Very disappointed with the customer service. Came in as a walk-in at 10:00 am, was told that it was a 45 minute wait. Services expected and told upfront we're 2 full set acrylics, 1 sns full set, 1 gel manicure, 1 pedicure, and 2 toe polish changes. waited 2 1/2 HOURS. And while I'm finally getting my gel manicure at 12:20pm, I am told that because we were walkins they are unable to do my toe polish changes............ EXCUSE ME WHAT?! I have never been told such bs! I was very upset that the expectation was not set and told to me earlier instead of having us wait that long and start a part of the service to then tell me that you can't do it. HUGE inconvenience cause had Id known we would've left and could have been serviced somewhere else. If appointments are required for better service it SHOULD BE POSTED. I was about to leave and all of a sudden they had capacity to complete my requests. This was a lot of time wasted and quite honestly a bunch of bullshit. So I get my services done and my toe polish was so rushed, she didn't place the toe spacers in between my toes and asks me not to move cause my toes are really wet.... well my pinky toes were touching and are messed up, well because you know, no toe spacers... I don't even want them fixed I'm so ready to go. I've been a patron here for 4 years and sadly this isn't my first bad experience and it's usually with the SAME people so shame on me. This my 3rd time coming. Nice, clean. First time I was in a uncomfortable position with being too far from the foot rest. She didn't ask if I was OK. The next time she did my pedicure and nails and left me to dry, and never came back. This time I had this knowledgeable, kind, hard worker, named Aki. She made sure I was comfortable. It seems the employees are supposed to be distant, because they got on her for giving advice to a customer about her nails and to go to another customer when she was finishing up with my nails. Aki did an amazing pedicure and made sure I was happy. I will keep coming back for Aki. Please hire more like her. read more

0 stars! This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. In the last couple of months I have been there about 5 times. Honestly only because it's so close to my house. I will never spend another Penny there after today. One of the times, I went I had painted my own nails and the girl that redid them for me kept making comments about how bad they were and keep shaking her head. Today, as o walked through the door with my daughter they said there was a 30 minute wait. That's fine, I understand. My daughter went first. She was finished with her nails, before someone even called me. By this point I was PISSED. No one came to check on me. No one said sorry it's gonna be a little longer. 5 people came after me and were getting service. I ended up not getting my "gel polish manicure" because I was so angry and was told by the girl that checked me out for my daughter that no one was trained for that service and they they were on a rotation. Ivy did my nails (nail take off with sns). She listened & delivered. Very clean & friendly staff. Pedi was good (shape, VIP package). Not too pleased about one of my nail shape with my pedi but most salons struggle with that nail. I'm hoping this is my new nail home. They have prices on the wall & in a placard. i went in yesterday with my friend, the staff was honestly so rude and when i was getting my full set done the dude doing my nails was so rough and he hurt me multiple times. You could also tell that the staff talks a lot shit. i expected to go in there and pay $55 for a full gel set (which is the usual price EVERYWHERE) and i ended up paying $85. it wasn't even worth it, the dude was so incredibly rude and kept yelling at me. he did okay nails btw. i will not be coming back. read more

No doubt this is a beautiful establishment, but the service is mediocre. I came to treat my sister with a full set, so she chose the polish from the regular polishes, but the nail tech said he would have to charge her $3 extra dollars to use the color in which she chose. $3 is no big deal and I would have no problem in paying if there was a reason for the charge. There was nothing special about the polish and there is nothing in their prices which state that the price of the polish varies so I was just confused because I never heard of being charged for using certain colors. ‍ read more

