So pleased with the same-day friendly and personalized service here . Busy and brisk but lots of patient dogs , careful cheerful groomers, and a festive atmosphere with people who obviously like dogs and enjoy bringing out their inner and outer beauty ! I watched happy customers and nicely- groomed dogs leave the shop - and then I saw mine . He was a shelter rescue and his sweet personality wins everyone's hearts ! The staff here doted and fussed over him warmly and when they finished he was trimmed, scented, soft and clean- a whole new dog under that scruffy coat. Spinner looks amazing ! He's content and happy to be home and I'm sure is pleased with his spiffy look ! To whom it may concern, On 1/4/2023 my mother entered Nikki's Pet Spa, to conduct a bathing service on our beagle and nail trimming for two of my rabbits. Upon entering the establishment, my mother was met with the receptionist arguing loudly with an older gentlemen and yelling at him in front of other customers. It was then my rabbits turn to get their nails trimmed and after a few minutes the receptionist came to tell my mother that, "they cut the nail because the bunny got scared. Their claw got stuck. But it's just a rabbit. It's just a rabbit" she continued to state that "it's just a rabbit" as my mother asked numerous times for clarification. They continued to charge for the services and did not apologize once. When receiving the rabbits my mother noticed that my bunnies left upper paw where the nail was "cut off" was still slightly covered in blood and in fact the claw was ripped out. My mother then informed me of the situation and showed me a picture. I called a few minutes later and calmly asked to speak to the manager. The women then answered the phone stating "I'm the manager". I said "hello, my mother was just there with two rabbits for a nail trimming and I want a refund. Because I don't think the situation was handled properly and my mom was taken advantage of in the situation." The women interrupted and kept saying "honey, I explained to your mom what happened. Honey I told her. Honey is she still bleeding." I told her , " I think it was very unprofessional, yes my rabbit is hurt and I wasn't informed that she was bleeding." She proceeded to say "it's not the groomers fault" she didn't apologize or allow for a refund. I told her " what would be the outcome then when I go to the vet and my rabbit has a potential sprang, broken bone or serious infection." She said " wait I have another customer let me put you on hold, what's your name?" I said "alexis" she continued to ask three more times. She came back on the phone stating "you need to understand that rabbits are not dogs. They get more frightened and tend to hurt themselves. It's not the groomers fault and you'll get your refund for ONE RABBIT. You can never bring them back here again! " I informed her I understand it's one rabbit. I don't plan or ever getting serviced there again and I would not engage in arguing further. Just know that it was very unprofessional and I need to know what was put on my rabbits paw. She proceeded to say " the rabbit got his paw stuck on the crate and hurt its nail. They put peroxide and qikstop. Lemme check. She yelled and asked. Then stated "no""  My mother then went to receive the refund. The women tried to approach my younger sister thinking that was me that had previously called. Then shared with my mother that I accused her of negligence and I refused to hear an explanation and didn't allow her to speak. When in fact she was combative, changed her story various times, did not inform me of what was placed on my rabbit (she could have licked the peroxide and poisoned herself and/or caused a burn from the peroxide), and yelled at me the entire time. I took my rabbit to the vet and they shared with me that the groomer was negligent in reporting the facts of the situation and taking responsibility. Unfortunately, my rabbit is still at risk for a serious infection and their not sure if her nail will grow back. I'm dishearten that they refused to be clear with the matter at hand and apologize properly. I do not recommend any one getting serviced there. If you do it's at your own risk. Thank you. read more

I love this spot! Usually when i pick up my baby boy, he's shaking and terrified but here at Nikki's, he's just so happy to see me, no shakes or anything. I usually pay $60 but it's worth it because his haircut usually last for 2-3 months. I always call the day of and they fit me into their schedule for an appointment. ***********WARNING WITH THIS GROOMER********** I took our pet for a grooming. He was matted because it took about 3 1/2 weeks for this appointment. Upon picking him up, Amy the front office rep said our dog would be shaking his head because they had to cut the hair so short which owning dogs my entire life, I had never heard of this. My vets words "that sounds sketchy". I took him to the vet after days of severe head shaking and the vet pointed out that our dog had been nicked on both ears and had a hard substance which he said was some kind of skin adhesive to stop the bleeding. I called the grooming office and Amy was absolutely rude and then spoke to the owner and she was just as rude! They DO NOT care about our beloved pets!!! If I can give them a negative star, I would especially after stating that they would not pay my vet bill which is all I asked for. Best advise is DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE! there are many GROOMERS available in Corona/Norco area to choose from! read more

