I booked my rental and gave a credit card on file. The morning of the rental I received a voicemail from her saying that I have 5 minutes to call back or she will be giving my rental to someone else. WHAT?? I had the rental reserved all day, my credit card is on file, and she felt it was appropriate to call and bully me around as if I was doing something wrong. Thankfully I saw the VM and called back right away but if I hadn't and she gave my rental away, it would have ruined everything. I called around the area this was the only one. Of this rental available and I don't work a normal job, this was my only day off the entire week to do this & under a time crunch, and she thought it was okay to risk that! The way she spoke to her son during check in was sad too. I wish she were a happier person and ran a better business.

I told them two to three times that I am moving out on the move out date (8/31). They tell me to call them or leave them a voicemail saying I moved out and that that's all I have to do. I said great, and moved out by the time the office closed. I left a voicemail but the system kept hanging up on me. So I called again saying I left and moved out and left another voicemail saying I moved out. Today, (9/10) they bombard me with an email and a call saying I will get a late payment fee because I haven't paid rent??? So I tell them I been moved out for almost two weeks and they said they will check on the unit and call me back. No call after an hour, I call again and they say, "oh, they are checking on it right now." 2 hours later, I call again because no call back, "oh, we thought there was a lock so we didn't know it was empty so we will have to check again." The girl was extremely rude and i had to ask for other options. She said I can get a 26 foot truck for 100 a day. Our original was a 16 foot truck for 30 a day. Not an option. She was rude and nasty to me offering no solution. Skip this rental location.
