I had their tonkasu ramen which had thin al dente noodles, a whole egg, 2 big chunks of cha su pork. Pro tip, get a side of kimchi. Their kimchi is rich in flavor and garlicky goodness. The egg is cooked to perfection, still soft but hard enough to keep it's shape, the meat is always so incredibly tender you don't even need a butter knife to cut it, and the broth is always astonishingly good. And the Chashu Bun?? This is the only appetizer i'll order at a restaurant. They are SO good everytime; The meat is always so ridiculously tender, juicy, and flavorful. I'm not usually one to enjoy a lot of sauce, but it's so good I can't get enough of it. Compared to all of the other ramen places in Utah i've been to, this one stands out 100% for it's quality and consistency. Would recommend for everyone!

I will start off by saying the food was amazing! I asked if I should run down to get it and they said yes, not realizing at the time that we ordered for delivery. I ran down to pick it up and they confirmed that it was supposed to be picked up and delivered to our hotel by GrubHub and apologized for it not being brought to us. They also confirmed that the order was READY at 8:41pm, but it was now 10:05pm! They said the sushi had been out for too long and would make us a whole new order, which was ready within 10 minutes, free of charge. My brain had not even processed that my husband ordered sushi and that sushi should always be kept cold, so I really appreciated them being upfront about it! I do not want to know how that would have gone later if my husband did eat the first order... I also appreciated the comfy chairs available while waiting for my order, as we had been driving for 8 hours that day and I was very sore and tired. The restaurant wasn't too loud and looked clean and well-kept from what I could see by the front door. Plenty of parking outside, although I did show up late at night while all the other stores/restaurants in the strip mall were closed. They were not packed at that time, but had a good number of people at tables spread out and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was a nice atmosphere overall and if my children were not feral 99% of the time, I would have a sit-down meal here sometime! I also love that they are open till 10:30pm every night, which was a lifesaver for us! We got into town late on the Sunday after 4th of July, and most places were closed by 8pm, so it was great that they were open late. Our GrubHub driver showed up while I was waiting and said he had just received the order on his app and apologized for it taking so long, and would cancel it on his end so that I would get refunded. Although the waitress was hard to understand as she spoke very little English, she did find another waiter who was able to explain to me what was going on and they were very quick and polite to fix the issue. My katsu chicken was warm and crispy, just how it should be, and the white rice wasn't soggy or dry and crunchy. It was delicious and you get plenty for $12-ish. I also had enough chicken leftover for a complete meal the following day, which my very picky-eating son devoured! My husband's 2 orders of sushi rolls were perfectly made and delicious too, he said! If we ever come back through this area again on our next road trip (we are from Southern California), we will absolutely be stopping here again. Update after owner's reply: While I appreciate the owner's reply and acknowledgement, it is still fundamentally misleading. Another perhaps more appropriate example is ordering wings then realizing that you're being charged separately for the flavor. Instead of lowering the price by the amount for each flavor, why not keep the same price and just make it clearer that there are options for the flavor of the soup base. I've been to plenty of other ramen restaurants that offer different flavors of soup base and don't charge separate for it.

First, entering we were greeted by the servers who were smiley and friendly. The restaurant is decent sized and pretty clean. We were a little confused why it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. We were only one of three groups that were eating there. I am gluten free so I'm use to not having a ton of options and usually have to stay away from most of the sauces used but, I was able to order a few roles that are gluten free both naturally and/or after asking to not add a sauce. This is by far our favorite sushi place around. Our kids love eating here. We got there Saturday…read morenight and it was pretty busy but we were seated right away. We ordered the orange chicken which came with rice and steamed broccoli and carrots. It was a big portion of chicken. We also got some sushi: golden salmon roll, kill bill roll, flame dragon roll, and Sumo roll. All these varied in taste and had different highlighted attributes. The flame dragon roll comes on fire and gives the salmon a really defined smoked flavor. I really liked that the golden salmon roll had a citrus tone. The kill bill roll had good crunch with the coconut tempera shrimp and some spicy with the jalapeño and cilantro. I really like all of the deep fried rolls but this one was especially good because of the tiger shrimp.
