They gave me a very reasonable quote...AND they said they had a opening for today .....WHAT that never happens.....so of course we said yes.. So glad we went with Jesse and Michael at No Limit Sewer this time. They were so quick and their pricing was so much better than the others that we had come out 3 times for the same toilet. When they showed up, they said it'd be $325 or $340. I asked why they had quoted me $110 via yelp. They said that'd be if there was a crack to repair on the toilet. Except....I specifically said in my message what the problem was already. I'd received another quote for $225 to do the same thing. But, I let them do the work (he gave a "discount" to $300) because they were already at my house, and I'd already cancelled a call that day to see them. RUN.... These men are sloppy. Showed up on a Saturday morning with NO appt, woke me up and I was sick. Told me 350$ and pay at the end, sends men I didn't recognized after he told me the man with him was the plumber. I told him I needed his license # took awhile to receive it. 1st man semi finishes and says that will me $3,750 and 3820$ with a credit card. What happened to pay after the work? Mike went above and beyond for me and words cannot describe how thankful I am for his help. I initially called in for a sewer line offset problem, and Mike happily answered questions for me through calls and texts to provide initial help completely free of charge. He later came out, did a sewer line inspection for me, showed me the issues and explained what was happening as well as the solution for it and then provided a quote for me (at a very very reasonable price). I agreed to it and he proceeded to do the work early next morning. The work was done quick, efficiently, and the end result of the fixed pipes looked fantastic. He even checked on a loose toilet for me when I asked and checked on it, tightened it up and let me know his thoughts on it. They were able to quote me a price within a few minutes and planned to get someone to my house within 3 hrs. Much to my joy and satisfaction, they called me to let me know they could get here even sooner. After initial review of the problem, they were able identify a clog in the main line, let me know the cost to get it resolved since it was a bigger service than originally estimated, and get it resolved quickly.
