This was absolutely the worst salad experience I've ever had. The blackened chicken breast was a texture I can't explain. It had some kind of crunchy texture that has me wondering what was it really. My coworkers are saying it was fake meat, I'm almost inclined to believe them. The mini shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. The ranch taste like it came from the Dollar Tree. The menu states the salad is $9.99 (which i already thought was a bit high) so imagine my surprise. I stated that I thought it was 9.99 and she let me know that they need to get new menus and all salads now cost $2 more due to an increase in lettuce prices?? Lol what! Soooo let me just say..... I haven't experienced anything more GHETTO since I used to go to the RINK or ROUTE 66 or even the Dolton Expo. The young lady working the register with the pink hair should unfortunately be judged by her looks. This was my first & LAST time visiting this establishment. We ORDERED extra mild sauce, she claimed to have heard it & wrote it on her order form. But, 45 mins later when we came to get our order there was no extra mild sauce. So, one of the other customers was supposed to get mild sauce with his food. He says, "you know what, I don't use mines l. So you can have it.". We returned to the register together and requested that his mild sauce be gifted to me. Then..... ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE!!! This young lady went off & was insisting that my order did not come with mild sauce. We both agreed, but she instead on wanting to be in an outrage. She began spitting vulgarities at the other PAYING customer as if he wasn't worthy of choosing where his paid sauce should be issued. I'd like to say thank you to that courteous & respectful gentleman. (He got a refund & left by the way). NO COBB'S, I just arrived at home with over a $75 purchase of your food.
