I was craving sushi and wanted to get out of the house after work. I started with the soft spring roll, which was really tasty--very fresh and refreshing. The accompanying sauce added a nice touch. Just a heads-up: the wrapper can make the sliced pieces a little tricky to handle, so be gentle when you pick them up. My husband ordered the steak teriyaki (not pictured), and he enjoyed it. He mentioned he might try a different dish next time. I went with the hosomaki combo, and the JB Roll was fantastic--I'll definitely order it again! The California roll was a nice classic as well. It came with a choice of miso soup or salad. We visited around 5:30 pm, so it wasn't crowded, and the service was wonderful. Our drinks were refilled promptly, which was great. I've been to the Bonita Springs location as well; it's a bit larger, but for a spot inside a strip mall, both the indoor and outdoor seating are really comfortable and inviting. First off, service is AMAZING here. The hostess, waitress, and busboy were so sweet and attentive. Our drinks were never empty and we got our food out at a great speed. Everyone was so nice, and we felt extremely welcomed! The interior was also pretty as well, with nice festive decorations! We got crab rangoons for appetizers and they were very delicious, the filling basically melted in my mouth! I ordered the sashimi sampler appetizer, which was pretty good as well. For my main dish, I got the Sake Don. The fish overall was pretty fresh, but the rice was just a little dry, and the garnishes were interesting, to say the least. I've been coming here for over 15 years with my mom and we love how it's stayed the same. The staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious! I usually get the chicken fried rice or the steak teriyaki with a side of fried rice. There's indoor and outdoor seating and they have heat lamps in the winter to sit outside. The coy fish in the front are cool and there's an aquarium inside which is amusing for the kiddos. Great place for a date or family. read more

We've been to a member of the Sushi-Thai restaurants over the past few years. Mostly good food and pleasant people serving you. In the past, I would've given this place a four star rating. Today however, my sweet-and-sour chicken seemed to be pretty skimpy. There is very little chicken. In addition, despite coming pretty warm to the table, it got cold very quickly. I had a great dinner at this location on the Friday after Thanksgiving day. We started off our meal with the papaya salad with medium spiciness. The salad tasted fresh and flavorful, it was a great start to our meal. For the entree, we ordered the fried whole snapper with red curry sauce with medium level of spiciness. The fish was big in size and it was not burnt like the one we ordered at the Bonita Springs location. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish dish. The jasmine rice that came with the fish was cooked right - soft and moist. We also ordered a pad Thai noodles with beef. It was not dry at all as some other Yelpers pointed out. The noodles dish was done right that day, with the right amount of flavors and texture. They also appear to have a good happy hour at this location. And there are private booths and outdoor seating at this location. In my opinion, the food we had that night was better than the dishes we had at their Bonita Springs location. read more

