Other reviews I've seen glowed about this shop, so I took my car here over other options. And I'm so glad I did. I needed to get a parasitic drain test for my car, and Gunter Automotive was great! They communicated with me the whole time my car was with them, kept digging until they found the problem, and even worried about me when they realized what had happened. It felt like the employees here genuinely care about their clients, which is huge! A few more details: My car had been having issues for months, during which I was repeatedly taking it to different shops, auto stores, etc. Gunter Automotive found the problem within two days and charged much less than expected for the testing and fix. Really can't say enough good things about my experience here. Gunter Automotive is awesome. We were going to call for an appointment for an oil and filter change. Before I could do that our brake system suddenly went out. Michelle has integrity, which is doing the right thing when no one is looking. She called an quoted a $900+ brake system job. She then ran our vin# and called back and told us it was under warranty except we had to take it to the Ford Dealership. Amazing. We would have never known. Honesty is the best policy. I called USAA Roadside assistance and they sent a wrecker to pick up the SUV and take it to the Ford Dealership yesterday afternoon. Mall of Georgia Ford dealership, Bryan, called back today and the problem was repaired and our SUV was ready for pick up and the invoice was $0 Warranty repair all parts and labor. I am so amazed at the timing of it all. We are so grateful for honest people. We will always take our vehicles to Gunter Automotive for fast, friendly and honest service. I needed 4 new tires for my Ford Focus, and Brian helped me pick out the Versado Noir tires by Toyo. I do a lot of driving and these are supposed to be good for 70k miles! The tire ordering was fast, the installation was also prompt and they cleaned my wheels for me, too. My car drives like a brand new vehicle.
