I recently tried this place for the first time to get condolence flowers for someone I deeply care about. They did an amazing job and their communication throughout the process was wonderful. I will be going to them from now on anytime I need flowers.

We have ordered countless amount of flower arrangements from this flower shop. All of their arrangements, are very highly priced and do not last more than 2 to 5 days when I called to ask about the flowers. The owner just wanted to argue with me endlessly about his flowers and how I was supposed to disassemble the bouquet Cut the stems and add more water and reassemble it myself. His customer service skills were something of a business owner that I would never expect as a customer I would expect not to be argued with on the phone when questioning his quality of flowers. The roses were wilted and falling over and the ponies were shriveled up after day two.

Beautiful arrangement. One of the flowers part of this bouquet was unavailable. So they replaced it with triple the amount of roses!! Very generous. Great customer service as well.

I understand that because flowers are seasonal, bouquets won't always look exactly like the photos from a florists website. However, I expect them to have the same general aesthetic and palette. I ordered a very modern looking, peachy pink bouquet. What was delivered, while still pretty, was a very basic looking arrangement that was more along the lines of a nice 1-800-flowers order - not even remotely the same look. Can't recommend based on this.

I am so glad that I stopped into Noble Garden Florist today! They were able to create a beautiful and affordable "thank you" arrangement, on such short notice nonetheless. Their process was simple and their offerings were very customizable in regards to flowers, colors, size, and price. All this paired with great costumer service ... I'll definitely be back soon * my only regret was not snapping a picture of the arrangement ... it was beautiful read more

This place is a SCAM! I placed an ordered on February 14th, for same day delivery. I try to call them, they wouldn't answer the phone. 2 days later I got hold of the flower shop over the phone, the owner told me that it was "delivered", so he can not refund my $200. I know it is a lie because I have a front porch and no one came. And 2 days later they sent me an email saying that the flowers were delivered on the 14th what a joke! I would highly recommend to stay away from this business! read more

The delivery was extremely fast (with an up-charge for same day delivery that was not clearly disclosed). The arrangement looks very nice at first glance. However, the sample photo shows mostly ranunculas with a few accent roses and the delivered bouquet was primarily roses with just a few lisianthus. There were NO ranunculas at all in the delivered bouquet. These swaps cheapened the bouquet such that the cost of what was delivered didn't match what I thought I was ordering. Still, the arrangement was full and very speedy. See photo for direct comparison. read more

So disappointed. Arrangement is missing greenery, texture, ans special vase. Manager yelled at my daughter (who just had surgery) who called to ask about picture vs reality. I am so upset about this dull, babyish arrangement. Shame on them! read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Had them sent to her work but at 5pm I called to see why they haven't been delivered yet and they said they'll probably get delivered around 7pm. If I had known that's how late they deliver, I would have made other plans. Oh and I clicked on the arrangement I wanted but once it was in my cart, the price was increased by 20% (no reason was given). Update: they rushed the flowers over before she had left work. read more

My parents ordered me flowers for a surgery I just had. I sent a photo to my mom and she called me very upset saying the flowers looked nothing like what she ordered. Upon calling the store and speaking to the manager Saeed he was aggressive and yelled at both me and my mother. He made a comment about he doesn't sell to Persians. I would never purchase flowers from a store who doesn't honor their photos and who stereotypes people for their race. See the photos as clearly anyone can see for themselves the flowers weren't the same arrangements. The flowers I received were in a cheap glass vase and not even half the size of the original arrangement that was ordered. Also, many of the flowers were missing from the original arrangement. read more

TLDR: Local shop delivers value for the money and is my new go to for anything flowers!! Offers same-day service. I was in need of a last minute bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday and this place did not disappoint!!I've had really bad experience with companies like 1-800 flowers or Ralph's not delivering items that looked their pictures, so I decided to go in myself to see the arrangement in person that I had found on DoorDash. To my (happy) surprise the owner did not have much pre-made but instead made my arrangement on the spot with extremely fresh and high quality flowers. It only took five minutes! After a quick discussion about the occasion and understanding my budget he was able to come up with an arrangement that FAR exceeded my expectations and was an AMAZING VALUE. He even included the vase and packaging. I highly recommend this place and if you'd like have a conversation with the florist. Friendly guy who has a Masters in Agriculture and will clearly show this is his passion and customers are valued here! read more

