I've rented from All Star about a dozen times and since day one the whole staff has been kind, warm and welcoming. Honest review: Let…read moreme clarify everyone's review below. YES, I can see why they would make all those remarks about the two owners but honestly, I feel y'all are exaggerating. In my eyes i see an older couple who don't really want to put up with nonsense and are doing what they can to run a business on their property. They have their particular way of how they want things done and seem very punctual. So being on time matters :) Second, i would like to address the attitude. I WAS NICE and the lady at the front desk WAS SHORT with me and not very talkative. Some people are not up for talking and strictly business. i get the whole " your running a business, you need to treat your customers like this, blah blah" I still think y'all are sensitive and take everything to heart and allowing this man and woman to ruin your entire day based off of what seem like personality thing. Pick your battles people! Get the U-Haul and keep it pushin' ... I was in & out, returned the U-Haul with no issues. The "rude" man even helped me with the self checkout to save me time. & yup, you guessed it, He was short with me too but still offered help. LOL. Anyways... if you are looking at other reviews and determining if you should rent from them, i would say 100% yes, rent from them. My experience was just fine and I had no issues.

Really shocked by the woman who runs this location. It appears to be a family run business;…read morehusband, wife, son & staff. The staff was FANTASTIC. The wife, Nan, was the problem. I booked my rental and gave a credit card on file. The morning of the rental I received a voicemail from her saying that I have 5 minutes to call back or she will be giving my rental to someone else. WHAT?? I had the rental reserved all day, my credit card is on file, and she felt it was appropriate to call and bully me around as if I was doing something wrong. Thankfully I saw the VM and called back right away but if I hadn't and she gave my rental away, it would have ruined everything. I called around the area this was the only one. Of this rental available and I don't work a normal job, this was my only day off the entire week to do this & under a time crunch, and she thought it was okay to risk that! The way she spoke to her son during check in was sad too. I wish she were a happier person and ran a better business.

I ended up having to park across the street in the plaza and walked over. It wasn't immediately clear where I had to "check in" at until I just wound up knocking on the back door and was greeted by a woman who told me to come around and helped me. They were out of flatbed trucks even though I reserved one. Whoever had my truck hadn't yet returned it. I ended up having to get a van which I was scared to drive because I am NOT used to driving a car I can't see out the back of. The van did come with a camera as you back up but that's about it. I did safely drive the van to transport my mattress into my new place (by myself!) and returned the van the same night as instructed. All in all, everything was easy from check in to check out.
