We took our two Persian cats in for full grooming. It was our first time and I'm so happy with the results. Both cats looked amazing. Our older cat was used to being sedated during grooming and Nikki and Wendy were amazing at figuring out our cat in order to groom him safely. I appreciated their honesty with their experience with the cats and will definitely be taking them back. read more

I was very happy with the drive up drop off and pick up. My fur babies were well taken care of. I will be returning for follow ups

I called last minute to have my kitty groomed after a vet had flaked on me the day of. Nikki the owner got me in, even though they were slammed. She and all of her staff were extremely friendly. They took my kitty in and made her feel beautiful and MUCH better after she had bad matting from my other local groomer who was shut down from covid. I will be making the 45 minute drive from here on out for them to continue to keep up the grooming maintenance on my kitty. Thank you so much, nikki & staff! read more

This was my first time at Nikki's Pet Spa and I will definitely be returning. The place was packed yet the staff still took the time to get to know more about both my dogs. Once again, Amazing staff, very attentive to my blind husky will be back. read more

I have taken my poodle mix here for a couple years now and I am always pleased with their service. They do a really good job at grooming and I have also used their boarding services. Overall a good place just a bit pricy. read more

I called a ways before they went and we went over in detail on price and what I wanted done, dog weight and type. They called me the day before to change the time to 2 hours later. Dropped them off at 2pm and they're just now ready after at 8:24. The lady I spoke to told me about $35 each. When we call to get them they say $130. $60 more is almost double. I have never paid that much anywhere to have my dogs groomed. When I called they just argued. I appreciate that they called me to confirm my dogs cut but come this is highway robbery. read more

I called to schedule an appointment to groom my pet. The person who answered the phone was a little rude. There were no appointments available so I inquired about Sunday since their business post says Sundays are by appointment only. The lady responded as if I was asking a ridiculous question. I don't know if they groom well but their customer service with me was very poor. I'll continue to share this info on social media. read more

This review is based on the phone conversation I had with whoever picked up at Nikki's, not the actually grooming service. After reading up on the few reviews here on yelp, I decided to call and give this place a try with my 3 dogs. Whoever I spoke with over the phone about 5 mins ago was extremely RUDE. I explained to her I'm a new customer and would like to find out more information. I understand you can't give an exact estimate over the phone without seeing the dogs first, but there is always a base price for all grooming services. I even checked their website first, but there isn't a menu on there. I felt like I interrupted someone's day instead of being treated as a potential customer. The BAD ATTITUDE was totally uncalled for. In the end, I didn't make any appointment, I don't want to be treated rudely in person as well. I sure hope that was not Nikki I spoke with, and please do train your staff to be a bit more telephone friendly. After all, customer service and 1st impressions are so very important for any type of business. read more

In our second time going to Nikki's for our two dogs' grooming, the great experience we had the first time was completely wiped out. We went on a Saturday and had an appointment for both to have their paws and nails done. Not that we had to wait long, but the waiting was hard to bear. First, the place stank even worse than one would expect from a lot of pets in one area. The floor and grooming stations were all covered in hair (more on that later). Worst of all though was the prevailing sour attitude that was visible on the majority of staff faces. "Hello" and "How can I help you?" seemed forced and disingenuous. Beyond that, for every customer that came in the looks became even more stern. Given the still dour economic climate and that weekends WOULD expect to be busy, this is not the way to maintain a prosperous business. Oliver went first and Dylan second. A few hours later Oliver started scratching incessantly and could not get comfortable. Figuring it was a rash we let it be. A couple of days later we discovered that both he and Dylan had acquired fleas. Since they hadn't been around other dogs after their visit, we immediately traced it back to their grooming. This was no doubt due to the lack of cleanliness and abundance of dog hair during our visit. Two $60 flea treatments and one flea shampoo later, both have finally been rid of them. Being new to this area, it's of course difficult to find the right services. We thought after our first experience where the owner went out of her way to groom both on a Sunday that we had found a place for both grooming and boarding. After this though we are continuing our search. read more

