We drive about 30 mins to visit Nima's and it's worth it. The employees always make you feel welcomed including helping us adjust the dining area tables to fit our party. Love the old school pizzeria vibe in the dining area. The pizza and wings are perfect. I appreciate how saucey and crispy the wings are. The pizza is the exact thin texture I enjoy. Nima's delivers consistent quality every time. We have a lot of great pizza spots to choose from and this is up there for me in the top 3. read more

Had the Hawaiian pizza, some subs and a kids meal. The kid loved the pizza fries and apple juice. The Hawaiian pizza was good, as were the subs. Half of the sign is out so if you just see "Nim" - fear not. It is actually Nima's, not a knock off. read more

I wanted a sandwich, an Italian Hero. It was a good choice. The sandwich, small size, was enough for two meals. Packed with Ham, Salami, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Onions,Mayo, it was delicious. I made it a meal with a drink and chips. Next time, I need to try the Pizza. The setting is plain, booth seating around the perimeter of the store, plenty of center space for lots of take out orders from employees of nearby hospital. The staff is friendly. read more

Yayy!!! Pizza party at work for lunch!! Ordering pizza and wings via phone. Very easy and clear. Pizza came in to the office on time. Pizza was warm enough to not microwave. The strongest suit pizza wise was the tomato sauce. It tasted great. I would say average over all in taste and texture. Chiken wings were not bad. Texture was ok. I will say the the buffalo sause was not overpowering, it was well balanced. I would just improve in the amount of blue cheese sause per container. I will shout out the integrity they showed me when they gave us an extra half pie cheese pizza because they made full pepperonie pie when we ordered half cheese half pep. Well done Nima's! read more

Nimas PIZZA is out of this world!! We ordered the Garlic Crust Sausage and Pepper Pizza (picture added). The crust was soft and not doughy or soggy. The sausage was perfect and the banana peppers paired well. If you're in the area, you must order some Nimas pizza. read more

Grew up in Clifton Springs, living in California since '99. Still haven't found a pizza that tastes this good. It is the one that I put up on a pedestal- and compare all other pies to this elite pie. I even work at a top notch pizza spot here in Los Angeles, and I still think that this pizza tops that. The pizza here has the right thickness of crust, done at the right doneness, and damn! it's delicious. There must be some crack in the dough, i keep itchin' for the next slice of this pizza. There wings are top notch too. The mild are a favorite of the family, although i prefer the medium, but i like them on the spicy side. I remember having smoke blowing out my ears when i tried the hot ones, if you like over the top spiciness, go for those. I know Clifton Springs isn't the vacation spot you're dying to go to, but if you are in the Finger Lakes area, it is DEFINITELY worth the trek out there. Man, I want Nimas now... read more

Don't know if it's the same owners as the Nima's in palmyra. Personally I notice a difference, the wings in palmyra are better but I've never had a problem with the place, always good service and good food. The slices at this location are much better. Great cheese and sauce. Definitely worth checking out, get a slice. read more

Ordered a ham sub. Was not expecting stale bread and ham that looked like it was pre sliced packaged from a grocery store. The slices of ham were thick and stringy, in other words disgusting. Went back to express my dissatisfaction as politely as possible. Was not so nicely greeted by the man who may be one of the owners. He threw his hands up in the air and said "ham is ham"! He had no rebuttal to the stale bread. His silence to me was admitting he knew it was bad! Great job on the customer service Nima's! I won't be back. Ever. read more

I've been a customer of Nimas for years, but they just permanently lost my business. I called and ordered some wings and then headed over to get them on my lunch break. At check out they said the price was just over $17. I was shocked and corrected the newer cashier and told her they were only 11.98. She then said the price had changed. She was rude about it, but then offered to cancel the order so I said yes. Moments later she goes back to the kitchen and comes out with the owner who both then proceed to scream at me. Owner was yelling at me (literally) saying that the price went up because of a food shortage and blah blah blah. Well good customer service is this - when you know you've changed pricing then let your callers know the new amount when they order. Simple. And if you don't want to cancel an order then don't offer that option to your customers. That is pretty basic service. Lol. Wow. The fault is entirely their own, yet they felt justified in treating this customer poorly by coming at me in a loud and threatening way. There is no reason for such nasty attitudes. Hey I work hard for my money too, so i'm not going to spend it on people who have little to no respect for others. Customer service is everything to me. There is another place in town for pizza and wings and they've always been super nice so my business will be brought there from now own. read more

I first had this when my neighbor ordered it and invited us over for pizza. I usually go to Greenfront in Canandaigua or Cam's in Geneva for pizza as I am new to the area. I was very impressed. The pizza had a great texture and had all those yummy crispy bubbles on the bottom of a nice, flavorful and chewy crust. I cannot stand bland, over-bready crust like Mark's pizza. Next, the cheese was very rich. I think they use whole milk, good quality or even a mix of mozzarella and provolone because it really stood out. We LOVED it. Then, we visited the pizzeria a week later. The person at the counter was a little odd. She seemed spaced out. It was a very hot day and we picked the coolest place in the joint. There isn't any air conditioning and it would have at least been nice to have a oscillating fan at least. The boneless wings were very good and the pizza was once again delicious. We will be back, but not on a hot summer day. read more

Meh. We order pizza from here because it's closest to us and they don't charge a delivery fee. The pizza is okay, but lately the prices have gone up and it seems like they've started putting more cheese on/in everything. I recently ordered a calzone (and they were out of ricotta?!) and it was mostly all mozzarella cheese. I almost felt sick after eating some it and it caused the crust to become soggy and fall apart. Other than that, the food is decent and we'll continue to order from Nima's. read more

Then to add insult to injury they were extremely defensive being borderline rude in their response upon our inquiry as to where our food was.
