The work he did was great, in fact, it looked better when I picked them up then even prior to the accident because he went around and touched up some areas etc.. The turn around time for repairs was fast (which I'm not use to). After both cars were repaired I brought in my everyday vehicle which needed some fixing in the bottom front bumper.... NOT RECOMMENDED Took my car in after a front fender bender. Repair was sub-standard so I took my car back to get it re-repaired. 2 weeks later, got my car back with the same sub-standard work (no re-repair appeared to have been done). Finally took my car to another repair shop where they found unrepaired work (parts that he said he fixed according to his itemized bill) behind the bumper and other places not easily visible. This is a sketchy repair shop and would recommend people to go else where if they want their cars repaired properly. read more

We just bought a brand new Sienna Minivan and not more than 2 days past when we got into a fender bender. What a nightmare! Our insurance company recommended 7 body shops near my home. After checking the references and Yelp on the various body shops, I decided to go with Cartique. I spoke to Tony and he was very friendly and walked me through the whole process. Since the damage was superficial to our bumper, he promised the repair would be done quickly. I told him that this was literally a brand new car and I really want to make sure the color matches, the that after the repair, it'll look like new. He assured me that would be the case and said all of his jobs would be backed by a lifetime guarantee/warranty. In addition, since I used one my my insurance company's recommended facility, Ameriprise would also guarantee the work. So I have double coverage. Anyway, the bumper/parts took 3 days for delivery. Tony called me to come in on the day the bumper arrived. I dropped off the car the next day and by day 3, I got a call from Tony, as promised, telling me the car is washed up and ready to go. The end result: our van looked liked new. I got a copy of the bill and the price of the repair was reasonable. I'm sure other companies (i.e. Marco's) would have charged my insurance company double! I has a big ding in the rear quarter panel of my car. I got quotes from several shops in the area that had good reviews on Yelp. Tony, the owner of Car-Tique, gave the lowest quote and he was also the nicest. Just got the car back yesterday and they did an amazing job. My VW Tiguan has a glossy, black metallic paint that can be hard to match and he did it perfectly. The ding is history and the car looks fantastic. Not only that, but he lined up a rental for me at a great rate and had them give me door-to-door service. I could not have been more pleased with my whole experience. First let me say that I got approached by one of those guys in his truck that say "I have all the tools with me to fix your dings and dents and make your car look purty" 400 bucks later my car looked like someone vomited primer on it and attacked it with a hammer. Oy vey. I approached 4 different auto body shops and Tony was the only owner who I felt was honest and a good guy. The other three also told me they were cash only, which brought up red flags! His low pressure sales technique really made me feel comfortable. His work was amazing. It looked like there has never been a scratch on the vehicle. This shop is walking distance from the house so I came here. There were also a bunch of beamers and other luxury car in the lot so I figured I'd check it out when my 6-month old car was in an accident when somebody turned a left in front of me. Turned out to be $6k in damages. The frame of the needed to be straightened. Anyways the owner seemed nice and amiable. Long story short when I came to pickup my car the hood was crooked. Paint job was excellent though. I had to leave it again to have him straighten the hood. After a couple of days driving the car I heard a creaking noise. My wife can heat the noise too. Went back to him. Drove it on the lot and he said he couldn't hear it. So he told me to leave the car and he'll drive it around. I left the car and when I came to pick up the car he said he didn't hear the noise after he drove it around the block. But I noted the odometer and I can see he did not drive it around. A total liar this guy. After that I was not about to leave my car with him as I do not trust him with my car anymore. I heard from other body shops in the hood that his dad was who ran the place before. So whatever this shop's good reputation is probably from when his dad ran it. Buyer beware. Brand new car hit in the parking lot while I was shopping. Suppose to look brand new when complete. I had to return the car several times because I kept finding things wrong with the work they did. It's been a few months and I'm still finding things wrong. For example, they scratched up my headlights. I took it back and said "i think you guys scratched up my headlights, can you polish them out?" The answer I got was that it was just oxidation over time, and nothing they did. i couldn't prove it either way. Now I've since brought it to other detailers and they say it's not oxidation. The body shop scratched them up. Also body paneling along the bottom was bent (this is a Subaru outback), that paneling will never look like new. When I picked the car up.i opened the door and the paint scratched because the door wasn't aligned correctly. It's just been one thing after another, and this was an easy fix on a practically new car. I'd give them one star but Tony is "nice", though in hindsight, he was just blowing smoke. Document the car before you bring it in, and don't just assume it's "done" when you pick it up. I would not recommend this place. read more
