I reached out to Amanda on Feb 20th and I never heard back from her until I messaged her again on 3/2/22 @ 9:34am and finally she decided to message me back. BriAnna you tell me how can someone hair look this bad before 6 weeks. I barley washed my hair and this literally happened after 2 wash. How can toner fix the roots I would have to bleach the roots again. No I would absolutely not return back to your salon not even for free fix. Good stylist would accept her mistake instead of saying oh toner is $85 if you want to fix your hair. I am not afraid to spend money on my hair but paying over $300 for this shitty work no thank you. You keep running your business and keeping charging whole a lot to pay for your decoration in the salon. Girls please stay away from this salon if you have Indian hair. Olivia Casados was my hairdresser, and I told her I need my blonde back for graduation. she made me feel so ugly leaving the salon in comparison to how I felt walking in. I had a beautiful rich brown color which made me look youthful. I now look 30 (I'm 18). she covered my blonde roots with brown when she told me she would bring back my blonde. the highlights she added are an unflattering color and make my head look ashy instead of warm like she said she would do. she said she would bring blonde back but she only made me look disgusting. she charged me 350 which isn't even a price on any of the booking options. she cheated a high schooler out of money. read more

This is a very nice salon and I've been here once before and had great service from Haley. However, I'm not sure how the booking works. I wanted to book a haircut with a different stylist, but she never accepted my request. So, I cancelled and book with another stylist because I trust this salon has great stylists that can give me a great haircut. After cancelling, I booked with another stylist that didn't accept my request and now it shows that I was a no show. I'm so confused. I didn't go because it was not accepted by the stylist. Was I supposed to go? I tried calling the front desk prior to my requested appointment and I couldn't even get to their voicemail. I was really hoping this would be the place where I can get my hair done, but now I have to find another place. Im just a little frustrated because on the online booking it says I'd have to pay half of the fee. I hope that's not true because the stylist never notified me that she accepted my appointment request. It's either you let your girls know to accept or deny an appointment or change your online booking system. I never had this problem with Haley and I knew I should've just booked with her but our schedules didn't align. Haley did let me know before when she couldn't approve my request. My coworker suggested Amanda as a go-to curly hair artist, so I booked my very first DevaCut! Amanda was sweet and knowledgeable--she didn't even bat an eye when I took my wild hair down from my bun. I wanted to take a few inches off, and she took just as much as I wanted (nothing more!). She shaped my hair phenomenally!! This was my second time getting a service done by Hailey. My first visit was for a Balayage and then extensions. I love the hair color she was able to achieve even with previous dark hair color. I'm in love with my extensions and the Nbr method she uses. I had k-tips in the past that would shed and took 4 hrs to install. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done after letting it grow out for MONTHS. I booked with Mandy about a month ago and I got multiple confirmations from both Mandy and the salon. Mandy moved my appointment time around twice within 10 days, which I understood. BUT, 3 hours before our appointment Mandy told me she needed to push our appointment back yet another time. I was really frustrated because I felt like she didn't really ask me if that was ok she simply just told me that was what the plan was. I understand that situations come up, but I felt as though my time did not mean anything to her. After this, I asked if she would like to reschedule. I heard nothing in return so I made my way to the salon a couple of hours later (mind you I live 40 minutes away). Mandy then decided to respond to my text 20 minutes into my drive, and 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, to tell me she would like to reschedule. I understand that life gets in the way, but as a first-time client, I would have appreciated my time being considered and better communication. I never even received an apology. I came to Brianna after I went to another stylist that completely f*cked my hair up. Brianna managed to fit me into her schedule on such short notice, I was so relieved because I didn't even want to go out in public, my hair was that bad. The previous stylist didn't even cut my hair straight (which I wasn't even aware of until Brianna pointed it out and fixed it for me!) and gave me an awful ombre which is hard to come back from. It was way brighter/blonder than I wanted and too high up on my head. I'm so glad I came to Nine Two Five Salon, Brianna is a total life saver! She was very patient and took the time to listen to what I liked and disliked. She salvaged the ombre and was able to tone it down and make it look more natural. I made an appointment online and from that point to when I got my haircut the communication between myself and the salon was open efficient and professional. I started seeing Amanda ~7 years ago after a really bad color that made my hair turn orange after i wanted brunette. She was somehow able to fix it and I've seen her ever since! She has taken my hair from that fix to a balayage, bleach blonde, and everything in between.
