I took three of my kids for a last-minute outing to Ninja Factory and they had a blast!! Their schools were closed (rain and flooding caused our district to close for the day). While I still find it to be a little pricey, I am happy to report that the place was super clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. And I wanted to give a shout out to Austin! He was fantastic!! In addition to watching and monitoring the equipment, he spent a solid hour playing with my kids, safely racing them in the obstacle courses and playing hide and seek. And not just my kids, he was interacting with the other kiddos as well. It was a quiet afternoon there, so I would imagine that might be tough when it's busy. I waited until we had several visits before posting a review, so this is based on 6-7 visits, not just one. This place is so wonderful for kids! The equipment is all in great condition and the staff is regularly cleaning so even with dozens of sweaty kids running around this place stays clean. The staff are really fantastic! They don't just stand around, they move around the floor and actually interact with the kids. They're actively doing all they can to keep the kids safe and help them have fun at the same time, which I greatly appreciate. Now, there are only two things I don't like. They do not weigh heavily enough for me to remove stars but are worth mentioning. The first is lack of comfortable seating. The chairs are all small standard metal chairs and they're just not comfortable to sit in for two hours while the kids play (I'm usually doing homework so I need to be seated). The other thing I don't like it that we cannot bring in our own food. We have the membership and visit frequently so this makes it really add up if my kids want a snack or I want a drink aside from water. Overall, we really love Ninja Factory and look forward to spending many more days at this facility! read more

Geared towards younger kids, but not safe for younger kids. Many parts of the "obstacle" course are fall hazards, and there isn't really enough staff in the play area to keep kids safe. We were there for the first time yesterday for friend's birthday party, and within 10 minutes of our arrival, I watched my 7yo son fall from a balance beam that turned out to be a twisting beam that rotated about its axis without any warning. He fell almost 4 feet. In retrospect, it appears the intent was for kids to crawl across the rotating beam, not walk across it. But how would we know the thing would rotate underneath him?! There was inadequate floor padding underneath it, and he lost his balance, fell and broke his arm. We won't ever return to this place. read more

Took two six-year-old children to the Factory on a rainy Sunday at 1:00 pm for two hours. Two birthday parties were finishing up. Despite looking crowded, the kids had plenty of activities and space to do agility tests and explore. The equipment shined and the whole space smelled clean (I never used the restroom). A staff member was vacuuming and I was worried about socks across the wet floor area, not a problem so I'm thinking someone was cleaning that too. At about 2:20, another two birthday parties were in full swing and it was crowded. I am so impressed with the children's manners and the parents supervising to help. The staff used clear hand signals and words to keep children following safety protocols. Also, you can use any grippy soaks! My kids reported it was a very fun place. They liked the slide, the swing and Ninja Wall. Highly recommend! It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review because I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but the manager ELIZABETH does not belong in a customer service position for a place with family's and children. I have never encountered someone so dismissive and rude and especially being she is not a young teenager like the rest of the employees who were able to act way more professionally. None of the other managers in the back came out, if there even were any since she seemed to just be making things up as she went. Another male manager did come out but no one could answer any questions clearly. They kept making up rules and changing them as they were going before kicking us out because I wasn't going to allow her to just tell me to basically shut up and listen to her. The issue was the website is contradictory in itself "No outside food permitted (prepackaged food only)". My son's soccer season had ended and we invited a few of the kids to come play at ninja together. Literally 4 children for 1 hour. Since they don't sell anything there except little bags of chips we brought our own PREPACKAGED snacks, which consisted of chips, popcorn, jello, and capri suns. First we were told we couldn't have it out on 2 of the tiny tables they have for you to sit at for general admission (NOT the party tables). Then we're told we can't have food at all. We look around and see other people eating their own HOMEMADE food and we ask "what about everyone else here" and Elizabeth's response was "because that's a smaller portion" WHAT?? Then tells us once again that there's a sign outside that says no outside food and I asked her then why does you website say only prepackaged? Then she says "yes but we don't allow things like jello" then I say "ok where is the list of foods you don't allow? Where can you show me your rules" she completely dismisses my questions and turns away to continue telling my sister that they don't allow the chips and jello we brought but that we can pay $150 for a party package. I then got very upset and told her to stop ignoring my questions and tell me why there's other people eating here and where are the actual rules? Then she says she's going to call the police and everyone in our group needs to leave LOL gladly. We went to skyzone which I thought was way better for our kids anyways. Ninja is definitely for way younger kids. My son is 6 and I think skyzone had way more for him to do. They also had slushees, nachos, candy, ice cream, and arcade games. They offer military discount as well. Don't waste your time with ninja. Even at play city they allowed us to bring in pizza. But I believe they have the same management, so we'll be skipping both. read more

