But thank you for admitting that you're receptionist was rude and wanted us to give you guys another chance to groom P boy. Nikki did a great job on Flower the Job Inspector! And when I picked her up from the "spa," Flower was not panicked or crazy, just regular happy from all the spa attention. Sweet! Means a lot to me. I used the self service wash the front desk was nice and lovely but when she showed me the shampoos so quick I didn't get to catch it, which I understand the phones were ringing but she never came back to see if I needed more help or questions and when I finished and came back out I had asked about the pet cologne and the pro groomer that the website said it had for the self service and she looked at me like she knew nothing about it and said those services were for the groomer appointments but when I showed her she let me have a few sprays of cologne. I have been taking my dogs to Nikki's for over 20 years and I have been more than happy of the services & treatments my dogs have revived. I was reading the bad reviews people have left regarding Nikki'sPet Spa. I was so disgusted at how they complained about everything from the employees to the spa itself. first of all, Nikki's spa has NEVER and I mean NEVER has smelled nor is has it EVER been filthy! she has had the shop on 2nd st and in 6th steer & her prest one also on 6th st , and not once has it been dirty or smelled according to the unhappy customer. It angers me so much for these out of towners can bash on social media. I guess they have nothing else better to do. I have purchased all my bulldogs from Nikki & her nursery was amazing!! There was a time when my puppy bulldog eye was injured & I didn't know what to do so I immediately called Nikki. She was on vacation out of state, but she called me back right away and gave me advice on what to do. My dog is four years old now and she's doing great whenever I bring my two Gigi and Gemma. They are so nervous and shaking, but once I pick them up, they are happy campers just trotting to the door. I have always been satisfied with the employees there they do their best and very hard. They will call if they need to on either dog and they pamper the dogs immensely. I went to the back grooming area and as much as they do dogs back there, it was very clean and it did not smell at all. I'm not one who writes reviews, but it really angered me to hear people put Nikki spa down and bash her when she does nothing but the best Thank you for listening. It's been a few months since our pointer got a good grooming session [he got attacked protecting his human kids from 2 other dogs so we had to let his wounds heal]. I took my dog for first time to this spot , great grooming place but FAILED take care of my dog correctly , my dog was fed food out of his normal diet. Staff manager kept insisting that the dog was not fed anything under their care because of "their policies" while grooming but it's BS. She disclose they sold can food for pets. Anyways, I picked up my dog and he threw up a huge chuck of canned food after his grooming in my brand new car. A few days later, I ended up paying 629.00$$$ to get him medication and test. She's a tea cup pom with skin conditions so they did a lions cut and were very mindful of her sensitive skin. The only issue I had was that I wish they told me about the under coat. Nikki's Pet Spa is a life saver! Our poor baby girl was so matted up and miserable. You can see the difference in the pictures. Our regular groomer has been closed since March and we haven't been able to schedule an appointment anywhere for a full grooming service. I used Yelp and sent out a message with a photo of our baby to a couple of groomers and Nikki was so kind to reach out to me. Although she was booked out for two weeks, she was able to squeeze us in because she saw how bad Coco looked. She worked around our schedule and was so flexible. We've never had any groomer do that for us and was so impressed with her customer service. I'm pretty picky when it comes to groomers and I'm very protective of my baby so I was a bit nervous with taking her to a new place. But Nikki and her staff are so friendly and you can tell how much they love all the animals. They are taking extra safety measures right now and having you drive up to the back to drop off and pick up which is good. They really did a wonderful job on her especially since she was in such bad shape when we brought her in. FYI, she doesn't accept credit cards so you have to pay her by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Nikki's Pet Spa provides excellent customer service, and they have the most experienced and professional groomers. I was taking my 5-month-old pup, Sir Woofington, to PetSmart. He had gone there twice for a puppy bath and trim. Both times, he was done in less than an hour and he would be wailing and dying to get out of their grip when they bring him out. The first time he came out with part of his tail shaved off and the second time, they didn't cut his nails and never cleaned out his ears. The third time we took him, the groomer grabbed him so hard on the face and when he cried, she yelled "stop" continuously until I told her to let go of him. Luckily, she was just checking him in when that happened, so I had the chance to pull him away from that horrible place. I immediately called Niki's Pet Spa after than incident and Nikki was kind enough to accommodate pup the following day for a bath and trim. As soon as we pulled up to their curbside drop-off/pick-up area, Jodi greeted us and checked us in. She was so nice and friendly that I immediately felt better being there. When she picked up pup, she was gentle and made him feel at ease. He was there for four hours and I worried that he or they had a hard time because he had never been left with anyone else for that long, but when I got there, Jodi greeted me again and told me that he handled it well and apart from his lack of bladder control, Nikki didn't have any issues grooming him. Jodi left for a few moments to get him, and I was nervous to see him thinking that he would be wailing or wouldn't be groomed properly, but when she came out, Sir Woofington was cradled calmly in her arms and he looked so fluffy and adorable! Nikki trimmed his nails properly, trimmed and blew out his hair beautifully and cleared his ears of all the hair that built up there. He even came out in this cute black bow; he was just so handsome! I thanked Jodi again for their outstanding service and left. I received a follow-up call from Nikki about an hour after to check on Sir Woofington. She mentioned the build up in his ears to which I was very thankful she was able to clean out and told her my previous horrible PetSmart story. I scheduled my next appointment with them already. I'm glad I found Nikki's Pet Spa because this next appointment would be his first grooming appointment after getting neutered and also his first full-groom appointment. Thank you Nikki, Jodi and staff for the terrific service and all you do to give our pets a wonderful experience! P.S. My daughter says if she can give you 100 stars, she would! read more

Amy was so sweet and put my mind at ease by sending me pictures and texting me to let me know my fur baby Hershey was doing great! I have not been away from my pup in 6 months with all this Covid stuff so it was extra hard leaving him, I actually cried.
