It is paid parking but if you are just picking up your order you will not have to pay and if you happen to want to eat here they will validate. This little place actually had a BIG selection! I really wish they had a location in town.. I'd definitely go more often. The airport location is the closest to me and it's never really busy. There's also a large open lot where you can get validated. What I like about Ninja Sushi is that their menu is bigger than most fast sushi spots including a long list of specialty rolls that are listed separately. I always wanted to order one, but their portions are so large I know I wouldn't be able finish it with everything else I order. I'm not a pasty-poke fan but for some reason, Ninja Sushi's one is the only one I like. My favorite thing to get is their Combination Bento because the options are great and a reasonable price - plus there's no upcharge for certain items that are usually at an extra charge at other places. This restaurant is fantastic. I don't write many reviews, but I had to today. I order Dragon Rolls all the time through DoorDash (cause I'm LAZY!) but I get it and enjoy it every time. Until today. I ordered through Doordash and on the Ninja Sushi screen (the manager showed me) the order came through without any fixings, just eel, crab, and rice. So I called and the manager was happy to remake the order. When I arrived and she showed me the screen she said she recognized my name and thought something was off. What a great moment of customer service, because they made it right when it was DoorDash's issue. I did get a refund from DoorDash but WOW what a rip off of a policy. Coming home from Nebraska, ninja sushi is always a MUST. Their customer service has always been up to par and they never failed to provide such great hospitality. Usually we do take out, but this time we decided to dine in. This location has about 6-7 tables that can accommodate up to 4 individuals with more seat options outside that consist of umbrellas to provide shade. Upon entering, it is necessary to grab a parking ticket to enter the parking lot; but with a purchase from any of the vendors, validation covers 2 hours. The staff is friendly and easily approachable. Whenever there is a question, they are so willing to answer with such great detail. My personal favorite is the Superman roll & Tiger roll. Since there is 4 adults, this was more than enough to satisfy our sushi fix! Always recommend! Another great item not featured that we usually get is the Ahi Lover's! And when I buy sushi to share at a gathering or eat on the run, I like to buy at Ninja Sushi in the Airport Plaza. Parking is always easy. Call ahead and order is always ready when I get there. I could probably have placed my order separately and it also would have been okay. I arrived at 5:30pm and checked in at the counter. The lady said the order was not ready. I said okay and stepped aside for other customers to order. I stood on the side on my phone occasionally checking to see if my order was next. There were only 2 other parties waiting for their orders from the time I arrived. As it approached 6pm, the lady at the counter shouted at me "NEXT TIME, ORDER 2 HOURS AHEAD. OKAY?.....OKAY?" I didn't say anything back. Finally at 6pm, the platter of 3 rolls and nigiri pieces was ready. This has become a favorite family spot. We get the Deluxe Set and the Ono set. Always fresh and delicious. We get some extra Tekka Maki and they are happy to swap out anything u don't like on the platter. The scallop Mayo, the poke rolls so ONO. Location is close by for us and easy in/out with plenty of parking. You don't have to pay if you're only picking up your food. I did enjoy the shrimp tempura roll, it originally was supposed to come with teriyaki sauce but I asked for unagi sauce interested. I am interested to know what it taste like with teriyaki sauce though, maybe next time. The Kalbi chicken bento I was a bit disappointed in, the Kalbi tasted plain and nothing like Kalbi. Service was great and the dinning area was extremely clean which was amazing. The cashier was so patient, when we were figuring out our order and when it was time to leave I asked for a towel to clean up our table and she refused to let me do it. I only wish they labeled the sushi rolls, we didn't know what was each one so I had to pull up yelp photos from other people and compare to figure it out lol. Other than that the rolls were really good! We got the tornado and dynamite maki which were similar but both super good! The scallop dynamite maki surprised me, it was so full of scallop and the right spice! Props to our bitesquad delivery dude cause the order came quick!
