Came here on a weekend evening for a party. Our group was the only people there. The party was mostly kids between 4-6yo and they all loved it.. The facility was very clean with plenty of staff roaming around keeping an eye on things. Honestly, I don't think I saw any of the employees smile the entire time lol. But anyways, all of the structures are inflated, cushioned, and structured like obstacle courses. Lots of tables for parents to post up at.. and a few designated party areas. Not appropriate for toddler/babies, there isn't really anything for that age group.. but the 4-6yo kids at the party were able to do most (if not all) the obstacle courses.

Every other trampoline park in San Diego allows kids and adults. I have a chunky and Down syndrome girl I brought, sadly she was struggling with everything here because I couldn't be on anything, I understand maybe it wasn't a good place to try for us but we just wanted to try it because we go to a lot of trampoline parks. But just so people know that if your kid has special needs or gets scared adults aren't allowed on it, so it is disappointing and I rather go somewhere family Friendly. It is a cool place the other two kids who are 7 and 9 had a good time, as they can get on everything without assistance.

I was hesitant on coming since looking a that the reviews, but I'm glad that didn't deter me. Most of the reviews are complaints due to impatience and lack of prep coming. They DO allow you to bring in food, but prepackaged, which I feel is fair. They do have a very limited snack bar. The staff has been nothing but kind, and as long as you follow the rules and guidelines, which are in place for everyone's safety, you will have a good time. I was able to sit and do my work with the free wifi they provide while my kids played and had fun.

I bring my nieces and nephew here pretty often. They love coming to Ninja Factory. It is always clean, the staff are friendly, and you honestly can't beat their pricing. They do not allow outside food which is understandable, but they do have a good variety of snacks for sale!

It was a great experience! The party was booked later so there wasn't as many people and it wasn't as crowded for the kids either. Loved that the areas you can reserve are spacious for the guests. My son is 6 and really enjoyed himself.

The special they have posted on their own website! But they won't honor it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !!

My family went to visit this establishment this morning, because of a deal that was found online (on the company's OWN WEBSITE). "Buy 1 Hour get 1 Hour FREE, before 11 am". When we arrived too the facility the clerk at the desk was not very friendly. She proceeded to deny that they had any special like that going on, and we tried to show her THEIR OWN website online and she declined to look at it. We proceeded to ask for a manager, and we spoke with a lady by the name of Liz. Liz was extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction. We tried to explain the special they had online and she wouldn't even look at their website to confirm. Overall, a very bad experience, we did end up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. The manager is extremely unprofessional; I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. But I don't have much hope it will get answered as this establishment has a history of not answering their complaints.

My 4th and 5th grader approve! We came here for a 10 y.o's b-day. I didn't see anyone having a bad time. The place smelled good. Everything looked clean. This place looks brand new. Great place for a birthday!

We chose this location to celebrate a Kinder Grad and the kids had a blast! The staff was friendly, efficient, and well prepared to handle our large group. Elizabeth was exceptionally helpful and provided us with options and support throughout the booking process. We will definitely be coming back.

Came here for my nephew's birthday party. We liked how the space is not too large, and we can keep an eye on our kids more easily while seated at the sidelines. I also like being able to slip off my shoes and capture a few pics and videos. The party area was located in the rear. Nice spacious tables. I was very impressed with how clean the space is, I saw someone regularly walk through with a vacuum, followed by someone with a mop/Swiffer. The bathroom was very clean, no overflowing trashcans or wet counters. I have one concern, and it was that the locks for the ladies restroom don't seem to align well. Other than that, I was very impressed and might consider holding my kids' bday party here even though we live in Northern San Diego.

Ask the Community - Ninja Factory

    Are adults allowed to play?

Yes. My bro in law is climbing away with his kid like this was the Ninja Warrior tryouts. Haha!

Is this adult friendly or just for kids? If just for kids, any recommendations for family friendly places that are similar?

It is mostly for kids but teens and adults can play in the areas too and it's a lot of fun, also a very good challenging working for teens and adults. Next door they have go karts but that is mostly for teens and adults.

There were so many issues with this place I will just list some of them here: 1. Confirmed number of guests but they didn't have enough chairs for adults so several people including my wife and I had to sit at a kids table on tiny chairs. 2. We only had three kids but I had to attend to my daughter frequently because she was crying and not being watched after in the play area. 3. Worker that was supposed to watch kids was constantly sitting and on her phone instead of trying to be helpful. 4. Sent them PowerPoint my wife spent an entire day making and although they confirmed they can play it they were not able to. They just put it on a thumb drive and plugged it into tv which just shows the pictures so no music, transitions or animations. Also, if the PowerPoint is large it won't play at all using this method which we were not told. I can go on and on but please save your money and don't come to this place unless you want to be disappointed and upset.

As a stay at home parent, this place is so helpful during the week just to get out of the house. It's perfect for rainy days or just something to do! Sometimes the workers will play with my daughter when there's no kids, which I do appreciate since parents aren't allowed inside the structure. The party package was decently priced before they changed it. They also create random rules that change out of no where & parents are just expected to roll with it without any notice or postings & trust me I have gone almost every single day. They randomly came up with us having to purchase their socks without posting it. They change their party pricing without updating it.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

They had a blast playing games and enjoying some friendly competitions. We picked Birthday Package which included pizza, drinks and dessert. There is a back party room has two tables and fits comfortably around 10 to 12 kids. I especially liked the large glass observation window, which allowed us to watch the kids while they played. Each game lasts about 18 minutes, providing a nice rhythm for the kids to cycle back to the room for snacks and drinks. However, I do have a few suggestions regarding the birthday experience and food policies. First, we were disappointed to learn we couldn't bring our own cake. My daughter was quite let down, as the provided cupcakes didn't feel quite right for a milestone 10th birthday. We were also informed that if we wanted to bring any extra food or treats, they had to be individually wrapped, which is very limiting. Additionally, our host was not very engaging. They simply explained how the room and games worked, making the experience feel a bit transactional rather than celebratory. Despite these minor issues, it was a great party overall. The kids had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to play again.
