $75 and the shoes were brand new and 1 month old. I told the managers at 2 different Nike stores "Kobes for $75? Where? I am going to buy a dozen at that price." Needless to say, I kept the shoes and a month later I saw them on the shelf for $189. I love the Nike brand but if they continue to pull this shit, I will stop purchasing their products. read more

Walked into the Nike store and not one single happy employee. Also it's Not the most engaging group of people. Not one employee smiled or said hello. No one greeted customers as they walked in. No one asked if we needed help. I take it back some weird dude stood in the middle isle asking us if we found what we were looking for. I told him I don't know your blocking my path. He said "oh I'm sorry" and moved. Caucasian girl walking around putting up clothes looked very unhappy with life. Never acknowledged customers however, she managed to spark up a conversation with her coworkers. I always feel like they sic the same awkward Asian boy on me to follow me around the store. At every turn and on every corner of the isle he was right there. The last time I was in the store he paced back and forth down the isle I was on. Nobody but us two. Him pacing back and forth and me staring at him like he's a joke. Just non stop. Today the Asian dude just so happens to stock shoes on every isle I was on. He finally disappeared in thin air once I got to the counter. This Nike store has some things that Napa doesn't but, I don't know about coming back. I bought my husband a pair of shoes on black friday which on xmas morning he ended up not liking. Unfortunately in the mess of wrapping I misplaced the receipt. Yes, this is my fault. The store is okay. They don't have good sales. Nike is a good brand and tends to be a certain price range. I came here last year and happened to coincide with a holiday sale. I ended up probably buying 10 articles, don't remember. We signed up for a rewards program at the time. There was a problem with their machine. We opted for the e-receipt and it was SUPER DELAYED. I was not happy. I normally am quite good at calculating my bill range. I thought it was odd it'd be so high and suspected there could be an error. The salesguy assured me i'd receive it. I even called the store while we were in sonoma county to let him know i haven't rec'd the receipts (HOURS later). He assured me it's just a small delay. Well it was delayed all right. It was delayed til i reached home and THERE WAS AN ERROR. I was ovdrcharged at least $20 so more than 20%. Super not happy. Sometimes when there are sales, somehow they don't accurately have the updated price on the system. Anyway, i left everything in the bag intending to return the whole bag so that they could redo the calculations to make it easier for them.
