Then 3 weeks go by with nothing showing up, as I never received confirmation or tracking, just her word. So I reached out and she stated she forgot but provided tracking. Soon as the package arrived I opened it to find she only shipped 1 instead 2 like she mentioned. Eager to try the jam I opened it right away, only to be smacked in the face for the 3rd time with a foul smell of stinky behind. I reached out right away to Koren to let her know but she never responded back. At this point I am writing this company off. Customer service started great, then became non existent. 3 out of 3 jars spoiled which shows there is a serious quality control issue going on.
