And then he has the audacity to start talking down to me in a very monotonic and caless manner while also handing me my pizza in a very offending way. Just stared dead into my eyes without even saying a single word while he handed me my the pizza. Security video footage (if any) corrobates my experience. This establishment should be ashamed of itself for hiring such a disrespectful employee who clearly has nothing to lose and therefore mistreats and takes advantage of "easier target" customers unfairly while bending knees for others in line. The exact reason I refused to leave a tip and if could leave a negative tip amount on my card I would gladly have done so. Makes no sense at all as to why a complete stranger employee would do something like that to me. As I was driving away baffled, it was very obvious to me via the storefront windows that the employee along with the next customers in line were discussing the matter behind my back as if he did nothing wrong. All while additional employees at the back were laughing. It's no surprise that people who actually lead meaningful lives are shifting away from these types fast food places with rotten employees. Makes no sense at all as to why he would do something like that to me. I expect the managers will take disciplinary action against this disrespectful and unprofessional employee at once, or I will be lodging a formal complaint with Little Caesars' corporate complaints department early next week.

It's Little Caesers. This isn't amazing pizza but it sure is quick, cheap, and easy.

There is only one reason I order pizza from this place. In hopes to see the cutest delivery boy I've ever seen. I never have the courage to ask him if he's seeing anyone but just getting to see him for that brief moment and potentially touching his hand while grabbing that pizza from him sustains me. I always make sure to give him a big tip too. He's so polite though, even when I get so flustered I can't speak without stuttering. One day I hope I am brave enough to at least ask if he wants to hang out with. He seems so cool. I mean just the way he wears that hat of his. Just writing this makes me want to see him again. Love Love Love Big Apple! I made a yelp page just so I could review their page! I have a handicap son who as a mother it can be a struggle to take him out to eat if servers aren't very understanding to his needs, but the first time I stepped into this restaurant we felt welcome! Andrew absolutely loved the girls that were helping us pick out our slices. The staff here seems very passionate about their jobs! But alas, the food. The food was to die for! This is the best pizza I've ever had in New Bern, Havelock, or MHC! The girls here are one of a kind, have a lot of patience, and are very helpful when I'm sure some of the questions I asked were some of the same they get all the time. I work over on base and it is extremely hard to get deliveries in between our 15 minute lunch break but they have separate drivers that their sole job is to make sure that EVERYONE on base is properly accommodated. Sometimes it's surprising that such a small place goes above and beyond for their customers but I guess that's why they're so popular amongst the crew. read more

I've been searching for a pizza place that can shake my undying love for a local joint down in Bronklyn. Everywhere I travel within the states I've sampled different mom and pop pizza places. Some very good and others making me regret I paid for a whole pie. Big Apple finally did that for me! Hence the reason why I'm going out of my way to write this review! The pie was delicious and I'll say it....... it's the crust that got me. They know what they're doing with their dough. This place hit a sweet spot with my pizza heart and soul. When my family and I were building our new house in New Bern we stopped here almost every night for dinner! Let me start off by saying that the customer service is excellent! Their staff is very friendly and seemingly enjoys their job. They're hilarious! Secondly, their food is scrumptious! I could eat just about every variation of a calzone! And I'm pretty sure I did! If you know pizza , and love pizza this is the place to go !! The staff is very friendly & helpful in ordering what you want & size of pizza , and toppings you may desire !! The place has a nice decor ,and very clean place !! We had a problem with coke not dispensing properly, but in a matter of minutes the staff was bringing us a 2 liter coke . I have been going here from the moment I got stationed here! My commanding officer recommended it to me and now I have recommended it to all of my friends. Sometimes it takes good customer service (like Big Apple) to realize how terrible service is at other establishments. I'm so amazed by how eager and friendly all of them are to serve their customers! If you're not from NYC/Long Island, chances are you don't know just how perfect their pizza is. It truly is as close to the real thing as you're going to get. We've sampled a bit of their menu at various times and can say that so far we've enjoyed everything. Their salads are always fresh, their subs are great hot or cold, fantastic hot meals and they're quick to delivery. Definitely one of our favorite delivery places in the Havelock area. read more

Recently visited this pizza place on a trip to Cherry Point to see my boyfriend! Wow just WOW! Aside from the customer service being some of the best I've ever experienced, the food was absolutely delicious! No offense to Havelock but this place definitely surpassed my expectations of anything that could come from such a small town. I highly recommend grabbing a pepperoni wheel! Yum yum! read more

Really? Seems like this guy (wish I knew his name) gets it!! Not sure why there are others that have such a low opinion. Probably because they were trying to get free food! This is not "fine dining" and in my opinion, they get it right. If not the first time (no one always gets it right the first time), they will make it right!
