Came here recently to grab some breakfast. Located in a mall, there's plenty of parking here. As you walk in, definitely has that bagel shop feel when you're in New York. Staff was nice as we were greeted when we walked in. Ordered their Chorizo Avocado Sunrise bagel. Came with a jalapeno cheese bagel with avocado, chorizo patty and sauce. The bagel portion was a bit smaller. The chorizo patty with the sauce wasn't too bad. When they cut it in half, I think most of the patty ended up being on the other since after about 2 bites, the chorizo was gone. However, the other half had the patty portion filled up. Overall with the sauce, it wasn't too bad. Pricing was ok also. read more

I was in the mood for a bagel & found the best spot in my area! Walked in on a busy Saturday morning & immediately received great service, an upbeat attitude & a welcoming smile from Nick! With so many menu options, Nick provided great suggestions on what flavor of cream cheese would go best with a particular bagel! After placing my order I enjoyed watching Nick's friendly interaction with each & every customer placing an order. The entire staff was working hard to get those delicious bagel orders out quickly! Extremely rude staff. The girl at the register that wears glasses and has brown frizzy hair was not welcoming at all and had an attitude. She made my breakfast bagel which of course contained eggs and bacon, but when I got to my car I realized that it was completely cold! It's disgusting to be handed an egg bacon sandwich like this. It's also pretty upsetting to deal with service staff that clearly hate their job and take their frustration out on customers. I always try to be nice to people who work in customer service because I also worked in service jobs in the past and know what it's like, and it's upsetting when staff are rude to people like me who try to be kind to them. But this is clearly a reflection of management not training their staff properly and not addressing the poor customer service skills of their employees. Ultimately management has to do better, and not be afraid to bring these issues up to their employees. read more

What a disappointment. Yesterday, I ordered a bagel and coffee and it was good. A super nice employee encouraged me to return because I commented that the maple bagel looked amazing (it did, one left, perfect bake, tons of maple syrupy crumble on top.) Today, 705am, I return. There was no hot coffee. Only one, almost empty and room temp Hazkenut pot. No hot coffee at 7am? Dark? Medium? Colombian? Nothing? I skipped the maple bagle because the full display bagels were overbaked with zero maple crumble on top. Obviously whoever was banking today needs training. Whoever was shift manager - running out of coffee at 7am is not good. So I ordered the cheesy hash brown bagel double stack breakfast sandwich $8.99, eggs bacon cheese, and I paid extra for ham, reaching almost $12. "4 pieces of bacon" - what a ripoff. When you take two skinny almost translucent strips of cheap bacon, breaking them in half doesn't make them 4, it makes you cheap. Pics below. $12 for this? And cold coffee at 7am? I politely asked the shift manager if that was normal and showed them. Yes. Normal. We put 4 pieces of bacon. What a waste of money and 40 minutes from home, there and back, for a "breakfast treat." Noah's Bagels on Victoria is inconsistent and usually sells pale, puny lumps of dough they disingenuously call bagels, which shows a blatant disrespect for the product and their customers. POOR QUALITY. There's no quality control of the product, which too often resembles and tastes like it belongs in the trash, where I put it. The workers are friendly, but the bagels are the worst. They might be okay (though never great) on some days, but not on most days. read more

I've been a loyal customer at Noah's for years and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. Unfortunately, a recent experience really soured that for me. There's an employee with large gauges (still looking to find out his name) who has repeatedly made my girlfriend uncomfortable with unprofessional, flirtatious comments -- even when I was standing right there. When she picked up her order today, they put cheese on her bagel (which she can't eat) and she had to awkwardly avoid him until they corrected it. He's made odd remarks like "woah, you sure have a lot going on" referring to my girlfriend's style, and "oh, there you are again." He even suggested she get the app so he could "remember" her, saying he doesn't remember many people. I went with her later to see for myself, and I was honestly shocked -- he continued the same behavior, along with vigorously staring at both of us. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional conduct from a grown man in a customer service role. Food is still good, but the experience with this particular employee has made us consider avoiding in-person visits altogether which really sucks because we do enjoy this establishment. read more

I never been here but low key it's pretty good. Their lemonade is pretty rich and delicious. The service is quick and pretty self explanatory, you wait in line to order and the staff is very friendly. They have their menu and are patient when you are ordering. I ordered a small lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie. They have drinks on your left hand side and also they provide you with a variety of different spreads. The interior is pretty good and well organized. The whole place is pretty neat and looks like a mix of an old and new fashioned dinner/coffee shop. read more

But every time we go there the employee (he wears a red ear flesh tunnel on his right ear) who does the cashier is very unpleasant. For all the times we've been there he is always unpleasant to us or other customers. I've been to Noah's a handful of times now and still keep coming back. The bagels are quite good! They've got a very good selection of vegan friendly bagels, to my delight. Unfortunately, they no longer sell vegan cream cheese, but they do have hummus and avocado, (which I love to get in addition to fresh veggies, on an everything bagel). It's delicious! They also have a good selection of coffee/decaf. And they have soy or oat milk. The only bummer is that they don't have the raw cane sugar to sweeten your coffee, they only have the refined white stuff. That's so 2000 & late! On the weekends the line can be pretty chaotic, but they move it pretty quickly. Will definitely keep coming back for breakfast here! read more