I was able to walk in on a Thursday afternoon and get seated right away. I got a pedicure and manicure at the same time which was efficient, but the pillow they used as a table for the gel light made it a little difficult for drying my nails. *****VERY DECEPTIVE AND A SHAM!!***I would NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK to this nail place ever! I went in as a new client for a fill of dip nails. They sat me down for a pedicure and the lady insisted on it. They had a special for $10 off of the pedicure, so she said it would be $40 total including the special $10 off. They did the pedicure and the nails at the same time. IT WAS NOT RELAXING AT ALL- so stressful!!! The nail person proceeded to pull my arms as the pedicure was going on, I asked them to STOP and do it separate as they were having trouble doing both- they continued. My nails ended up so horrible and my pedicure was also just as bad. I already went somewhere today to fix them. My nail cut was all different sizes and the shapes - I made her fix it, which took her all of filing my nails all the way down, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR! I went with my mom, who also got a pedicure that she was equally as disappointed with - so I went to the cashier to pay. AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THE SPECIALS WHATSOEVER!! They said the pedicure was $70 !!!! When they originally said $50 with $10 off each !!!! I paid, and tipped and she had the audacity to tell me that she wanted more!! I feel bullied and stupid for paying what I did. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL FREELY SHARE MY EXPERIENCE with anyone who asks. Shame! Staff is extremely nice and attentive. The salon is clean and the music in the background is at a perfect level. My pedicure was amazing, I used to work at a Forbes rated 4 star spa and this pedicure blew pedicure that I've had there out of the water. I will definitely be back. The only thing that kind of took away from my experience is that I wanted a patriotic design or two colors alternating. Just for something festive and I was told that they can't do that, which was a little disappointing because other posters had nail art done and the person next to me had two different colors. I went and got a sns manicure and gel pedicure here for my birthday. I called and made an appointment for 3:00 several days ahead of time so I could get both appointments done and still make it to a late dinner with my boyfriend. I showed up at 2:45 so I would have time to pick out my colors and get organized before my appointment. Only to arrive and find out they didn't have my appointment and they were now booked until 4. I arrived back at 3:50 for my new appointment time, I picked my colors and was told to sit and wait, and wait I did until almost 5 o'clock when they finally sat me for my pedicure. The lady hurried through my pedicure and quickly passed me off for my manicure. Which was also done in hurried fashion. When everything was done I was told I had to check out quickly because I made them late to close. I was disappointed that I didn't get a relaxing nail appointment but i when I went to pay I was disgusted at the total. It was over $150 dollars!!! I asked why it was so expensive and they refused to give me an itemized receipt or anything detailing what I was charged for. I paid and left because I had a dinner to get to but I called back the next day to speak to someone about my appointment and bill and I was told someone would call me back. I walked-in to get removal of gel polish and a gel manicure. The salon looked busy so I waited at the front. After talking with one of the techs, I took a seat and picked out a gel color. Two ladies walked in after me, BOTH of whom were serviced BEFORE me and offered a beverage BEFORE me. The excuse for the first client was that the available tech did not do gel. The second client, who was still waiting, had a tech come over and remove her help polish and offer her a beverage as she waited. Needless to say, I walked out after witnessing that. This place has terrible customer service and I will never waste my time or money on this establishment. read more

I really don't appreciate how the prices seem to be jacked up since i'm a young teen. I used to spend $50 on my nails and that included the shape. Now it's $60 and I always tip. It's just ridiculous what they think they can get away with since Im young and they're taking advantage of young girls. Never going there again. I came in over the weekend to get a SNS polish with removal and I brought my 9 year stepdaughter for a simple manicure and polish. It took prompting by us to be offered a drink and there wasn't any clear instruction on where we should sit to get our individual manicures done. They put so much polish on her nails that it was peeling off before we even got home. The polish itself was all over her cuticles. Mine wasn't any better. She did nothing to my cuticles and I have a severe ripple on one of my nails and the others have 'potmarks'. I have no smooth nails. I was even cut by the grinder. I'll definitely go somewhere else. It was only about $3 cheaper here. Not worth it for a terrible looking polish. read more

The first time I came I had excellent service.. but every time after that things kept going down hill until my last visit which will prevent me from ever returning. Went for a fill in as normal and the woman complained the entire time about how I should get a new set every time I come in Bc it's better for my nails. After 30 minutes of her complaining and telling me to get a new set I finally just said fine do it. So she took off my nails, did the new set, not even well. The acrylic dripped over my nails so I have points under the nail, very annoying and looks bad. Next is the color. I picked a dark pink with a purple accent nail. When she started painting I noticed she was painting my nails mustard yellow to which I pointed out and she said no that's the color you picked.... I corrected her and said I wanted pink. So she whipped off the yellow and grabbed a random pink off the wrack. Baby pink with blue glitter... not even close to what I wanted. I was there for an hour and a half with all her mess ups just to end up with botched nails. Then she tells me it'll be $72!!! Umm what! How did you even get that price? A full set with gel is around 50 so I don't know where she got this price. Very disappointed read more
