Julian was fantastic to work with. Scheduling and drop off was so easy and fast. No unnecessary waiting around, no difficult scheduling, minimal paperwork. It felt like I was working with a friend - just drop by this afternoon, we got it type thing. It took them a while to get the part, but as soon as they did they went all hands to still complete the repairs on time. My insurance only covered a basic car rental, and knowing that I have two kids in baseball/softball, Julian generously worked out a deal with Enterprise so that I could have an SUV to fit all their junk! His relationship with Enterprise is also priceless. They were there to pick me up in like 5 minutes, and then when I went back to pick up my car, I just left the rental car at Noah's. EASY BREEZY!! If you want the worst auto body car experience then come on in to Noah's. I should have known that these guys were going to do an awful job when I was waiting to drop off my car and there was an older gentlemen that was really upset at the quality of work, but I did not listen to my gut. I had worked with these guys before and thought they were ok. What a mistake. They asked me to drop off the car on a Monday morning by 830a so they can get working on it, I passed by around 4p and saw the car was just parked on the side, but did I go back and say something nope. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Angel (office worker) promised to have my car back by Friday afternoon and that is where it all went bad. Later it was the following Monday, then following Thursday, then following Monday, then Tuesday evening, then Wednesday morning. I am not kidding, this was the worst. He just kept lying and saying that they needed more time, they obviously don't know what they are doing. Was it ready Wednesday morning? Of course not I came by 415p and there were like 5 guys around the car cleaning and who knows what else. After I dropped off the rental, I could see all these imperfections. They did an awful job. Not only are they liars, they do a terrible job. I 100% regret not listening to my gut when that old man was reprimanding them for "not doing honorable work" as he said you should be proud of your work product. Man oh man... I honestly hate writing reviews that are negative in the slightest and try to provide positive feedback as much as I could.. but this place. Just don't. They had my car for almost 2 whole months working my car from an accident I was in. 2 months! I get it, parts can get delayed. But what is the worst thing about it all is there communication! During the duration of my car there being there, they never ONCE called me to give me updates. I ALWAYS had to contact them and until I got fed up and gave them a nasty phone call, in which they then started to call me with updates. Mind you, they did this because they kept telling me my car was going to be ready this day and nothing. Then another day, then nothing. Communication is key in service , and they do not have it. I wanted to keep this review all about the customer service aspect which is horrible. But the work they did was not 100% correct. About 2 weeks after getting my car back, my brake pads were withering away so fast which made me get new ones. During the process of changing them, we found what the cause was, and let's just say it wasn't to normal use. ALSO, they STILL owe me two parts (cosmetic mostly). Why haven't I reached out to them? Cause they said they'd call ME back when they're in. I doubt they're still waiting for them. read more

I think the almighty must have been watching over me when Noah"s collision center was recommended to me. I n May of this year, I bought a corvette convertible, and love the car. In early September some jerk plowed into me, and that alone was a stressful situation. Dealing with insurance was not what I would call fun, but the stress was completely done away with, the day I dropped the Corvette off at Noah's collision. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Right from the start, Jeffery put me at ease by informing me he has much knowledge when it comes to Corvettes. He walked me through the procedure as to what needed to be done to fix the damage, and kept me informed every three days of the progress. I received a call from him after he had the vehicle for a few days. He wanted me to come over to the shop and look at the sample of paint that would be used on the car. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with the color. He has a guy on staff that mixes paints onsite to make sure they are exact. That alone says a tremendous amount about the credibility of this business. Looking at the sample up against the car, it was an exact match. I picked up the Vette this afternoon, and there are not enough words to describe my satisfaction , not only with the work done, but the business itself. In these days of "hurry up, get it done, take the money and good-bye, good luck", it is refreshing to know there is one company out there that really cares about their customers, and their vehicles. One more thing, Jeffery went above and beyond by spending an extra eight hours buffing and detailing my car,without charging me one dime for that. Jeffery's partner Ralph told me no vehicle leaves the shop until it is excellent. We expect the best, from our staff, and when a vehicle leaves our shop, it is the best. The Vette looks better than it did the day it drove out of the dealership when it was brand new. Again, there are not enough words in the vocabulary to explain not only my satisfaction with this company,and the work they did on my Vette., but the added feature of a staff that really , honestly cares about their customer's needs. If you ever need body work done to your vehicle, you are in for a very pleasant surprise should you decide to take it to Noah" collision center. Trust me on this, you won't be disappointed. I was totally skeptical going in and really wanted to bring my car to my usual auto-body place. The office seemed kind of iffy at first, but the guys were unusually nice and personable. Everyone seemed happy to answer my questions and no one made me feel rushed. To be honest, I didn't want to like this shop because I love the shop I've been going to. These guys just wouldn't give me anything not to like, and since my insurance recommends them, I decided to give them a try. They sent a progress update each day, finished the job early, my car looked like the accident never happened (really), they completely cleaned the exterior AND interior (it was dirrrrrty when I brought it in), and even had light classical music playing on the radio at a medium-low volume with the A/C at full blast when I started it up to drive home (a nice touch on a 90+ degree day). I'm not going to list any names because everyone there was 100% pro. Oh, and they automatically opted me out of all emails and notifications after I picked up my car. With the amount of junk mail going around these days, this was icing on the cake and much appreciated. read more
