BAD SERVICE AND RUDE OWNER! My husband brought his winter…read morejacket to this place on Ottawa street for dry cleaning and some alterations. The tailor said he was so busy that he wouldn't get to it for a few weeks. We waited many weeks and then I went to pick up the jacket and drop off some other clothes for more alterations. I asked the attendant if this has been paid for or I needed to pay. She said I needed to pay, which I did. I look at the jacket and can't seem to notice any alterations done. I made a comment to the attendant that I didn't see anything done here. She ignored that. So I decided to take it home and let my husband look at it and see if they did what he had asked the tailor to do. When I got home, it turned out that not only they didn't do any alterations, but apparently he had already paid for it in advance! I called them, explained the issue and was told that they had no notes about any alterations to be done on this jacket, so they were not done. (I guess my husband's discussion with the tailor went unnoticed and undocumented). Obviously the place was very disorganized. That made me worry that my other two items would be missing notes or what not, so I decided to go back there and take my clothes back as well as resolve the double payment issue. When I came back, the owner appeared in the middle of my conversation with other staff. The lady who admitted over the phone that there were no notes on alterations in their system was ready to give me my money back. But the owner demanded that I bring the jacket back to make sure there were indeed no alterations done. I had to go back home and return to the place for the 3rd time with the jacket. They brought the tailor out to the front desk who confirmed he didn't touch this jacket. After that the owner paid me back my money, admitted he made a mistake, but DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE! The entire communication with the owner was an altercation. You don't do this to customers!! Go to Blondie Cleaners instead!