It's always a tough task to groom my miniature poodle because she has curly hair and it's often matted. However, Nikki does a great job! After a trip here, my shaggy dog is turned into a beautiful princess, bows and everything. It is a little pricey but it's worth it because your dog will look great. They accept walk-ins and it does take a while for them to call you for pick up but in my experience, it always does with any grooming place and you don't really want them rushing and messing up anyway read more

First time using the mobile service and Molly the groomer was excellent. We would highly recommend Molly. Our two dogs had the spa treatment and it couldn't have been better. read more

Nikki's is slightly more expensive than the grooming you would get at a place like Petco, but well worth it. They were able to accommodate our two large, high energy dogs the same day we called. Not only did they do a beautiful job with our dogs, but also they were kind enough to give them Christmas bandanas and each got a ball to take home. I would highly recommend Nikki's for all of your furry family member's needs. read more

I recently bought a yorkie puppy. Nikki the owner was very patient and kind with all my crazy questions. Her knowledge of dogs in general is quite intriguing. The best part was she checked up on us within our first 24 hours, 3 days later and even 5 days later and offered additional help!I recommended all peeps to check her out and her spa!! She is worth every penny. She Stands strong and proud behind her pups and spa!!! Ultimately she loves all her dogs and customers! Thank you Nikki for a great, stressful free purchase! I'll Be back when you have more yorkie pups available or maybe a Frenchie read more

We always get a friendly greeting when we walk in the door, and our dogs are always excited to see these groomers. We often make our appointments on short notice and they're very accommodating and flexible. They're always busy, though, but the pets and owners get complete care and respect, which we hadn't received at other places. Obviously, we've been happy with the service - hair cuts, baths, bandanas, nails, glands - the works for a good price. Our male gets a recognizably boyish face, and our female's cut is much more girlish, which shows attention to detail when they both could both have the same generic "cookie cutter" breed cut. We're very happy customers! read more

This place is a Godsend. I had been rejected by 3 groomers because my schnauzer was high stresses and aggressive. I went to Norco animal hospital to see if they could groom her possibly sedated. They told me they no longer had a groomer but to try Nikki's down the street. I walked in and they were so welcoming and said they handle dogs that nobody else would take. I scheduled with Wendy and I was amazed by the job she did with my Sammi. This place is nothing like the box store groomers. They actually care about your pet and are very well trained. Now all my pets will be going to Nikki's. this place. TEN STARS!!! read more

I've been bringing Maya, my three-year-old rescue pitbull here for over six months now. Before Nikis, it was virtually impossible to even get her nails clipped. She's not aggressive, but she is absolutely terrified of vets and groomers. I'm talking about you have to physically pull her from the car and she immediately wets herself when she walks in the door. Terrified. I so appreciate Nikki's because they are the first groomers to be able to manage my fur baby. There is no prejudice towards her breed, and they are so sweet to her. The moment she comes in, shaking, trying to lie on the floor so we can't move her, they come talk to her, pet her. They are very compassionate with all the animals. The are grooming area is totally open and I've stayed and watched several times. There always seems to be somebody there, watching or waiting for their pet. What really won my loyalty though, is that they put Maya straight through the grooming process, no waiting involved, because they realized how uncomfortable she is. Of course, I come in the mornings on off days, so this is workable. Still, all these things put together, together with their rock-bottom prices, makes me a loyal Nikki's customer for life. read more

I called and was able to get my dog in for the same day. They were super accommodating and were so attentive to what I wanted for my pup! I was very concerned and nervous to leave my baby at a pet spa I was unfamiliar with but I needed desperately to get her groomed. To make a long story short, I loved it!! They did an amazing job on my baby Canela! I can't remember the name of the groomer but she was the most amazing and genuine person I have met in a long time. She was fighting a cold, fully booked on a Sunday and still took my baby in! It was awesome and I can not find the right words to describe my experience! I highly recommend this pet spa, it was the best experience for my baby Canela read more