Initially I thought it was a bit pricy here, but I quickly realized that if you stay for several hours, which is doable, it's a great deal. We rallied and gathered a group of 3 adults and 7 kids, ranging in age from 7 though 10. Most of us stayed for 4 hours. During my visit there was typically only one staff person out in the main play area. That employee rotated their time between overseeing the main inflatable obstacle course area, running the spinning attraction (Meltdown) and vacuuming the floor. I really think there should be at least 1 additional staff person on the floor, for a total of 2, so one can be dedicated to each main attended area to maintain order. When staff rotated between the 2 areas it quickly became chaotic in the unattended section and could lead to mishaps. Considering the volume of foot traffic, the place is kept pretty clean. I observed staff vacuum the floors and sporadically clean off empty tables. They only sell bottled drinks and packaged snacks, but they do let you bring outside food, which I think is cool. There are a few shops in this same plaza so you can easily buy something and bring it in or eat there and come back afterwards. My kids and niece had a great time and asked to come back even before we exited. So yeah, we'll be back. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars for safety concerns and hidden danger. I'm predicting that a child will suffer a major injury or loss of life in the next three years. We've gone a few times and we've watched this place go downhill. The main reason for the decline is due to the business owners trying to cut corners on staff and hiring ALL children to watch children. Literally teenagers who don't give AF! The teenagers are letting other teenagers in just because these teens say they are twelve. Then these teens claiming to be 12 run wild with the teen employees doing very little to nothing at all to stop the chaos. I pointed out the chaos of teenagers and children stampeding through the bounce house and the rough horse play only to be told by another teenager staffer that "there are no rules." Like seriously. That's what the teen employee told me in the midst of chaos. Wow! When I asked to speak to a manager, I found out every single person working that night, 4 in total, were all under 18. Meanwhile my child was hurt later that night AFTER I pointed out the safety risk of having a "no rules" environment. Using my better judgment, I should have left when the teen employee told me that there were no rules. The owner or owner's rep showed up at the close of business because we insisted on speaking to someone and basically endorsed the chaos and dismissed what was going on because he feels he is insulated by the waiver. Boy is it a nicely written waiver. He even said he saw the chaos on camera but again did nothing. Mark my words, with the teen employees and no adults on site to enforce the rules that are literally hanging on the wall, it's only a matter of time before the owner finds out the waiver doesn't protect from gross negligence. We were fortunate that we were both watching our children and responded to the mishap to prevent our child from suffering a MAJOR INJURY!!! The teens will let other large, nearly adults size and some adult size teens, jump on top of your small 3 and 5 year olds. The staff did nothing to prevent injury and nothing to prevent more serious injury. I advise everyone to READ the waiver carefully. The waiver basically says that even if the teens we hire don't enforce any rules, even if they are negligent, or whatever the case may be that causes injury, then it's not our fault if you suffer injury or die. Boy, does the owner relish in this "get out of jail free card" waiver and embrace incompetence with both arms while taking your money. Play at your own risk! read more

The website and multiple reviews say no food or drink allowed, so I chose to leave everything home when I typically pack snacks. There were multiple people with tumblrs and backpacks of snacks. While the snack bar options were not as bad price wise (2 waters, 2 gatorades, 2 bags of chips, and 2 candies for $23), they were also extremely limited. If I were you and next time for me I will bring a tumblr with water and a small bag of snacks. I'd rather risk it than pay for subpar snacks. read more

Fun place for kids if you're between the ages of maybe 5-12. My son is 6 and had a fun time but wanted me to play too so I was by far the oldest person participating in this joint. It was $15 for him (ages 2-6) and $20 for me (ages 13 and over) for an all day pass. You prob won't be here all day tho, maybe a couple hours at most We got here early (they opened at 1) at 1:30pm and there were a few kids in here but not a lot yet. It's definitely more fun if you go here with friends but my son made some friends soon after we got here and had a great time playing with them. There is a nice seating area for people who are not playing (aka parents) and also areas for birthday parties. There is even a little play area for toddlers and also a nice seating area there so you can watch your little one play. Looks like a really cool place to have a birthday party, there were a couple being set up while we were there and I'm glad we beat that rush of kids because I'm sure it's crazy when there's parties here! We paid general admission for 5 kids, that's $125 worth and since we were three families I moved the tables together, but the manager seeing three women (of color) came over and told us not to move the tables together because it could create chaos, just the chairs were fine. David actually came over and told me "who do you think you are? If you don't like it there's the door. As some other reviewers said, there wasn't too much tailored to the younger kids but he had a ball anyway. My twins said it was the best ever! We came in on a Tuesday morning/afternoon so it was pretty empty, maybe 5 other kids tops. The place was SPOTLESS. Everything was CLEAN and that's probably the #1 thing I look for in kids places, especially post-COVID. The staff was also WONDERFUL. I checked website and seen equipment is only for 12 years and under. From there website, it states, "Our equipment is only accessible to children 12 and under.
