Let's just start by noting the location. You are in mt pleasant. Really close to the donegal exit. Turn right off the turnpike and then go down the hill about 6 miles and its on the left before the gas station at the traffic light. Lots of parking in the lot. It took about five mins waiting for our waitress to come over. Then she walked away as another table was bossing her around. And the comment she said to us was nothing short of inappropriate. After ten mins she was back and we asked for a drink menu. 15 mins later we were no further off than when we first sat down. 30 mins later we had fresh bread that was worth the wait. The cornbread was homemade and fresh. Still no drinks. Bread gone by now and we got our wine. And our waitress had disappeared by now. And the busboy was amazingly filling in and doing a better job than those at eleven downtown. Suga, honey, sweet thang were all part of his vocab but it was special and had a nice country yinzer accent. He was the star of the night. The fried calamari was over cooked and rubbery. The fried zucchini was liked by my wife. I ordered the special sea bass. $29 later I was served a thin tail piece of not sea bass. It was a scam! But I choose not to make a big deal of my mess of a meal. The wife had the fettuccine and it was normal and pretty good. Leftovers had a little too much oil on it. Overall not a good meal but expectations were low but still a better choice than any restaurant at 7 spring. read more

My husband and I have always wanted to go to this restaurant and decided to go here for our 40th Anniversary. We told the hostess when we went in that it was a special occasion. Our reservation was for 7pm and we were seated at 7:30. The food was excellent and the service fair. Only one observation, it is clear that this restaurant caters to their regulars. This is ok but at some point if you don't recognize new clientele, there will come a day that the old are no longer there and the new ??? read more

Fantastic food! The ANTIPASTO della CASA was amazing, such a variety of items, delicious. Three of us each had a pasta dish, pasta was perfect and very flavorful. Have eaten here a handful of times and always perfect. Highly recommend stopping here for an outstanding meal. read more

Tucked away in little mount pleasant, Pa is a very nice gem of a restaurant. Not fancy, but has lots of local character and the food is very good and the bar drinks are even better. Salad with arugula, strawberries and red onions was tasty. Had beef (so-so), poached salmon with dill sauce (good effort), and tasty yellow cake for dessert. read more

What a diamond in the rough! We wandered into Ninos because we were in the area for a wedding. Not much seems to be open or available around there. Ninos was such a nice surprise. Amazing food and unbelievable service. Although we were their last seating, Ian made us feel welcome and never made us feel rushed. He was super attentive...our water glasses were never below half full, and the food was prepared perfectly. I highly recommend Ninos to anyone who would like a nice dining experience. read more

All I can say is WOW ! Words fail to describe the incredible dining experience we had at Nino's. From start to finish the meal and the service was top notch and I couldn't think of a single complaint. The atmosphere was rich and comforting with old world charm in the architecture and beautiful Tiffany style lamps. We happened to be fortunate enough to arrive on a night they offered live music. If the food isn't enough to convince you, the buttery voice of the jazz musician should certainly cinch it! Our server was attentive, kind, and had a quick sense of humor. We never had to ask for a single thing and he anticipated our needs with swiftness. The food itself is fresh and homemade and boy does it make the difference ! From the hot, fresh bread and tasty onion soup to the pasta dishes, every bite was savory and delicious. The coffee was brewed fresh for us and the pumpkin pie was one of the best I've had. I'm often a harsh critic for dining experiences, so if you're looking for a memorable evening, don't hesitate to try Nino's ! You won't regret it. read more

Wonderful meal! We discovered this Italian restaurant outside of Seven Springs resort and were very impressed with Nino's. We ordered the zucchini appetizer and Caesar's salad and both were amazing, fresh and well-prepared. Everyone in my family ordered pasta dishes and each was delicious. Cannot say enough at how friendly the staff and owners were. If you are staying at or near Seven Springs, I would definitely recommend driving to this place. Well worth it! read more

We had never heard of Nino's and found them on Yelp, and after reading the reviews figured we'd make it part of our trip to a couple surrounding wineries. We were definitely not disappointed and both the food and service were absolutely outstanding. They also offered a couple wines from the local wineries, which was a nice touch. The weather was a little rainy, but we will be back in the next month so we can eat outdoors and listen to some music. This place is a hidden treasure! Very classy, but not stuffy. I had my wedding reception at Nino's on September 28, 2013. Nino's is phenomenal. I highly recommend it as both a special events venue and just a place to stop in for dinner, brunch, or drinks. Nino's is family owned, which is wonderful to see. The entire family participated in our experience: Nino greeted us and asked how our wedding was, his wife made our flowers, and their daughter Elizabeth was the most fantastic coordinator and decorator we ever could have imagined. The food was delicious, and everyone raved about it. I cannot recommend Nino's more highly. We will certainly be returning for anniversary dinners, year after year. read more

