This is the cutest place for a pet. Was the first time he goes to a spa to cut his nails. The fam bam was nervous but we got to let him go to spa. The staffs were courteous. Price is reasonable and during the Covid-19 they only operate with half the staffs. The wait is a little long. On the lighter note, you can grab a drive thru of something or hike/walk somewhere or do a grocery run. She use to do TUCKER my Aussie and his fur was always an issue (long feathering) they always made him soft and beautiful and now they do my two bullies ! After months in quarantine, this pup was in desperate need of some TLC. Luckily Nikki's is up and running, and has made a few changes to adjust to the current COVID crisis. All visits are zero contact, instead Nikki's asks that you pull up to their back side door for drop off. They also only accept no contact payment from apps like Venmo. I received a text message a few hours later that stated Sheila was ready for pick up! I arrived to a brand-spankin-new dog with half the amount of hair! Regarding Nikki's response to my mom's previous review: Nikki by no means fully knew or understood the whole situation because she wasn't even there when Lucy was brought in to originally get groomed and when we brought Lucy in to hopefully get the bow removed. I am not a teenager, and Mrs. Bicera never went in. It was Mr. Bicera. Lucy ONLY went to Nikki's because there was an availability. I had originally stopped taking her there because they kept raising their prices. When I picked up Lucy, everything seemed fine. We noticed something was off on Wednesday night when Lucy didn't like us petting her right ear. We tried inspecting it, but she wouldn't let us. We brought her into the vet and were told that she would have to be sedated. Their quote was way too high, so we brought her to Nikki's the next morning to see what they can do because they were the ones to put in the bows. That's when we discovered that the bow was wrapped around her ear. We asked to review the grooming process and question whoever groomed Lucy but were denied as they continuously vouched for their "professional" groomers. The front desk lady told us that Nikki wasn't there and she would give us a call to see what she can do, but when she called us, she denied any responsibility for the situation, refused to pay for her vet visit, and didn't say she was at all sorry for what had happened to my poor Lucy. She denied that any of her groomers would do such a thing. Keep in mind that the bows were never taken out by me or anyone else living at home. So to turn the blame back on us is truly unprofessional! We brought her into the vet shortly after, had to pay over $500 for the bow removal and medication, and had to watch Lucy suffer as parts of her ear turned necrotic and fell off. It was truly devastating to have to watch my aging dog go through that, and it is even more frustrating that a business woman can't own up to any mistakes and AT THE VERY LEAST say sorry for what happened to Lucy. I am never ever taking any of my dogs here again. Please keep your fur babies safe! read more

We have tried out numerous groomers for our Malti- poo (Dottie) and unfortunately have not been satisfied. UNTIL TODAY! After our last visit to our regular groomer we decided to try something and someone new. And we are VERY happy with the way she looks , smells and feels! Unlike previous visits, Dottie came home with the whitest coat and a perfectly trimmed teddy bear face. We can t get enough of her cute little self! Upon arriving , Nikki greeted me and immediately came kneeled down to check Dottie out. She took her time to go over pricing and asked me what it was I was looking for as far as a cut goes. She was very informative and even explained to me what type of clippers they use to trim her and the importance of brushing in between visits to keep her at a good length. Other groomers have never taken the time to do that and I am truly appreciative that she did. As far as pricing goes , they can't be beat! I was surprised at the low price of $55 for a shampoo with additional services included like the anal gland extraction and trimming. To add on de-matting was an extra $5, teeth cleaning another $5. Her breath has never smelled better! Don't let me forget the grooming time, I dropped her off at 10am and she was done by 12:30!!! They fluffed and cut him perfectly. His fur was so soft, nails nicely trimmed, breath fresh and tail wagging. The best part was that they didn't let our furbaby leave until he was perfect! Took my boy to get groomed here for the first time yesterday. I really like the way his body and face came out. The only thing I was a little bummed about was the fact that the groomer didn't cut his ears or tail. I had both women at the front desk ask me if I wanted ears and tail cut, I said yes both times, one of the women even wrote down that I wanted them cut. So I was a bit surprised to see that my boy still had the same long ears and tail that he had when I dropped him off. I know his coat was very long, and not in perfect shape. I'm sure it took the groomer a while to get him looking nice, so maybe she just ran out of time. Overall he does look and smell nice. read more

First time here. I took my two maltipoo mix dogs. It's their second time with a groomer. Dropped them off at 2, got a pick up call at about 5:45pm. The facility is clean, cute and has its own parking lot. I paid 140$ for both. I was originally quoted 75$ each so I was pleasantly surprised. They look absolutely adorable and the groomer did exactly what I asked for. The staff was nice. Far nicer haircut than the last groomer experience. I'll have to go back during the week because I got home and realized I only tipped for one dog. Definitely recommend and I'll definitely keep going here. read more
