Based on the reviews, it sounded like they did a really good job, so we decided to give them a try. Threading is only $12 which is a great price. When we got there, we tapped the bell and a lady came out and asked what service we needed. We told her my daughter needed eyebrow threading before her senior pictures. She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.

Consistently poor experience - Skin damage and lack of care…read more I am writing this review to express my deep frustration regarding the services at this salon, as my experiences have been consistently poor. My negative history with this salon goes back a year, when two women performed a wax service on my hand. They were in such a hurry to finish that they didn't bother to be gentle at all; it felt as though they were performing the service on an animal or a non-living object. They were absolutely brutal, and when they caused the injury shown in **image_9.png**, they were completely unbothered, acting as if it were a normal occurrence. More recently, I have had terrible experiences with a particular beautician for threading. Every time I have been forced to use her services, she nicks my skin during the upper lip and chin threading, leading to multiple areas of bleeding. As seen in the attached photos , my skin has been left with several painful, bleeding marks and abrasions. What is most frustrating is the total lack of accountability. After causing these cuts, she claimed she was removing "ingrown hairs," even though I could clearly see there were no ingrown hairs in those areas. It seems she lacks the necessary technique to thread properly, especially around the curves of the face. Due to her recurring lack of care, I have been left with permanent scars and pigmentation on my face. You have literally spoiled my skin, and the results are truly disgusting. It is unacceptable that I am left with bleeding skin and the risk of further scarring every time I see her. I have tried to avoid her, but on the occasions when no one else was available, I gave her another chance, only to have the same painful experience. The staff needs to be much gentler, as this level of skin trauma is not normal for a professional service. I have officially decided to stop coming to this salon because I cannot risk further damage to my skin.

This is a small nail shop that's by appointment only, with only 3 employees and they are all so kind and sweet. When they say appointment only, they really mean it! They won't take last minute customers, forcing their clients with appointments to wait. There may be a wait sometimes in between clients, but that's not because they tried to squeeze someone in. They don't do that here, which I very much appreciate. It's very modern and clean and bright, which provides an even better nail experience. I get a gel builder manicure done by Lily and she's very good at it. She works quick but she's so gentle and still very attentive to detail and care. My manicures last 5+ weeks when she does them. Mia has also done my nails and she provides the same experience for me too & does hand painted designs really well. Hannah, while I haven't had the pleasure of receiving a service from her, she's still kind and chats with me anyway. These 3 ladies are great at hospitality and so kind. While they don't offer 3D designs or very intense nail art, they do their best here to give you what you want and excel with simple designs. They also offer a variety of nail charms, polishes, cat eye polishes, chrome, and more - following the latest nail trends. On top of all the good stuff I just mentioned, the pricing is fair and competitive. I never spend more than $80 here for a mani which is fantastic because at other salons, I would've been charged over $100. They don't tack on hidden fees here and they are very transparent. Overall, I think they are great and if you want a manicure done well, look no further and come visit this nail shop!