I brought my senior dog in for a hair cut and bath. Not only were they super rude they were super aggressive. After I picked my dog up and brought him home I noticed he had a couple of cuts on him and a large cut in his ear. If they would have told me that happened I would have reacted differently. For years I have struggled to find a dog grooming place that I loved. This place right here is awesome. After leaving on vacation for a few weeks I came home to find my dog completely infested with fleas and looking like a complete mess. I tried to take care of it myself and he just got worst. I called around to a few places and they responded fast and after I explained how bad he was they told me I could bring him in right away. As soon as I walked in they were so friendly and welcoming. Not once did they judge for how bad he looked, just took him to the back and got started. They called a couple times to tell me how he was doing and give me updates on him. I took my 1 yr old Yorkie "Osito" to get his first groom. Nikki has a very clean area and staff are great. My Osito did good and was taken care of 100%, He looked so handsome after being groomed, and I believe Amy was his groomer. Awesome job, and Osito came home with a cute bandana. Thank yo! Very easy to talk to, very thoughtful and thorough about how you want your dogs cut to look/the style you want etc. you can tell they really care which made me feel even better about leaving my baby Kyzer there! I was recommended to Nikki's Pet Spa by a lady with a mobile Pet Gromming service truck I honestly don't remember her name but a very nice person. I called Nikki's Pet Spa and the lady was super patient and listened the whole issue and concern with my 11 yr old Golden Retriever with hip issues that has been hurt by several other pet spas even when I beg them to be super careful. They told me no problem they would take him and would be careful. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the after it and he looked gorgeous, but the best part I can see he was very happy, he didn't have the scared look like from the other places and the best thing was that he wasn't hurt! The pricing was fine and the cut was pretty good. The only thing that bothered me was my dog was there for almost 8 hours. I dropped off my dog at noon for his appointment and they said that they were short staffed so It would be about 3-4 hours. I was fine with that but when 4 rolled around and I hear nothing back about my dog so I call. I waited a little and called around 4:30 and they said they were behind and It would be about another hour or two. Cool. So I wait till around 6 and I hear nothing again About my dog. So I call again. They said he was next and they were very sorry. I didn't pick up my dog till about 7:45. My dog is 13 so he has some medical conditions that require medicine at certain times and he has to eat at a certain time so It kinda just bothered me that he was there for almost 8 hours and I got 0 updates. read more

From my first phone call to picking up Mimi everyone was super helpful and super nice. I explained to everyone that this would be Mimi's first grooming and that I was very nervous because we had a bad experience at another business trying to board her. We set up an appointment for bath and grooming with a hygiene trim up. She's super fluffy. We dropped her off and Alexis was super sweet and very reassuring to us. Yes, I explained the bad situation again. I called later and spoke to Nikki who said that Mimi did fine and that the only "issue" was she wasn't a fan of the dryer so they didn't want to stress her out and were drying her without the blow dryer and she might be a little damp when we pick her up. When we got there to pick her up Nikki brought her out and again assured us that Mimi did just great and walked us through what they did for her with the hygiene shave. Wow! Absolutely amazing! As I walked in I was immediately greeted. My two frenchies were taken gently to get pampered today. A couple hours later I got called that my babies were ready for pick up. I love that they called them "babies". When I saw them my mouth fell to the floor. They have never looked so well groomed! I loved the touch of the little handkerchief around their precious necks. A company driver driving a company mercedes van speeds and goes right through the stop sign with no regard to the workers sign that it was MY turn to go and nearly hits me head on. Im not a Karen or anything im one to hardly ever complain because i understand humans make mistakes but this man could of costed me my life!!! He had no care to stop at the actual stop sign or obey the road workers' sign . SMH.!!!!
