Brought my toddlers and a friend here for a late lunch and it was quiet, and perfect for the kids. It's decorated nicely, and I enjoyed the Japanese touches. We really enjoyed the miso soup (I think a good miso at a Japanese place is like good bread at Italian places - a good indicator of quality!) The chicken teriyaki bento was plentiful, as was the shrimp and veggie tempura box. The 2 roll lunch special was a great deal and the rolls were really flavorful! Spotted Saki JK11 Driving along the 41 fwy. We turned back to check it out. It was a great decision! We had the Steak and the Steak and scallops Tepan- Hibachi. It was delicious! The appetizer salad was fresh and crispy. The food was perfectly cooked. The vegetables, fried rice, steak and scallops were seasoned perfectly. So good we ordered a plate to take back to our hotel with us. I Highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was serene. they play enjoyable music. One of the best Japanese restaurants around. Have tried so many Asian restaurants in Naples and am disappointed in most or at least not blown away. Saki was so good. The vegetable dumpling app was pan fried and had a spinach wo ton with fresh veggies, hand made. The agi tofu was delicious. The veveggie tempura was also delicious and fresh. We stopped in recently for lunch when we were thinking about Japanese food. The menu was varied and we started with the quintessential California roll and spicy salmon roll. The orchid they added was a nice touch. I ordered the tempura bento box lunch and Alan got the bento box teriyaki. It was Saturday, but we were still able to get the lunch specials, usually reserved for M-F. The food came quickly and was good, the tempura had a nice flavor and Alan was pleased with his bento box lunch selection. Our server was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Japanese food can get quite expensive but this is a moderately priced restaurant and definitely one to visit again. read more

Very impressed with Saki! We called 30 min before they were closing to ask if we could place a to-go order. They were very accommodating and didn't make us feel bad at all for placing a late order. We arrived 10 min before closing and the food was fresh, staff was very kind, and the restaurant seemed very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent! I got a Salmon Avocado sushi roll and the Kani salad. The rice to fish ratio was perfect and the fish was very fresh and soft. The avocado was also perfectly ripe which is important to me. The Kani salad was amazing. Excellent blend of cucumber and krab, with a nice spicy mayo and masago. We also ordered the shrimp tempura which was very fresh, crunchy, and light. I loved my whole experience here from the phone call that I placed to pre order Habatchi then decided to go in since it was my first time here I sat at the bar. I was by myself. I had a bottle of the Mingori Kosaki that was with mango was really delicious. It was a suggestion that my server made right away. She was superintended super polite, super sweet and made wonderful recommendations. Make sure that I have everything I needed at all times sometimes during the summer in Naples people tended to become really relaxed and you get terrible service, but it was just really nice to be able to come in and get service even though I was by myself I ended up sitting at the bar like I said and having the sake and I went ahead and ordered a appetizer. It was like a Hamachi yellowtail with jalapeños Sriracha, and like sliced cucumbers is delicious with a spicy jalapeño sauce then she brought me to go order which was a state hibachi and I ordered a side of spring rolls. I hate the spring rolls waiting for the appetizer, which was also delicious. The spring rolls were super fresh and crispy not mushy like a lot of other places so after everything was so good I really wanted to see how the sushi rolls were so I just had to order one. I ordered a red rock roll which has spicy salmon topped with salmon and a sushi roll with cucumber topped with the spicy garlic sauce, which was delicious. She also had made that recommendation as well. I wasn't able to finish or barely even start the sushi roll when I receive that after the two spring rolls and the Hamachi appetizer so I packed that up to go I will definitely be back here. I was suprised at how much I enjoyed the restaurant. We were headed to an event close by and the location was convenient. We were sat immediately in a booth by the door. We both chose a japanese beer to drink. We never got to sample the Appetizers although I had immediately made a choice. There were a lot of sushi selections available but I chose from the Hibachi section. My wife chose tempura. Our food came out very fast and it was hot off the grill. Mine was chicken and shrimp with vegtables and fried rice. I ate every bit of it. It was delicious. The resturant was quiet enough so we could have a conversation without screaming. The staff attended to us so well, it was some of the best service we have had. You can tell everyone cares about the restaurant. And the sushi was spectacular! I was so apprehensive to try a new sushi restaurant. I'm a ridiculously picky eater especially when it comes to sushi and everything was so fresh from the fish itself to the tempura vegetables. We had the salmon volcano, shaggy roll and crazy girl roll. My only regret is that I didn't take pictures for this review. They presented the food beautifully, especially the dessert! The first time we ate at Saki, we were impressed with the quality of the sushi. This time, we ordered take-out, so we could eat it at home for my birthday. We were VERY impressed. My girlfriend is native Japanese, and believe me, she knows her sushi. Together, we have been all over the US and in Japan, eating sushi (mostly nigiri, some sashimi and a few rolls, as well as a variety of appetizers) and I can tell you that the sushi at Saki rates very highly. Definitely the best in Naples, and on par with almost every good sushi restaurant in the country, at much more reasonable prices than you would pay in New York or on the West Coast. The fish is fresh and prepared exactly as it should be (cut, size and shape), with good sushi rice in the nigiri. My measuring stick is always Hamachi (Yellowtail). It should be tender and mild. In lesser restaurants it may be inconsistent, tough or strong tasting. The two times I have had it at Saki, it has been flawless. If you want to know what it's like to eat sushi in Japan, go to Saki and taste the real thing! read more