Had to update this place and they can thank their duck for it! So many friends have boasted about how good this duck is and I believed them, now that I've tried it I can say it lived up to the hype! Mango Duck, is easy to mess up. They serve theirs with a nice pineapple, mango, peppers mix and a DELICIOUS curry. The curry, along with the sweet fruit, peppers and rice was an absolute winner for me. The lunch portion is a good size and a filling meal at $17 (not a cheap lunch). It's worth every dollar! The dinner portion is a few bucks more but a larger piece, both are good deals. I washed it down with a small hot sake which was on happy hour special for $4. Also not a bad deal! And excellent to go with the Duck. Service as usual was nice, and attentive. Overall this place has hooked me in. Their sushi is good but not my favorite, their tai Curry's are among the best around (for a chain) but nothing made me a loyal fan until today, their DUCK will be hard to top and makes me want to come back. I decided on the sushi Mora {B} platter which came with 6 assorted pieces of sushi, a tekka roll and a california roll] and she opted for the chicken teriyaki with a set of dumplings to start. we each got a miso soup to start our meal. Our entrees arrived in a short period of time and was delicious. My sushi platter arrived on a large boat with wasabi and ginger [an ample amount of each] and was fresh and delicious. My friend's chicken teriyaki was also ample to the point where she could not finish it and took it home for lunch the following day. Found myself in Naples on Monday around 6:00 PM outside the Tiburon Golf course. I've less than 35 minutes to fill my belly with some food. First tried the Parmesan Pete but the restaurant was almost full and no seating available at the bar! Walked over to Sushi Thai Too knowing that this is a huge established Sushi Thai and seating is no problem here! For a quick bite, sat on the Sushi Bar behind the huge blue fish tank. Ordered the Sea Angles roll with a large warm Sake. The waitress knew I was in a rush and the service was exceptionally quick and friendly. The roll was freshly and the fried shrimps was crunchy and tasty! Good presentation and went well with my Sake. My first time at this location. The food is good and service is excellent! I try to avoid this branch. There are 3 in town and I usually only go to the original on 41. However, I was dying for some pad thai, right down the street and starving, so I thought I would do a quick pick up as it has been years since I've come and I hoped for better. First, the telephone number on Yelp is incorrect. When I tried to tell them they could not understand and didn't seem to care. When I finally found the correct number, I ordered and was very surprised the total was over $18 for one rice noodle dish. Dinner is not cheap here. Parking has gotten worse in this small lot for all the businesses. However, it was nice to pull onto 2 spots reserved for 10 minute parking. Pick up was quick but again, why don't they even smile here? No hello, goodbye, thank you, nothing ever. Then when I got home and opened the container, the noodles were dry, no peanuts sprinkled, barely any tofu. One of the best Thai AND sushi restaurants I've ever been to, and probably my favorite restaurant overall right now. I dine in, takeout, and order delivery from them 4-5 times a week. Everything I've eaten here is delicious, and most importantly, it's consistent - and always fresh. I'm HIGHLY impressed by all the precautions they've taken during this COVID outbreak... It's the only restaurant I've been to where they take your temperature as soon as you enter the building. (Both at this location and the one in Bonita.) The entire staff wears masks; they sanitize the menus after each use; and they're actually following capacity guidelines. I find that I'm actually eating at/ordering from Sushi Thai MORE during this pandemic, because of how serious they're taking our health. It's so appreciated!! One of the best sushi restaurants in Fort Myers/Bonita/Naples!! They have great lunch specials which usually come with soup or salad, an appetizer and your main course. They also have an amazing happy hour menu including bites and drink specials. I usually take advantage of those two specials because I don't see myself spending full price if I don't need to. Sushi Thai was recommended to me by a friend while I was in Naples for a month, and it turned out to be a good choice. I got takeout and only ordered from the Thai side of the menu so I can't comment on the dining experience or the sushi. I can say that their pad thai was excellent; it was the right mix of sweet, spicy and sour and "medium" delivered a pleasant kick. The veggie spring rolls were good as well. My order was ready on time and packaged well. It was a little more expensive that what I'm used to paying for Thai takeout, but considering the portion size was generous and it is Naples after all, I can't complain too much. The employees were nice and the interior and patio were both quite pretty, so I wouldn't say no to a repeat visit next time I'm in town. read more

Although I will say I feel the level of energy at this Sushi Thai has declined compared to a few years ago, I still leave the restaurant full, satisfied, and stuffed with sushi. Both the Thai and the Japanese dishes are excellent! Their pad thai is phenomenal! Almost as delicious as the stuff I actually had in Thailand! My Thai friend, who's mom is an awesome cook, agrees that this dish is delicious! I also like the clear noodles stir fry and the green curry! Be careful with the spiciness scale! Hot actually means hot! Unlike a lot of restaurants down here, where spicy means they added pepper to it. If you're a true spicy lover though, ask for the spice tray. They give you a little condiment tray of the dry powder spice, a liquid hot sauce, and fish sauce with hot chilis! In terms of sushi, my favorite is the Chris roll and the rainbow dragon roll. The Chris roll was removed from the specials menu a while ago, but they still make it if you ask. It's basically a shrimp tempura roll with asparagus, but they shred imitation crab and masago and put it on top with a bunch of spicy mayo. If you're with a larger party, order a sushi boat! It's a very impressive display of rolls and sushi on a huge wooden boat. It makes great for Instagram pictures (#lol #noshame #alwaystakingpicturesofmyfood). Some other noteworthy appetizers: soft shell crab, Nam Tok, the Tom Kha soup, the Hamachi Kama (grilled yellow tail collar bone!!), and the tempura (perfectly fried and panko covered). Dishes to avoid: shumai appetizer, pad lad nah noodles, and their udon dishes. They're all not bad. Just not as amazing as the other dishes. read more

We ordered takeout tonight. Cost us $48. We had California rolls that were delicious. There were eight pieces with four different colored caviar toppings. Very fresh and good. Also ordered shrimp with noodles. Very disappointing in that the shrimp was well cooked and fresh, but the overall taste of the dish was bland. Noodles were okay, but really very little flavor. Then we had the combo fried rice with shrimp, pork, chicken and beef. Again, the shrimp was well cooked and fresh, but the rest of the ingredients lacked any flavor. Chicken had no taste, beef too chewy to eat, never found the pork but didn't finish the dish. The rice tasted like the chicken - zero flavor. We always get the Spring Rolls, Jumping Shrimp, Lab Kai, Thom Kha Shrimp soup(amazing), the Larb, the Dragon Roll ( all of their Sushi is outstanding and fresh). I've had both Thai and Sushi from here quite a few times, and the food is always consistent and tasty. They deliver so that is cool anytime you're craving Thai or Sushi but don't want to leave the house. I've been to the Airport Pulling location a couple of times, and I really like the location. They have a great outside covered seating area that is pretty relaxing to sit and enjoy your food. Their specialty sushi rolls are pretty good, and they are huge portions.