Charming intimate local Italian restaurant. A bit of an oasis in an area with mediocre fast food. We discovered this place after spending the day skiing in 7Springs.The food tastes authentic and homemade. The atmosphere is close, it's quite cold in the winter though, dress accordingly. Make sure you paid a good wine and bring your partner. The anti-pasta plate is huge but delicious. The meals are well proportioned and dessert was delicious. We've been back twice. This place is a romantic little escape from the mountain. read more

I was at Ninos on Mother's Day and I was very dissatisfied with everything. It was overpriced overcrowded could not sit comfortably in my seat, it was just awful. For the price that was paid for the brunch I should have been able to eat without being bumped by the waiting staff and the people around me. My Mother's Day brunch was awful! read more

My husband and I just held our wedding reception here. I can't say enough about how wonderful the venue was, how distinctive and delicious and accommodating the ownership has been. Ninos laid out their homemade antipasto tray as an appetizer, and had a charming bartender serving the local Helltown beer and their wine on the patio. Our guests were able to wander all around the gardens and explore the Laurel Garden art shop, and take polaroids of themselves in the little activity station that they had set up outside. The bartender was regaling our friends with stories about the rugged industrial history of Mt Pleasant (formerly a steel and coke town, named "Helltown", zip code 15666), which was a really great local touch for our folks from out of town. The food was delicious-- we had arugula salad, roasted root vegetables, pork loin, salmon cakes, polenta and stuffed portabello mushrooms-- and most of it was harvested locally and in season (not the salmon :)) . The ownership also did our flower arrangements for both the ceremony site and the reception, which were beautiful dalias and hyacinths that they collected from a local flower farm. The staff is wonderful, too. They were professional, but got into the spirit of things too (I swear I saw some of them dancing!), and many were back the following morning for Sunday brunch. We highly recommend this restaurant and this venue for weddings and other celebrations. read more

We made a visit to Nino's July 19, 2017 at 5pm. The hostess was not friendly when seating us. She put the menus on the table and the only thing she said was, " your waiter will be with you shortly" and walked away. I got the lasagna which was very good. My wife got the salmon which she said was very good, but the salmon was about 1 inch and a half wide by about 5 inches long and the cost was $30.00. Our total bill was $47.00 and we had no drinks. Nino's has amazing food! We highly recommend their zucchini fries, as well as the pasta and the tomato onion jam. We brought our little doggie and had the best time sitting on the patio. I recently went to Ninos for dinner with a large group. They did not seem prepared even though this dinner had been planned for months and all of the meals were pre-ordered. The food tasted okay, nothing special. I had a very average stuffed chicken breast. It was served with asparagus and potatoes. Some of the asparagus was perfectly cooked, some was overdone. The roasted potatoes were awesome - crispy and flavorful. We were served cheesecake for dessert, which was good, but not special. One star because I got with food poisoning which led to me throwing up on myself on a bus in front of approximately 60 people about three hours after the meal. I missed three days of work after eating at Ninos. read more

Such a disappointment! Haven't been to their Easter brunch for at least 5 years or more. Was very excited to go again, because their food is always wonderful. Not yesterday, poor food selection, not top quality like we are used to getting there. Not a very big selection to choose from. Ham, chicken and fish sticks were the only (meat) offered in buffet. A salad(mostly lettuce) was included, fruit(just ok) and desserts( chocolate covered pretzels were stale). And we had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Very disappointing!!! And to top off, my daughter found a stink bug in her ham! The meat wasn't freshly carved like other years. read more

My wife and I have dinner here several times a year and it never disappoints. Well that changed tremendously on Valentines Day this year, the buffet they offered was 40.00 a person and wasn't worth 4.00 a person, the food was slightly warm at best, the filet was down right cold and I'd bet money that the desserts were left over from brunch earlier that day. If they offer the buffet again next year we will definitely find a new place to have Valentine's dinner. The only positive of the night was our server and the entertainment they had, other than that it was a complete waste of $120.00 read more

I absolutely love this restaraunt. I come from Pittsburgh to shop at the Lenox outlet several times a year and always plan my shopping day to include lunch at Nino's. Their chicken salad croisant with fruit platter is my favorite. It is the best chicken salad I have ever had. I order extra to take home with me. Unfortunately it is seasonal item, so I have had to order other items and they were wonderful too!! The crabcake was delicious and the salad bar is great. We had our wedding at Nino's just this past Saturday 10/11. The venue is charming and perfect for weddings under 100 guests. Our ceremony was on the patio and garden steps and the weather was perfect. The food is wonderful and the staff attentive, even if you are only there for the brunch or dinner. Favorite dishes are the beans and greens as well as the stuffed chicken breast and linguini with white clam sauce. Also their Italian wedding soup is the best you will find! read more
