I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows.
