The place was nice and spacious, the staff was nice, and the service was fast. The food did look quite fresh behind the counter. I think that if they can nail the details like the dressing on the side and the saltiness, they will do great. Overall, I'm very glad that a Vessel Kitchen is finally open in the Provo/Orem area!