Earlier this week, I stepped inside Noble Garden Florist for a floral arrangement. I needed a simple, yet elegant sympathy vase bouquet. Within minutes the shop keeper put together one of the most beautiful arrangements, exactly to my liking and within my budget. I had previously stopped by a few other florists, earlier that same day, and NONE of them provided the quality of flowers and service as that of Noble Garden. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was in need of 3 small centerpeice bouquets for my guests. I wanted to support a local small business, so I stopped in to Noble Garden. After explaining what I was looking for, Saeed offered to make me 3 small arrangements in beautiful vases while I waited. However, this was going to exceed my budget. So Saeed suggested just buying the cut flowers and using my own vases, and then proceeded to explain to me how to make the arrangements (how much to cut them, how to arrange etc.). He was very helpful in trying to get me what I needed. And very flexible. Here's a photo of how one came out. I know it's not as good as what Saeed would do, but I thought it turned out pretty well (for a non-professional!) I would definitely recommend this florist. Paid $140 for same day delivery on 2/14 and they weren't delivered until 2/17 at 8 PM. The recipient got a call after we ate dinner together at 11 PM 2/14 saying the delivery person was about to be at their office building. Seriously? 11 PM? I talked to the delivery person and they assured me the flowers could be delivered the next day instead. They were not. When I called on Friday 2/16 to ask where the order was and why it wasn't delivered, I was met with a man who refused to believe that the order hadn't been delivered. After waiting hours for the manager to contact the delivery driver who was unavailable, I was then told that I would need to provide the recipients contact so they could confirm it wasn't delivered. 1. They should have already had the recipients contact from the delivery information. 2. I'm the one who paid. I'm the one who placed the order. I'm the one handling the order as it was originally supposed to be a surprise. Why would I take time and energy out of my work day to try and scam to a florist? I was essentially told I was lying before the call dropped. I was called back not long after and was shortly told that the order would be delivered first thing Saturday morning, although they weren't delivered until too late to be reasonable for a Saturday night. They didn't even use a fresh bouquet, it was a few days old old withered with broken flowers (I assume it was from the day it was supposed to be delivered). Do not buy flowers from this store. read more

I am so impressed with their beautiful flowers but also their professionalism. I initially ordered from Noble Garden after receiving a couple different arrangements and I loved their quality and aesthetics. I ordered tulips for my my boss and mistakenly sent them to the address across the street! I called to see if they could retrieve them and after a few phone calls back and forth they were able to get them back. I appreciate their high level of customer service and will only buy flowers from this florist from now on! Thank you! read more

Yo, let me tell you about this flower shop I found called Nobel Garden Florist. Man, these guys are so good, they can make a bouquet of flowers look better than Beyoncé at the Grammy's! I went in there thinking I was just gonna get a regular bouquet for my girl, but these guys had me feeling like I was in a movie or something. They were throwing flowers around like they were in a magic show or something, and I was just standing there with my mouth wide open like, "Whoa!" And don't even get me started on their customer service. These guys were so nice, they made me feel like I was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or something. They were asking me all sorts of questions, like what my girl's favorite color was and what type of flowers she liked. I was like, "Hold up, I thought I was just here to buy some flowers!" But man, when they brought out the final product, I was blown away. It was like they had taken all the love in the world and put it into this one bouquet. I was like, "This is it, I'm gonna propose right now!" And my girl, she was so happy, she was crying and laughing and hugging me all at the same time. With only 3 hours to find a graduation lei for my 14 yr old martial arts student, I called noble garden florist with little hope. Saeed asked me what I needed and when I needed it, and literally told me she'd drop everything she was doing to get me the graduation lei in time. He asked what colors I wanted, and I mentioned I had a small budget. He agreed a single-flower lei would be perfect and she would mix purple and white to make it festive. I picked the beautiful lei up and was welcomed by the most friendly and kind store owner. I was browsing for a good florist in the Redondo Beach area and came upon Noble Florist. When you live clear across the U.S. ( Buffalo, N.Y ), I was looking at pictures from every floral shop in Redondo Beach...until I came upon Noble Florist! I spoke with the owner ( I believe) and told him the " theme" and what kind of flowers I wanted and he was wonderful! I believe his name is Saueed, and he listened intently to my ideas. My husband told them he wanted a $150 arrangement but the lady told him that $200 would yield a more impressive result. We paid an extra $45 for delivery and tip which was all done over the phone. When we opened the door for the delivery, we were shocked to see the arrangement. The flowers were smooshed and wilting. The whole arrangement had a sad, droopy look to it. They texted asking how everything was and we let them know we were dissatisfied. We sent them pics and they offered to send us another arrangement. We told them that's not possible since these flowers were a gift to be given tonight. We asked for a refund with a return of the flowers. They said no and that their store policy would not allow for a return and refund. Do yourself favor and go to one of the other florists in town.
