I really wanted to like this place. I live close by, the prices are great...It's really hit or miss on who you get here, and that dictates how it turns out. A gentleman did my nails last time, and they were perfect! I got so many compliments. Today, a younger woman did them, and could not be bothered. She was texting the whole time, rushed my fill, and they are uneven and the paint is blotchy. I have paint on the cuticle and drips under my nails. Really bummed out. No one seems to care. I go here all the time! I always go to Tammy, I don't let anyone else touch my nails or eyebrows besides her or Luna which is the younger lady. She always does a perfect job and does them quick so I am in and out and not sitting around for hours. They have made a huge change to the space by tearing down a wall, making one side for your nails and eyebrows and the other side for your toes. Some of the ladies are old so I'm not sure if you'd want to go to them but I would definitely open your mouth and tell them who you want and don't want so you don't have to write a bad review. The place is mostly always busy especially on weekends so try to go during the weekday so you might not have to wait. Overall the upgrades are still coming and some of the staff is new, I recommend this place to everyone! I always get great compliments on my nails! read more

They lied to me twice about where Yenn was. She had done my nails for a while and when I went in for a pedi they told me it was her day off. I blew it off. Then I went again and asked for her again and they told me she was on vacation. I asked the person that was doing my nails when will she would be coming back, he said. she moved to Lakeway. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Came in to get one nail fixed, which they asked what I needed when I walked in, and I literally waited 30 minutes to even get seated. Not because they were busy but because the ladies were standing around talking and totally skipping over me when people came in. Not until I got up and said something did I get help. Then the lady didn't start working on it for another ten minutes. The customer service here is terrible and I do not recommend coming here, even if you really need your nails done. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would not recommend to my worst enemy even. Sunny is one of the worst nail techs I've ever had. He cut my cuticle with the drill 3 different times, also took the drill through my real nail while filing down. Informed him I was unhappy with nails as he was going along and what I didn't like he just got upset he proceeded to continue filing and not fix the issue or listen to what I had to say when I was the paying customer. He proceeded to yell and get upset at me and started yelling as I remained to stay calm and tear up from anger. Even after it was all said and done I still had to pay 30$ for the horrible experience. Been to a lot of nail salons in the area and can say it's really hard to find a nail salon that does a good full set for a reasonable price. This is the best I've seen in Austin and I've paid double at other places for the exact same full set that didn't last half as long. The place isn't pretty or fancy by any means but they do the best full sets so I don't mind. I won't go anywhere else to get them done. I've never felt like the employees were talking about me, think that's just an insecurity of other customers paranoid because they can't understand the language. read more

Very poor customer service, they do not do what they are asked, only what they want. They constantly yell at you when you try to say something. Then of course they start talking very loud in a different language. On top of the fact that they didn't do what was asked, nor did they even finish, they still make you pay full price or they call the police. Very terrible nail salon. I've come here a couple times since it's not far from my house but decided I will not be back. It's dirty, loud and chaotic, the nail polish selection is small. They do not practice proper sanitation-there was nail clippings/dust/grime on the station they sat me at&they never bothered to clean them up before or during my manicure service. There were multiple people who worked on me, one of which did not stop yelling across the room to another employee in their language. My gel polish that is supposed to last 2 weeks and be removed by soaking peeled off within 3 days. I do not recommend this place, it's cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. read more

Pleaseeeeee trust me when I say NEVER go here. First off there was some loud guy hanging out in front scaring off all the customers. He was apparently friends with the girl who attempted to do my nails: thee RUDEST person I ever met. I asked for a gel manicure. First of all she wanted to soak my gel off in acetone which is horrible for your skin. I asked for foils to soak it off and she still got acetone on my skin. There IS a way to only put the acetone on my nails only on cotton. I've had it done many times. I decided I wanted to leave after that and said I would just pay the $5 for the take off. I went to the bathroom, came back and then she then insisted I pay $10 because I didn't get a service. Really $10???!! To soak my nails in acetone?? I paid it just because I wanted out of there. What a jerk. Don't waste your money funding these evil crooks! Just awful and ruined my day. read more

