I called Noble Locksmith to see what was going on when I installed a new battery in my car remote and suddenly my car wouldn't start when I put the key in the ignition. I thought this was strange because the remote worked to unlock and lock my car. As soon as I explained this to Shawn, he knew instantly that my transponder chip had fallen out when I replaced the battery and that was why my car wasn't starting. I called expecting to have to pay for a service to fix my issue, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to just find the chip and it would work again. It's not often when you run into an issue that is satisfied above board. Noble locksmith told me in an earlier phone call that they had two keys that I needed. I wasn't feeling well and told them I wanted to be sure before I drove the distance to their store. I get there only to find that they had an inventory error so only had one key and that one did not work out. However the owner was so understanding and made every effort to make it right. He sent a key technician to my home that evening and had the keys made. Truly Noble... I was so pleased that I am eager to refer them to others. I was getting a watch battery at the jewelry store near Einstein's Bagels and saw a Noble Locksmith van parked nearby. We locked our keys in our truck with our dog in the car! After multiple attempts to get the insurance or other locksmiths to come out, with the same excuse of we're "20minutes away" an hour and a half later we finally found noble locksmith! They arrived within 7 minutes and opened the door within seconds. The technician also arrived with urgency and actually cared that our dog was trapped in the car. Our daughter recently moved to San Diego. She needed to re-key her condominium. Noble Locksmith responded quickly to our Yelp request and had one of their insured and bonded technicians at her new home that afternoon. His name was Alex. Alex went above and beyond all of our expectations and made sure our daughter felt safe and secure in her new home. He even found a way to make a custom key for the garage door! It was an emergency release lock in case the electricity goes out and the garage door opener would not work. In all six looks were change with five of them keyed alike. (The emergency garage door lock had to be keyed differently.) Their service was excellent and the price was one of the best, if not the best. Lost my truck key while out for brunch in Encinitas today and I don't have a spare key. My grandma runs a locksmith business that includes my aunt, uncle, and dad. Unfortunately they're located a few hours away. Rather than make them drive all the way out here to make me a new one, they were able to recommend Noble Locksmith. They quoted me a fair price at $279+tax which was comparable to the $300 my aunt said it would probably be. Too I didn't realize I had lost my key until after 4 pm, so I was grateful they were able to help me out so late. They did give me a two hour window though of when they would arrive since they're were finishing up another job. They made it before the two hours had passed, so that was nice. It only took about 30 minuets or so to open up my truck and reprogram a new key fob. I have a 2018 Toyota Tacoma, push to start. The new key fob looks almost the same as my last and still has the physical key inside to unlock the door and tailgate. My aftermarket remote start even still works with the new key fob, so that was a nice bonus! When all was said and done they gave me the option to pay with cash, credit card, or Venmo. Great business and very accommodating! Made an appt with them early in the morning, but had to reschedule to push it back later in the pm and it wasn't an issue. The locksmith called before he arrived. The smith's name was Daniel, barely in his 20s and a young dude. He was very professional, took care of business, communicated what he was doing, and just handled it. I was very surprised for a level of conduct from him as a millennial generation kid. In the end, he changed out some lock tumblers, installed new hardware, and made new keys. Daniel represented this company well and the end product was A+ work. Very happy with the outcome.
