Not sure if this office just doesn't want to take my insurance, but they literally ghosted me after my last visit! It's so weird, I've been calling to set a new appointment but each time I do Paul makes an excuse for why I can't. That's why I'm officially giving up on them today. I called the office, which routes to Paul, and he didn't answer. Then I called private and he answered that call- which he transferred to the receptionist who said she would call back at 4. No we waited 15 minutes without anyone in the waiting room to greet us someone finally came and asked him to fill papers however now it's been an hour in waiting room , finally they call him back to only have him waiting there for 2 hours and then told last minute the doctor had an emergency smh and he can reschedule why would we I was so upset and so was her 2 hours of our Saturday waisted and they have 3 people before him I'm upset because referred him when I called to express my issues they said emergency happen which I get however the wait issue even before the emergency has never been resolved . read more

Do not give this business your money I requested a total amount of coverage with the change of insurance. I did not receive a call back at all so I called them and was told my insurance would only cover 200$ of the 4,000 that it would cost. I called the insurance and it was a lie they cover 80% of all work that needed to be done. So basically they wanted me to pay them almost 4000 dollars out of my pocket claiming my insurance didn't cover anything. read more

So I meet this nice man at a health fair and he talked a good game so I agreed to a consultation. I did not see the dentist because there were too many suspicious things about the front office. #1 they don't follow through #2 sketchy paperwork - I think your lawyer would advise you against signing #3 long wait times. #1 The staff offered to do things and never did. Things like calling or texting apt info didn't happen on 3 separate phone calls. #2 Would you like your medical history with a side of legal loop holes? READ BEFORE SIGNING the paperwork here. Their arbitration agreement has some really strange clauses and they hide key legal agreements in other, non-legal seeming documents. For example: They slip a clause into the medical history fine print that "releases [scratched out name] from all liability for your dental procedures." I asked about this and they said they fill in the blank (later) with Noble dental care. You are releasing the whole practice from liability where you typically confirm that you provided accurate medical info? there is also a fun loop hole that you will pay for their legal fees if you sue them, web or lose. This is totally illegal but n e ways. #3 I was on time for my 2:00 apt. I was there about 50 mins and only saw one person go in, they didn't come back out. So many people were in the waiting room, I bet they were there forever. read more
