The hygienist was so kind and never made me feel like we were being rushed- she really took time to talk to both of us and to try to help my son feel more comfortable. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very helpful in getting everything done while also making the experience as easy as possible for my little guy. I really appreciated their gentle, caring approach. I would definitely recommend this office for others with high-anxiety kids. They were awesome!

She is not a pediatric dentist, but she is great with children. My daughter loved her so much as we were leaving she said, "I can't wait to go back!" Literally. We were looking for a dentist for a second opinion since the pediatric dentist I had gone to previously said my four year old daughter had two cavities, and that to fill them I would not be able to go back in the room with her, and that they would need to strap her down (something I was not going to allow to happen to my child). We went to see Dr. Mary Beth yesterday, and she was wonderful. She talked to my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable, then she explained everything she was going to do in a very calm way. She said that she only had one small cavity, and was able to fill it without using Novocain (so no shot). I'm so glad we went there. I was practically having a panic attack when picturing a dentist strapping my daughter down and drilling in her mouth. Everything was pleasant and presented in a non-scary way with Dr. Mary Beth.

I wanted a crown replaced that lingered for months with my old dentist's office due to a variety of inefficiencies. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I knew to arrive early to complete new patient paperwork. Staff was pleasant and courteous. I was seen promptly and on time. The dental chair side assistant was efficient, and made sure Dr Babajoni had all the X-rays I'd emailed prior to my visit for his review. Incidentally, the exam room was clean, brightly lit, well equipped. He wanted new x-rays for comparison, at no charge to me. He was able to determine what was medically necessary and what needed to be done. He was efficient and thorough in his explanation. Dr had time in his schedule and was able to get started if I wanted to move forward. I'd waited long enough, and went ahead and started the crown replacement. The insurance had been verified and I knew what I was financially responsible for that day. It took about an hour to do what was necessary and I was able to leave with a temporary crown that looks like a real tooth. The permanent one SB ready in 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Dr Babajoni! It is a busy practice, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and kept things moving efficiently without wasting anyone's time. I have a new dentist and a new practice. Highly recommend!

I was called back to review the 2k in dental work that they said he needed. With no previous issues, I phoned our previous dentist for advice, sent the x-rays and they suggested a 2nd opinion. I am SO happy we did. There was a small cavity on a baby tooth that would fall out within the year which would not be a cause for novocaine, drilling, etc. The other spots were non-existent and we have found a new, trustworthy practice that helped my kiddo feel safe and happy at the dentist again. The waiting room was very crowded and after speaking to other parents in the neighborhood, this is common practicing and can't imagine how much they get away with.

Saturday, January 18, 2025 11:30 AM Scheduled Appointment…read more MY REVIEW I left out of the dentist office around 1:50 PM today. I am still sitting here in the parking lot. He's an AMAZING dentist . This dentist has the PATIENCE OF A SAINT, especially having to deal with me and my anxieties. He did something that NO OTHER DENTIST has ever done for me. He took his time. He didn't try to rush the process. He talked me through. First he numbed my gums with topical anesthetic. Shortly thereafter he followed up with a needle injection with local anesthetic. Whenever and wherever I told him that I could feel the pinch or hit a nerve, he IMMEDIATELY provided me with additional local anesthetic. It got to a point where I NO LONGER COULD FEEL A THING. I settled in my seat and let him work. At 61 years old, this is the first real dentist visit that made me feel that he listened to me, he heard me, and he obliged me. He focused on my comfort. I was crying with all of the needle injections, but then the meaning of my tears changed from pain to joy as I realized that I was finally going to get through the dental service that I needed and I now have a dentist that I am going to stick with forever. I still can't feel the right side of my face, but the anesthetic is slowly but surely wearing off. I was given a couple of prescriptions for the pain, but I am going to go ahead and try to sleep through the pain without any medicine. I have a short visit with the dentist on Thursday and then I have another Saturday appointment for him to work on the left side of my mouth. The dentist mentioned those slightly loose teeth at the bottom front of my mouth. They were loose enough that if he removed 100% of the plaque between the teeth, he said that he was afraid that they would fall out. Thus, during my next procedure in February, he's going to create a type of splint to keep those slightly loose teeth stabilized while my gums begin to heal and get stronger. Ultimately, if everything goes as planned, I will KEEP ALL 32 OF MY TEETH. Heading to Smoothie King and then home. I don't think that I will be able to eat nothing but soft foods for a few days. This is a fairly expensive journey, but it's one that can yield an abundance of dividends. I'm finally going to have both my of daughter's smiles. So my original date to see the dentist was 8/13 I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for the 100x, finally when called they did some X-rays and and cleaned my teeth while also informing me I needed a filling but that I would need to reschedule at the front desk for the service,(fine no problem) I rescheduled for 9/5 and I was omw- only to receive a call 9/4 (after waiting 3weeks) to tell me they needed to reschedule b/c the new girl that made my appt accidentally scheduled me for a day that the doctor wouldn't be in. Ok fine nothing I could do, they rescheduled for 9/17 only to receive another call on 9/17 saying the doc had an emergency and couldnt come in till around noon (original appt 10am-new apt 2:30) ok fine (mind you I had to call off) only to receive a following call (1:17) saying sorry the doc will not be coming in today, You'll need to reschedule. Im sorry I'll be changing dentist offices b/c this is just crazy. Also will be making a complaint w/ corporate office.
