Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

And when issues came up after the job was done -- after the final check had been cashed -- Jacob, Ken, and the owner Sage came back and made it right. That's not nothing. That's actually rare. I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.

Monday Leo arrived on the hour and had everything he needed when I met him at the door. While there Leo pointed out small cracks and seams I had never noticed. As he walked out he described the proper maintenance cycle to optimize grout life. I settled the bill with Zelle. I don't know how old Randy is but I'm over 70. The tile in one bathroom was discolored, and he said it could be cleaned and sealed, and we needed tile flooring in our other bathroom replaced. Randy was friendly and approachable, and I planned to see how the smaller project went before hiring him for the larger project we needed tackled. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. A subcontractor/employee showed up on the agreed date to clean and seal the tile, and spent a couple of hours what sounded like physically scraping the tile - not what I expected. His coworker showed up a couple hours later, and told me that this plan was not going to work - that even if they could get the tile clean and seal it, the staining would come right back. He told me to have them leave, because Randy would still charge me for them being there. I went in the bathroom after they left, and it literally looked no different except there was dust everywhere - they did not clean up. I waited for a follow-up call or email from Randy - nothing. I was mad, but decided to put it behind me. A week later, I received a bill. I wrote a very frank email to Randy explaining my disappointment with the workers sent, the fact that no work was even done, and my confusion that he didn't even bother contacting me afterward. He apologized profusely and said he would follow up with me the next day. He did not follow up with me about the work, ever. But I have still been getting bills from this company!! I have emailed him multiple times, and he's told me to ignore them, but that is not an acceptable response - every time I see one of these emails, I am newly angry about the time I wasted on this endeavor. I gave him plenty of time and opportunity to make this right, and he did not even bother to try. I am writing this review because once again, I have gotten an invoice for this "work". Would not recommend.