Very first time visiting Nikki's Pet Spa, because we just moved to Norco. The staff was friendly, easy to book an appointment a day or so in advance. Upon arrival, she took my Rhodesian Ridgeback back quickly and offered an add on: for a few dollars more they would brush his teeth. I said ok, because it ain't that easy to do.........About an hour later he was all done and ready to be picked up. A wee bit expensive for just a simple bath and nail cut, no fancy cuts or trims. $55.00 in total with the teeth brushing. Happy with results, but I may still try a few other places out. In my opinion for $55.00, I could get a mobile groomer to come to my house. read more

I always bring Scooby to Nikki's for nails and glands, but we usually bathe him at home. Took him in this morning and they were super busy, but brought him right back. There was a mix up and they started to bathe him, so they came right out and let me know and gave him a bath and dry for free. As always, great customer service and great work! Thanks! read more

Last weekend I was in need of a groomer. M poor dog Charlie was starting to look homeless. I called and they were able to take him but advised since I didn't have an appointment it might only be for a bath and brush. When I got there, the groomer who would be grooming Charlie picked him up and comforted him while trying to assess what needed to be done. Since he was pretty matted they told me it would take a little while. I told them my main concern was that he not be completely shaved. I dropped him off at about 9:45 am and he was down at around 8:00pm. I knew it would take long but I honestly didn't anticipate that long lol. But he looked amazing! It was $60 + another $10 for tip. Charlie is a Maltese and I think I'll be back here again. Charlie and I both left feeling great. read more

I had a good experience with customer service here, and my dog Koko looked like she enjoyed her experience as well! I wish I got the name of the lady who groomed my dog, because she told me that Koko was very well behaved even after I warned her that Koko can be aggressive. First I want to say that I have been coming to Nikki's with my pets for about 15yrs, they were still at the 2nd st location when I first went. Nikki bathed and groomed my cat regularly until he passed at age 15. When I started showing and breeding small breed drop-coat dogs I brought them to Nikki's for grooming before a show or maintenance. They do such a fabulous job every time and I've never had a bad experience in all the years and pets I've taken in. My pets are happy to go to them. I really love the fact that it doesn't matter who takes care of your pet it's always going to be a top notch, show quality groom. I've taken a chance and gone to other groomers on occasion but always go back even though we live 40 mins drive away. Thanks to everyone at Nikki's - read more

I normally don't go out of my way to write about a shop or business, but this time I decided find a website that could perhaps give this business the recognition it deserves as a remarkable asset to the Dog Groomers industry. I have been breeding and raising Yorkshire Terrier dogs for over 25 years, and therefore, you can only imagine how particular I am to allow my precious dogs to be in the care and hands of just any groomer. I have been sending my dogs to be groomed by Nikki's Pet Spa for about 4 years now. I couldn't of been more satisfied and completely confident that my dogs are in the best hands with her and her well trained staff of friendly, professional and pet loving people. My experience with the staff, grooming and cleanliness of this grooming facility is the best that I have ever been to, (and I have been to quite a few). Nikki, the owner, is a very conscientious, caring, loving, enthusiastic, fare and most of all a very professional person. Thank You Nikki for finally provided a place where people are assured and confident to have their pets groomed with you and your well trained and accommodating staff. read more

I just got my 2 Pit bull's groomed for the second time here and I am so happy with the service! The groomers and the entire staff does a GREAT job with my dogs. My dogs are big babies and are super scared if they cant see me so leaving them for a few hours is a HUGE deal. The lady up front, Cheryl, is so nice and tries her best to make my dogs feel safe. She even let me walk them back to a cage to help my dogs feel less scared and let my dogs give her kisses all over her face. My dogs may look like big pit bulls that are tough but they are seriously the sweetest dogs and just want to be loved and everyone here does a great job working with my dogs. I will be bring by dogs back every month for their monthly grooming and I highly recommend anyone looking for a good groomer to go to Nikki's!! read more
