We first met Gilbert Bustamante over the phone, let him know what we are looking for. He emailed us some info along with photos of what they had in stock. We made that 5 hour trip to Trailer Boss. While there Gilbert showed us all of their inventory, Gilbert did not pressure us, instead after going through the lot with us, he told us if we had anymore questions to just ask and left us alone while we figured out which ones we wanted. When we were finally ready to move forward, Gilbert was respectful (did not curse around me which was a major plus, I am old, traditional and admire men who show respect and not curse around ladies) kind and patient. The dealership as a whole is great, the men who prepared and loaded one trailer on top of the other were kind and respectful, they all worked together very well, not one person was in a bad mood or had a negative attitude. All in all, Trailer Boss in Pasco, WA has a wonderful atmosphere, the men are amazing and Gilbert is an awesome salesman. Bought a MAXXD trailer from Trailer Boss in Tumwater end of last year, but had an electrical problem I only discovered after moving to Eastern WA in February. However, 3 heart surgeries in March and May prevented me from driving for a while. However, I called them about a month ago and explained my situation. The lady who took my call told me to bring it in when I was able to drive again. So, today I called to let them know I was coming in, and asked if that works for them. I was told flat out that they would not fix it for free. If I was willing to pay their labor rate, they would fix it, regardless of my situation. Essentially told I was SOL. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TRAILER BOSS again. read more

I ordered a triple axle deck over trailer from trailer boss. In the last part of march 2021 for 11.199 and payed 1000 deposit down at that time. Which makes the price 10.199 theyput it all in writing and they said it would arrive in the first part of june. June came no trailer so then they said july still no trailer. The first part of August it shows up. So i made plans to come get it on the 4 th they agreed to that. Then the night before I was supposed to get it. The call me and say the price of the trailer is now 12500 if i want it. I told the owner steve that i would only pay the price we agreed upon and put in writing not a penny more. Then he said thats fine i will sell it on my lot for 14k and some then. Which i turned around and told him then i will be contacting the BBB, attorney general and the business licensing commissioner. And my attorney, he then got real rud and started yelling at me that he don't care and told me to f off then he hung up on me. So i really don't recommend people to buy from this company. Because it's bad business to treat your customers like that not to mention its illegal to not up hold to the original agreement in writing read more

Called Rochester Washington Trailer Boss about their claim to bring trailer down to Portland/ Oregon, Randy states they do not deliver in Oregon anymore. I then asked about prices, Randy states special today on trailer @ $150 above dealers cost . I asked about a 6' X 12' Randy states $2750 Plus Document fees of $150 and a $30 temp, total to be $2930 for Oregon with no tax. I state Im in Pasco Washington for the moment where Randy says Trailer Boss has many there in my size. I call Trailer Boss in Pasco they tell me Randy does not know what they have and theirs cost more. I call Randy and he informs me he will call Pasco to straighten all out. I drive over to Pasco Trailer Boss, they have a sign for "nobody allowed to look around at their trailer yard without checking in at office". We go inside office, there is a salesman who takes us out to yard that we inform about Randy in Rochester stating $2930 total for out the door 6' X 12' , the sales rep is flashing their tags on trailers at $3400 and up on 6'X12' trailers and stating Randy does not know what they have or knowledge on their trailers. We go to call Randy in Rochester on Cell, when Randy answers, the PASCO TRAILER BOSS salesman in yard that was with us could not be found and Randy gets testy stating why are we calling him. Very bazaar of events and now realize this was a bait and switch. We found the salesman back in their sales office when we could not find him out in their "Trailer Yard" . We did buy a trailer today though that came with a spare tire and our total cost came to $3200 that we used our credit card to purchase from CARLOS @ TRAILERS CENTRAL in Kennewick Washington. I hope the trailer Carlos sold us is like Carlos, one that will work for our needs and business. read more