I love n'joy nails, Tammy is the best! The environment is loud and not the best but they are still renovating so it's understandable. The prices are super affordable and I love my nails every time I get them done. If you're looking for a high end salon, this isn't your place but the work gets done and I'm always satisfied. I went in to give this place a try and I probably won't ever return... I went in to get a pedicure and I chose my color out thinking it would be a lavender purple color but it ended up being a baby pink color that I was NOT happy with so I changed my mind on the color after the guy had finished painting both my feet.. I did feel bad but I wasn't paying $30's for a pedicure and going to walk out of there unhappy with my color. I sat there arguing with him that the color wasn't what was advertised on the selection nails. He said it was a pretty color but I personally didn't like it.. I felt like he just wanted me to leave already. I told him I wanted another color and he said it'd be $5's more. Why am I paying more when I wasn't happy with the color that you had false advertised? I ended up spending $40's on my toes and that was not my plan when I walked in there. Oh! And he cut my middle toe while using the chip machine to get the old nail color off and didn't apologize.. Going to this place for about eight years now I always had Tammy do my nails and eyebrows I went to get my eyebrows done one day she messed them up I then went somewhere else then today on April 14 I set up an appointment at 2:30 for Tammy I get there at 2:30 and Tammy says that she does not want to do my nails and had some other girl do my nails when I sat down to have my nails done by the other girl Tammy then started doing another girls nails that came in after me I will definitely no longer be going to that salon again read more

I had a really bad experience here. I got really crappy tips done. The lady took her time and the place wasn't busy so I expected them to look really great. They were jagged, bubbled, and she filed into the flesh on all of my fingers. She didn't clean all the nail polish off and there is glue all over my hands. Two of them looked so bad I had to go have them redone at Nails by Tina down the street. I was left with ugly nails and bloody, sore fingers. She did a great job on my eyebrows though. I was visiting from out of town and went here. Easily the worst "gel" manicure I've ever gotten. Just because they put your hands in the UV lights doesn't mean they use real polishes. I do not recommend this place if you get your nails done regularly. read more

A guy did my nails and the first thing I asked him was to see their selection of acrylic powder mood changing colors and his exact words were "color changing is not cute we're not going to do that" and then I told him that that was exactly what I wanted and if get he could get them for me and he still refused so I asked the manager for a new technician and they told me that was not allowed so I just decided to continue on with the guy I had then I told him that I would like coffin shaped nails and he was like okay. When he started to cut them very short and square, I told him that was not what I wanted and he said "well it's too late I've already cut them" I told him that that wasn't right so then he ignored me & brought me the color ring of nail polishes and I picked out a red color and about 10 minutes later I remembered that I had an event to attend so I asked me if I could see the color ring again so that I can go for a more subtle color and after an argument he brought the color ring back. He then told me that i was too picky and a bad customer. I hate my nails and the nail polish is bubbled and i have never had that happen at any other nail salon. He wasn't gentle at all. I was on vacation and couldnt even enjoy a relaxing time at the salon. Customer service is non-existent and all around a terrible salon. read more

Jacqueline's pedicures are amazing. Such close attention to detail for a $20 pedicure and she takes her time to do perfect work no matter how busy the salon gets. It's not a gorgeous place, but based on the service alone and considering its cheap price, it's the best pedicure I've ever gotten. I took my mom here to do her nails for Mother's Day, and I have to say, my mom was not disappointed. The service was very excellent as we were accompanied to very quickly upon entering the store. The prices were very affordable compared to every other nail salon I had been to. Tammy was the one who serviced my mom and she was very skillful and knew what she was doing! Also, the ambiance was very friendly and comfortable, which helped relieve a lot of the stress my mother and I was having prior our appointment. First time at this business, at walk- in staff was very friendly, a young Asian lady assisted me with an eye bro wax. At all time, this lady was on her cell phone...during my wax application she got on the phone and literally burned my eye area., then proceeded with plucking my eye brow and continued to take breaks with her cell phone. After she was done I gave her a tip and adviced her that she shouldn't be on the phone when working with a customer..she responded "this is how I make my money, i need to talk to my customers".... she never apologized and walked away ignoring me. This establishment has horrible customer service. I went in on a Wednesday for my regular acrylic full set with gel polish. I was encouraged repeatedly by the nail tech to try the dip powder, so I did. I was not overjoyed with my nails because of shape and my color choice but I did not make a big deal about it because I would be back in 2 weeks for a new set and could live with it. By Sunday four nails had broken, which never happens to me. Two nails were chipping at the nail bed, and one broke just from me opening a ketchup package. I took all the nails off because I couldn't make it back to the nail shop until Thursday and find it very tacky to walk around with chipped nails. When I got to the shop and explained what happened, with picture evidence, the owner took zero responsibility for what happened. She explained that their policy was to fix the broken nails and not to give refunds. When I asked where it was written she told me it was by word of mouth only. First she explained that the dip process was not as strong, but when I expressed that it should not have been promoted to me as such she changed her story to where she wears dip and does nails and never breaks one. I offered for the salon to just do 4 nails even though I needed a full set because it's about the principle, but the owner still expected me to pay!! I left and went to a different nail salon that was cleaner, time efficient, and offered drinks all for the SAME price. I'm so upset at myself for spending my money and time here when there are way better, affordable options. read more
