This place is great and my kids always have fun, no matter how many times we go. It's always clean and they have many places for parents to sit and hangout. The biggest plus is that the staff members play with the kids, so they are always joining them for a game of tag or something else fun. I would recommend it for preschool age and above. The facility is very clean and tidy. The kids love it here because they have too much fun and enjoy all the things they get to jump on, climb, and slide down. The price isn't bad either. The only thing I'd say is better training with the staff and communicating/highlighting important rules before letting us in like no shoes on the carpet. The staff at the front should tell/remind customers no shoes on the carpet when they're paying at the front. If there are any signs indicating that, it's too hectic to be reading any signs when you're trying to locate where your kid had run off to. I get it, they're probably sick and tired of telling everyone and their mamas no shoes on the carpet, but that can be avoided if customers are reminded about the shoes in the beginning of the experience. My daughter who just turned 3 loves this place! We bought the monthly membership for $45 that includes 2 hr play from M-F. Good deal and she always spends a good 2 hours here. We especially love the staff AUSTIN and MIKA! They watch and play with the kids to make sure everyone is safe and having fun. This place is clean and we always have a good fun experience to burn off my girl's energy. We are here weekly for the past 3 months and never have a bad experience. Only been here once and the day immediately after our 4 year old had the worse pink eye (in both eyes) which became a pretty severe infection. Don't think they clean the equipment as often as they should. We were there for hours and never once saw anyone disinfecting. The entrance fee is $17/hr & kids wear socks-only & play on soft-padded obstacles that test their balance, endurance & strength. Kids are wearing their own socks today, but will likely be required to wear rubber-bottom socks since the hardwood floors & hard climbing surfaces are slippery. I saw more than one little kid run, slip & fall (hence one less star). Otherwise, the carpeted areas are more thoughtful. Parents should be mindful of their young children. There are gaps under some of the climbing obstacles where kids can fall & get wedged bw the padded areas & netting. There are designated party areas near the entrance & in the rear. A "Classic Ninja" party for 10 + bday child costs $265, and the "Ultimate Ninja" party for 15 + bday child costs $415. We held a combined birthday/farewell party for our kids and friends here on 2/13/24. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The girl who helped me book the party, I forgot to get her name, easily answered all the questions I had. She also let me know to have games for the children who were too old to play on the structures so they could have an enjoyable time. And Mika! She went above and beyond, I caught her playing a game of Uno! with the lone teenager who was waiting for others to show up. The two guys who worked the floor did a great a job of ensuring everyone playing remained safe. To wrap a great time, they also cleaned up after the party which was genuinely quite a load of our mind. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great party experience. read more

This employee was on her phone a majority of the time and had the nerve to give me attitude after my sister and I had to repeatedly ask them to attend to the stations as kids were being unruly. My son's team was in San Diego for a tournament so I took him and a couple teammates to Ninja Factory on a Saturday afternoon to kill time between games. There were three bday parties running simultaneously and they all seemed to be having a great time! And there was still plenty of space for drop-ins like us. Overall my 10yr old son and his friends had fun but they got bored with the limited ninja warrior elements pretty quickly and spent the majority of their time on the warped walls and the bull ride thing. If you're looking for a true ninja warrior gym, this ain't it. The elements are really limited and really easy... geared at 7-8 year olds. There are three sizes of warped walls but the tallest appears to be 10'. Again, great for little kids, especially the 6' wall, but not a challenge for anyone over 10. A real ninja gym would never have an inflatable bouncy thing, or a blow-up bull ride thingy. So just don't go there looking for a ninja warrior workout. But if you go there with kids aged 5-10 who are looking for a fun afternoon or a fun party, I think you'll love it. P.S. I really can't understand how a couple reviewers said it's "a bit pricey"??? My kids were there for 2.5 hours and left dripping in sweat with huge smiles on their faces. $17 is too expensive for that??? C'mon. P.P.S. to reviewers complaining they couldn't bring in a cupcake for an ad hoc birthday celebration: this place is clearly a birthday party factory. I really really wanted to like this place. The first time I came was December 2019. I called the night before and asked if I could bring a cake in even if I didn't book a birthday party. They lady said yes. I even asked again to confirm. She said yes. Clear as day. No miscommunication. I show up the next day and they refuse to let me in with a cake. The manager/owner came over and was unprofessional, condescending and rude. He was questioning me as if I was lying and asked who I spoke with. So I pulled out my phone and showed him my call log and said who ever answered your phones at this time. This was a clear miscommunication on his employees part. But refused to accept it. I have tried to put that experience aside and shrug it off as a bad day. I have recommend this place to countless people. But after today I will no longer be doing so. The staff was giving incorrect information about ages. The owner/manager came over and in a condescending tone and told us the ages were posted. Which yes, they were. But staff was giving incorrect information out which he corrected her on too. Customer service is key. Especially when your employee is the one making the mistake. There seems to be a very unclear mask rule. When checking in, they ASK if your child is able to wear a mask the entire time. Even if you say no, they allow you to still enter. But then once your kids start playing the workers will harass them about it the entire time. Some people are wearing mask. Some aren't. Even Employees have their masks pulled below their nose or chin, so why bother the kids if your employees can't wear them correctly? One girl working there kept calling my daughter "Bro" when asking about her mask. I finally asked her to stop addressing her that way. She was defensive and unprofessional. I made a reservation for a party of 10 kids so far everything was going great while I was setting up until the place started to smell so horrible like burnt rubber and when the party started at 6:45 they ended up having all the kids off the play area and wait until they figured out the problem. My reservation was only for 2 hours but they didn't get the place fully running until 7:50 ! Half my party time was gone and the only thing they offered to compensate for that was 12$ off for the socks my guest used and 15 minutes extra. The least they could have done was give me refund for that hour I lost . Unfortunately the children I had as guest couldn't stay the extra 15 minutes such an inconvenience and it ruined the party . In the end all they did was give me a 50 dollar gift card with the free socks (12 dollars worth of socks )but it was such a waste of my money/time/guest time . But the girls in the front were nice I'll give them that unfortunately I know they don't make the rules and have to follow orders but I wish their compensation policies in case of accidents like these were better smh read more

First time here and I doubt we will be back. Came with family members to bring my nephew to celebrate his birthday. We were sitting in the non reserved spots because it was a last minute gathering, we had 3 gifts and two small packs of cupcakes, we heard that you can bring your own food obviously we didn't do any research so after being there for 1 1/2 hrs a young girl comes up to us and tells us we can't have gifts or cupcakes or anything associated with a birthday unless you have made reservations with them. I was confused because we weren't the only people with cupcakes there that were sitting in non reserved spots, I think The young girl could have had a more professional way of saying it. Nice change up from Play City. This place is more for older kids. The staff regulated the obstacle courses so that was a plus. Came in with kids today to burn some energy. Sat down at a table with no " reserved"signs . As a mom with things to do , I had set up and started working. An hour into our time here, random guy who works here comes up with his latte sipping on it like an intern who's late because the Starbucks line was long and informed me I couldn't sit there. I asked why there's no sign on this table. He said uh I probably should put one here as this is the whole party area . I told him he really should. Packed up all my work stuff and was able to get one of the orange tables that are clearly no social distancing. My kids come up and ask me to come to help them climb the running wall by the front. I walk over and the young girl who was managing the snack bar immediately told my kids to get down. I said they just climbed up there . Mind you there's no one in that area, just my kids. She rudely said well they need to get down because there's too many up there. Two of my 3 were up there. I said I was going to take a picture and then they'll get down.
