I asked for it to be mild, but it was way spicier than what I'm used to. It needed more coconut milk. For some reason they don't have Thai iced tea or Thai iced coffee on the menu. I asked the server and she said that they could make it. She came back and said that they didn't have condensed milk and if we wanted coconut milk instead. It was a hard no for me. The fish was soft and pretty fresh. A little different spin than the other Poke shops we like but it was pretty good. If you are in the Waikiki area and looking for take-out and something quick that tastes pretty good, drop in at Sato Seafood. I ate the Otoro Uni Handroll right away... in the open-air... mmm! So fresh and delicious! At home, I enjoyed the Deluxe Kaisen Don. My favorites were the firm, sweet scallops and the briny ikura! The next morning, I saw Sato Seafood at the Kaka'ako Farmer's Market... wow... these gals work hard! They're so diligent, polite, and efficient!
