Nike Training Studio is the best. The trainers are super motivational and really know their stuff. Every class is fun and challenging, with a great mix of strength and cardio workouts. The group vibe is awesome. The energy is high, and everyone pushes each other to do their best. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or if you've been working out for a while--the trainers make sure everyone feels welcome and can keep up. The best part is how great you feel after each class. You leave sweaty and tired but also pumped and proud that you came. I love all the trainers there - next level amazing. Big shoutout to Katie! Having you as my coach has been incredible. Your energy, expertise in all things fitness and nutrition and motivation, inspire me to push myself in every class. I can't help but smile, through the sweat haha - Thanks, queen! Caitlin is another favorite of mine--her playlist, energy, and expertise make training with this fit queen so much fun. She's a stealthy ninja who somehow always knows when I'm slacking and gives me that push I need to reach my full potential, even if it means calling me out, LOL. I definitely need that nudge sometimes! And then there's Queen Dominique! She's like a ray of sunshine, and the way she (Dom)inates a class--ensuring everyone maintains great form--is just one of the many reasons I love her classes. Dominique is not only incredibly knowledgeable in the fitness world, but she's also motivating, kind, and makes you believe you can accomplish anything--even if that includes a little dance during your 30-second break, haha. NTS, can we please see more of Dominique on the schedule please The facility is nice and kept clean. Love the Nike apparel you can buy in the front. I do feel pretty cool to be working out at a "Nike" studio also. One of my favorite brands. The ENTIRE team at NTS studio have been the best and I'm so happy to make this a part of my daily routine. Top notch coaches Isaac and Blake are always there when you need them when it comes to your membership as well. Thank you guys! See you at the next workout! :-)

I've been going to Nike Training Studio since they opened on November 15 and have had an incredible experience. All trainers are knowledgeable on the workouts and encouraging during each class. The studio is super nice and everything has been running smoothly! My boyfriend and I both go and have had a super positive experience. We've already had friends join us in classes and have met some new faces. I highly recommend NTS to everyone!

I was able to do a metcon class after work and registered through my Gympass account. Everything inside is brand new and the instructors have high energy which I liked. Their metcon is pretty high intensity. A lot more difficult than Orangetheory in my opinion. The metcon is designed tabata style with increased time each set. I was drenched in sweat by the time class was over. My max heart rate was 170. They have TV screens for you at each station in case you get confused which is nice. The only downside is the location I think, especially during peak hours. It was really difficult for me to get out of the plaza because it sits right at the intersection of the traffic light. Overall, I would come back if I'm ever in the area.

They have all the equipment you could need to work every part of the body. The trainers genuinely care and personalize the program to your needs. Plenty of parking. Lockers are available with a code. It's a get-in, workout, get-out gym. There are no people, just hugging machines or standing around. Everyone is usually doing something, and so it motivates me to keep working out. It's never so busy that it gets uncomfortable. I have seen people of all ages, body types, and abilities here. It is a good mix of healthy people. Cons: No showers yet (they are expanding to include showers and a sauna soon) Only two restrooms. (I have never had to wait to use one, but you never know). Overall, this gym is pretty well organized. They offer plenty of trainers of all genders. I believe they also do rehab and physical therapy. There also is someone that comes to do massages. Everyone I have seen here is pretty friendly and polite. I have been training with Laura, and in the past three weeks, she took me from 0 pull-ups to 20 chin-ups, 1:20 plank to 3:30, and 15 push-ups to 42 in 2mins, and my strength overall has increased. I totally recommend you check it out.

It's SUPER aesthetically pleasing, with all black EVERYTHING & custom made machines! All of the trainers wipe down their machines after they use them (AMAZING!) . That is hard to come by, at gyms! The trainers are also so sweet & make you feel so welcomed! There's a water fountain & a vending machine with energy drinks, protein drinks & protein snacks, just Incase you forget yours. Love this because I'm always rushing out of the door! It also never gets super busy, like a commercial gym. So if you have gym anxiety, this is a great place to train! Love this gym if I could give it 100 stars, I would !

It gave us insights we had never had before, and the personal trainer used that data to fully tailor our workouts and even help us build a realistic game plan for when we are back home, including guidance around nutrition. It truly felt personalized to us, not a one size fits all program. We worked with Zach, and he was incredible. He was personable, friendly, genuinely caring, motivating, and super knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away and really took the time to help us meet our goals. Honestly, this was the best personal training experience I have ever had. Beyond just our sessions, the entire gym has such a welcoming, positive energy. Every trainer we interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do, which says a lot about the culture here. My boyfriend, who's more experienced with weight lifting and strength training than I am, was also obsessed with the equipment they had here - saying it was some of the best equipment he's ever used at a gym (usually goes to lifetime). Overall, such an awesome experience. If we lived here, this would absolutely be our go to gym.

The pool is useless if you are serious swimmer. Frequently 90°, I'm overheating after 300 yards. This pool is for geriatrics and kids. Also for their pool parties but not for real swimmers. Workout area is great, lots of racks. I hate the lighting though. The ceiling is covered in outdoor parking lights. I don't think it bothers anyone else but it's offensive to me. I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. I'm still a member so yes, but it could improve.

The facility itself is beautiful, upscale, and consistently clean, with thoughtful amenities like Kiehl's products in the locker rooms that make the experience feel elevated. What really makes this gym stand out, though, are the amazing instructors. Cory for spin, Mariah for mat Pilates, and Haly, Isaiah, and Carmen for Alpha are some of my favorites. Last year, around May 2025, they introduced CTR, a reformer-based Pilates class that was a total game changer for me. I no longer needed to go to a separate Pilates studio. Rob and KO helped build the program, and they were both spectacular. Rob is rarely there now, and KO recently left the gym. In my opinion, Anisa Diaz is an exceptional CTR instructor. Honestly, she's great in every class I've taken with her, including spin and mat Pilates. No two CTR classes with her are ever the same. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, has excellent flow, and every movement feels intentional and challenging in the best way. She consistently brings fresh ideas and new challenges that keep the classes engaging and fun. She truly elevated the entire experience. However, over the past few months, some of her classes have been cut, and I feel the CTR program has started to feel lacking and subpar. Because of that, I've found myself returning to private Pilates studios like Drenched OC, Anodetome, Sol, and Jetset Pilates, which are all fantastic if you're considering a private studio experience. At this point, I mainly take CTR at Life Time only when Anisa is teaching. Overall, I'm still very happy with Life Time. I just wish they would bring more energy -- and Anisa -- back to CTR.
