All of their rolls are always delicious! But the service seemed to be the problem. It took us an hour to receive our meal. The table across from us ended up paying the bill, leaving, and packing their food to go. The restaurant wasn't as busy for a Friday night. There were only two servers and that seemed to be the problem. Overall, I love coming here for their delicious rolls! But the experience definitely could have been better.

The dishes are well composed starting with Edamame with Citrus Zest. You watch each dish be created and Rudy distributes them explaining how each is made and its content. Memorable dishes include Horse Mackerel w/Vinegar and Scallions, a Waygu/Salmon hand roll, Eel and Crunchy Rice, Striped Jack/Shima Ani and a Black Truffle Hotate and Shiso. Plus dessert, housemade ice cream parfait with Ubez, green tea and coconut crisps. Given the size, pleasant design and friendly demeanor, everyone is quite friendly. I will say right off the bat this is one of the most reasonably priced sushi in the area, which is great. The miso soup that came with the order was a standard good tasting miso soup. But everything else was very muted and just flavorless, at some point I deconstructed the nigiri, chopped the fish, and made a poke bowl, just so I can infuse flavor, and the kicker is that the quality of the fish was decent, but the rice was completely flavorless, the spicy crunchy roll was neither spicy nor crunchy, the dragon roll was also completely muted.
