It is SO quiet, but we're here just a little ahead of the busy season. We've thoroughly enjoyed the solitude. The bed is super comfortable. The internet connection is good (and fast, starlink, I think). This is THE place to stay!

The staff is wonderful and very prompt with their responses. Our new plan had us staying in the Wolf Den. Upon arrival our suite was spotless and so so welcoming. The suite offers everything you need for a beautiful trip away from home. The yard just off of the suite allowed for our dogs to stretch their legs and have some fun as well. Warning...she dances around even with NO MUSIC! The Kenai River was approximately 26 steps from the door of my two story cabin. Eagles and fish...everywhere! I cannot say enough great things about this place, I truly do not have the words. If you want an excellent place to hang your hat while in Alaska between Anchorage and Homer...this is the place! Warning #2-Book fast as I already booked for next year! I've been to all 58 states and 4 continents, this was my direct quote to the gang on the morning we were leaving and they will verify, "Y'all, I'm not going back with y'all. The inside of the cabins are so charming and even better in person than the photos. It felt so homey We were relaxed and impressed by how clean! We didn't get to use the hot tub like we wanted to because we passed out but the views are just stunning, grills at each cabin, etc. Worth it!!!!
