He said we needed to talk to LG about it. We ended up using another appliance repair company, and they took care of dealing with the warranty with LG. Paid $125 for diagnosis, but no repair. Not exactly helpful (especially when dealing with a refrigerator).

I walk in go up to the counter with the window. We both say hello I hand him my invoice the receipt for the stove I purchased. He asked me have you been here before, "I said yes," he said, "do you know where the warehouse is at," I said "yes" he said, "OK" hands me the invoice back and tells me to go to the warehouse. I get back there. They come down and tell me that he says I need to come back up there and show him my ID. OK, why didn't you tell me that when I was in there? Then when I get in there, I ask him and he tells me he said none of that...that he said welcome to the warehouse. When I asked him, why didn't he stop me from going out the door then and ask what I need?? He points to his computer and says I was doing my job...what!? Your job is to help a customer that just came in. So I'm completely baffled by this interaction if you said welcome to the warehouse, why did you hand me the piece of paper back and not ask me what I need as I'm walking out the door? He also tells me this is being recorded good because this interaction needs to be looked at. It was completely unprofessional, rude and made absolutely no sense, accept maybe covering himself for not doing his job correctly. Not to mention when we get home and unpacked the oven you could tell it seems to have been used and we had to scrub clean the range because the plastic that's supposed to be there to protect it was removed! I feel that this was due to him!! I've hit Lowes and the Home Depots at all hours of the day but I've never seen one this deserted. It was strange because it's conveniently located next to all sort of neighborhoods. I guess people just don't have things break in this part of town? I didn't have any issues finding the parts I needed, and there were plenty of employees available to point me in the right direction for them.
