Absolutely the worst boba experience I've ever had. It should be called number 40 Boba. I genuinely don't understand how this place is called Number One Boba. This was, without exaggeration, the nastiest boba drink I've ever had. I politely asked for less ice -- not no ice -- and even confirmed it at the end. The cashier stopped me to ask a "quick question," which turned out to be about tipping. I still left a tip, and they still made my drink incorrectly. The boba itself was terrible. Hard, chewy, almost like taffy -- absolutely not fresh and honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. I've never encountered customer service this rude or uninterested in the basics of making a drink correctly. There are easily 40+ better boba spots in the Vegas Valley. Save yourself the money and the frustration. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others go anywhere else. My stomach hurt hurts from the smell in there. Also not a good vibe at all.

Great customer service and friendly. My favorite drinks here are the tea with boba with coffee jelly and black tea with mango jelly. It's a small space, the u only have 4 tables inside. They have new drinks for holiday strawberry Kiwi with popping boba.

First time in, was my choice for a new adventure. I ordered The Strawberry Blueberry Slush and my friend got a Banana Blueberry slush and both were clearly marked with a V indicating vegan for friends who are now baby cows. :) They had probably 75 drink choices and around 50 were Vegan so I was very impressed, they also had specialty drinks that might have been able to be modified and they sold cute key chains and knicknacks and we got 2 llama keychains. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and had great senses of humor. Its a small place with some tables but we didn't stay-- It did need to be cleaned up a bit but we think some kids had just been there and we passed some going out as we went in.... so... Ya know. :) 100% will go back soon as I want to try every drink on the menu. My friend also loved his drink. Ty!!!

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. Ordering four drinks should not take over 30 minutes, especially when placing an online order that estimated 10-15 minutes. After waiting, I was never informed that the shop was out of boba! At which is kind of the whole point. I was told they couldn't call me because "DoorDash doesn't give that option," despite the fact that I explicitly entered my phone number and requested a call if there were any issues. There were only two orders ahead of mine, so I assumed another 10 minutes wouldn't be unreasonable. The shop had four staff members, including a young man who mentioned he had just returned from vacation. I understand casual conversation, but when customers are waiting and orders are backing up, professionalism should come first. Unfortunately, it felt like there was no active supervision or urgency. To make matters worse, we noticed one of the cups being pressed in a way that created a visible hole. When it was pointed out, it was dismissed. Sure enough, once we got to the car, the cup was damaged and none of the drinks included the standard boba. They offered to remake the 1-drinks shouldn't take that was damaged, but so what about the other 3? They said it would take another 30min for the new boba to be done being prepared. Tbh, I was ok with just getting a refund for the 1-drink. I normally wouldn't return to complain, but this experience felt worth sharing so others are aware. Between the long wait, lack of communication, missing boba, and poor quality control, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. I strongly DO NOT recommend. And AVOIDING No. 1 Boba Tea Eastern, instead. There's another boba spot just around the corner, save yourself the time and order there instead. BUT also, I never got refunded for the drink.

This place is bright, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. The menu is incredibly diverse, with a large selection of teas, milk teas, and slushes, so there's something for everyone. What really stands out is how flavorful the drinks are. Each tea has a rich taste, and there are so many unique flavor combinations to choose from. One of my personal favorites is the Butterfly Pea Lavender Lemonade. It's refreshing, flavorful, and unlike anything you'll find at most tea shops. read more

Just tried this spot for the first time and wasn't expecting much but was blown away (in a good way)! I really enjoyed the fact that the menu had a ton of cool/unique flavors, two flavor slushes, teas, healthy juices, and they don't charge for oatmilk which is a huge plus for lactose intolerant people. I tried the coconut papaya slush 50% sweet with boba and it was bomb! My girlfriend got one of the fruit juices which was really tasty and made with all healthy ingredients. Service was awesome, the staff was super nice/friendly, answered any questions I had about the menu, and they were quick to get our orders made. Interior was kept clean and the music playlist was peaceful/relaxing. Would definitely return and would recommend checking this spot out if you like teas, slushes, or juices! read more

Literally every time I come to get an avocado boba they say they are out of the avocados or the avocados are still "hard". This is our favorite boba place in town! We love the generous sizes, options, and ability to adjust the flavors and sweetness to meet our needs. I ordered a jasmine green tea boba and, admittedly, forgot to mention my sweetness and ice level. I wasn't asked about either, so the drink came plain. Thankfully, I can do without the sugar since I usually drink hot jasmine green tea all day at work. One positive note is that the boba itself was fresh. It had a good texture and didn't taste old or stale like some places where the boba is hard in the center. That said, I also wasn't asked whether I wanted regular or extra boba. It's been a long few months since I last enjoyed a milk tea boba, so I was really hoping for a better experience and left feeling disappointed overall. The shop itself is small with only a few seats, which is fine for a quick stop, but the lack of customization and communication took away from the visit. read more

The toffee milk tea was delicious- I hadn't seen that option on a menu before, and was really happy with it. Sweet but not too sweet, especially since I ordered it at 25% sweetness. I also tried the pumpkin Thai tea slush at 25% sweetness and wow- as a big fan of any and all things pumpkin spice, this knocked it out of the park. Absolutely delicious! The boba in both drinks was also probably some of the best I've ever had; the texture was absolutely perfect. read more

We serve more than 300 boba tea drinks including smoothie, slush, milk tea, and freshly brewed tea. Using fresh fruits has been our tradition since 1998. In a city like Las Vegas, where there are incredible coffee shops on nearly every corner with friendly, welcoming staff, it's hard to justify coming back after an experience like this. If a business is open and still taking orders, customers should be acknowledged and served in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. This was definitely a one-and-done visit for me.
