My skin texture was noticeably worse than when I walked in, and I was left with scabbing, what appeared to be burns, and an allergic reaction. What was especially frightening was that during the treatment itself, I felt significant burning on my face. I was very scared and uncomfortable, but I was told that the burning was simply from the peel they were doing. I have had professional chemical peels before, and I have never experienced burning like this during a treatment. Afterward, I contacted the clinic about my concerns. They offered me complimentary services, but after having such a frightening and traumatic experience, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to perform another treatment on my skin. I declined the complimentary services and requested a refund for the $300 facial, but they refused. I went in expecting an anti-aging treatment that would improve my skin, and instead I left with damaged skin and significantly worse texture. For $300, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not return to this clinic and would strongly encourage others to do their research before booking a treatment here.

It went well until I felt like when she went to remove I've of the eyelid covers, she must've got glue on my lid or lashes somehow and ripped when she went to take it off. I should've known that point this was going to not be good. My other eye she kept poking me with tweezers or something (my eye was closed) but I kept feeling little stinging pains and showing her it was hurting me. Then she finished (about 2 hours later around 5) and I immediately couldn't open my eye. Something kept feeling like it was stabbing my eye. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't drive home like this because my eye was watering like crazy because of whatever the lash was doing. She kept trying to fix it but we spent a good 10 mins just trying to get my eye to feel like it could open again. I eventually left when my watering eye came under control. But the rest of the night my eye was red, tearing up like CRAZY, and hurting. I thought with time it would get better but by the next morning my eye was swollen and VERY irritated. I had to remove the lashes less than 24 hours later in the morning by my mom's lash girl who fit me in for emergency lash removal. When I went to get them taken out, she told me there were hardly any lashes and that usually the amount she took off both eyes was the amount on both my eyes. So basically there were hardly any lashes on. She said they were placed improperly, which is why my one eye swelled up. Looking back, when I left Nita offered me a "free follow up appointment" but I wonder now if it was because she wasn't sure about her work. Needless to say I won't be coming back for that. EDIT: Green Skincare saw my review and apologized to me and gave me my money back for this. I appreciate it, and wanted to add that to the review that some action was taken to remedy this. So I can go from 1 to 3 stars because of the apology and refund.

She talked me through all the steps she was taking and even stopped to ask me if I had any questions. She explained everything so thoroughly that every time she checked in, I really had nothing more to ask! It was my first time getting a microneedling treatment and my skin has been feeling good and I'm hoping the results will show more as I continue the treatment. I'm super interested in setting up a package plan with Ping when I decide to go back. Ping will take great care of you and leave no questions unanswered. She was even apologetic for being so thorough, to which I would say, it's great when you have someone who does than not, so the client can be an informed and active partner in the treatment process. Ping has great bedside manners. Not everyone in the medical fields does and it's important to me. She's very professional and seems to really care about her client. She's checked on how I was doing many times during the procedure. I left the clinic, feeling at ease. The next day, Ping followed up on how my skin was doing. Such a great gesture and let me know that she's always reachable between visits should I have any questions. I will continue/update my review after next visits. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel.
