Another five star review for this place! Our party of 9 had a reservation on a Friday night and were seated quickly. I ordered the Naples Castaway cocktail -- yummy. We were all brought waters as well. We ordered an edamame appetizer which was a good size. I ordered a sashimi/sushi combo which came with the traditional salad and soup. Everyone else in the party ordered hibachi. Chef was entertaining and portions of hibachi were generous. My sashimi had a beautiful presentation. Overall we had a fun time and left with happy tummies.

Ive been coming here for a long time, usually I do the hibachi dinner. I never thought of sitting on the restaurant side and trying other items from their menu until recently & I'm so glad I did! The lemon salmon roll was surprisingly, very delicious and now one of my favorites. The lemon is so refreshing and mixes well together. The dynamite roll is definitely a favorite, and I have ordered it while I had a hibachi dinner, it's a go to. The salmon skin roll... I read it & was honestly weirded out but I love trying new things, this is very very different and oddly a new favorite as well, it taste like salmon jerky if you've ever had that before. Next time I would ask for it without the sauce that comes with it the sauce is a little too sweet in my opinion. The dragon egg is my absolute favorite item! I cannot wait to order this every time!!

Ramune bottle. (Very hard to open)

I got hibachi chicken. And three words, it was awesome. Service was fast, well no wonder BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE! I came at 3:00 and nobody is there so if you do not like loud places then come at three. And aslo if you do not like vegetables dont come because they throw vegetables at your mouth. But we survived. Also, lesson learned ramune bottles are very hard to open.

Very impressed with the presentation of the dishes! Everything we ordered was delicious, food came out in timely manner. 4 stars because the service needs a lot of improvement.

This place never ceases to amaze me. Look at this presentation!! And it tastes as good as it looks. The price is even more surprising! A generous portion of food at a lunch price. Soup, salad, and 9 pieces sashimi for $14.95 for healthy food.

My wife and I happened to try this place when we were on a mini-vacation, and we were very pleased. The food was delicious and the menu had a very nice variety to it. The place itself wasn't too loud and as a result we had a nice peaceful romantic dinner. The hostess and the waiter were very friendly, and the service overall was excellent.

    Complimentary appetizer was delicious

Chicken and vegetables were undercooked. I've been here a few times and it's always been OK but this last time was not very good.

Do you have to go for the show? Can you just order ? Also so they have a lunch menu?

The Steakhouse does have regular and outdoor seating so you can dine without seeing the whole shabang. They are open for lunch with a seperate lunch menu on the back of the dinner menu

We were seated and had our drinks within a couple of minutes. The menu has a lot of choices, but we went with the long time favorite, spicy tuna roll and bento box lunches. The tuna roll was delicious and made fresh with quality ingredients. There is nothing worse than expecting fresh sushi and getting that slightly off tase. This was a good start to the bento boxes, which didn't disappoint. For starters we had the miso soup, which was better than many miso soups we've had in the past, it was very fresh and flavorful. The Mongolian beef and California roll were flavorful and the gyoza was crisp. Hubs liked the salmon and tuna roll that his bento box came with. They also offer a variety of sushi rolls, Asian grill entrees like NY steak and shrimp, or Nigiri/Sashimi which I always remind my husband not to order, since this never fills him up and he eats half of my dinner. His answer is he developed a taste when he was in Japan and it's now his favorite dish. In addition to all the tasty food, the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful and this is a place that you look forward to visiting again.

When we ask questions about different items in the menu, our waitress was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. We have a food allergy at the table, so we just wanted to make sure that whatever we ordered didn't coincide with that. If we ever go back to this area, we definitely want to go back to this place. All of the food was so good. It put us in a food coma, and we slept like babies the rest of the night.

I tried the tuna and crab onigiri, and both were light but packed with flavor. They're not the traditional triangle shape I'm used to, instead they're more like a sandwich. I also loved the addition of tamago (Japanese egg), which made them even better. They also have an incredible lunch special. You can choose either two select onigiri or a bowl of ramen, plus a side of either spring rolls or crab rangoon. For just a small upcharge, you can add a boba tea, which makes it an even better value. Others in my group ordered the ramen, and after trying the broth, I was impressed. It had a rich, flavorful broth that I really enjoyed. The staff was super friendly, checked on us often, and made us feel welcome. The decor was also a pleasant surprise, it's beautifully decorated inside, especially considering it's tucked away in a strip mall. Overall, Pop Onigiri definitely lived up to the hype, and I'll absolutely be back!

This small restaurant serves up high-quality ramen, onigiri, sushi rolls, and hibachi, all prepared with care and consistency. Everything I've tried has been fresh and flavorful, and the food never disappoints. What really sets Pop Onigiri apart is the atmosphere. The space is filled with Labubus, Japanese manga collectibles, toys, and dolls, many of which are displayed throughout the restaurant and available for purchase. The result is an eclectic, fun, and uniquely Japanese-inspired environment that feels unlike anything else in the area. The owners are genuinely warm and welcoming, and their passion for the restaurant shows in every detail. Whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time, they make you feel right at home.
